Boat trip was disappointing. They forgot the food and drinks for the half day boat trip. No fish. Mate sat on the top with the captain the whole time and ate twice - didn’t have all the lines out. Didn’t use the dead bait. Quite disappointing.

Fair- the cabana rooms not good, but the location and grounds nice.

Great beach front location beautiful beach. The grounds are nice. The food was good. Staff was nice and helpful. watched the sunrise.

we booked a cabana and it was old falling apart. Old hard beds, faucets falling apart, dark not good lighting. One night a roach crawled up on our bed EWWWW! The drapes looks so old and dusty. IT Could USE A REMODLE. PLUS FOR $200 A NIGHT NOT WORTH IT. The grounds and rest of the place was fine.

room was spacious but needed some work, light fixtures missing or hanging out, ac didn’t work for the first few days but then fixed. shower didn’t drain (also got fixed) screens need repair

Superb

We loved the size of the resort. Big enough that all amenities were right there. Small enough that it felt intimate and our family's rooms were close together.

A few front desk staff were rude. It was shocking because most of the staff were nice and friendly.

A wonderful barriles experience

Everything was wonderful. The staff is helpful and friendly. The facilities are very clean and aesthetically pleasing to the eye. Plenty of pools, bars, and access points to the beach. You have everything you need on site and if you need to get groceries, the store is within walking distance.

The only issue was the bed was too hard for me.

Location and pool.

I felt like every where I went someone was trying to take advantage of me, overcharged everything. Us dollar accepted but paid more for using it. Bed was very uncomfortable and there was cockroaches in room. Had Unexpected charges also

Good

It was a good room for two guys traveling together. We had a rental car and could park free not too far from the room. Pool was large and active with a swim up bar, an older crowd but everyone having fun.

One of the restaurants was closed, seemed like for an off season renovation, maybe maintenance. Had to request extra towels and plastic cups for our room. There was only one bath towel and no other hand towels or wash cloths. Bartenders were great in the pool area.

Overall we enjoyed the cleanliness of the property, we arrived on a Monday and not a lot of the bats/restaurants were open.

Beach: no real place to sunbath or hang out in the beach area. I was told it was public and not allowed. Showers for rinsing off didn't work, Staff: The front desk staff needs some customer service training. Pool: needs to be heated during colder seasons. Jacuzzi: great size just needed to be cleaned and picked up each day as it was a bit dirty with guest items still there. Rooms: need to be updated and more comfortable bedding Restaurants: overall okay, sushi restaurant closed "early" on the day it was supposed to be open.
