Excellent hist ,lovely breakfast.Would recommend to stay

The room was nice and spacious, there was nice terrace and we could check in before midnight as our flight was very late so it was very convenient.
The breakfast was just one small crossaint and one piece of cake. I understand the culture of sweet breakfast but not limitation to one piece. It is quite far from the center of Cagliari so this is good place for people who have a car.

Everything was perfect and we will be back soon, for sure!

Very authentic place in the old building with a sweet courtyard. Located not far from Cagliari, in a small town.
Host are very welcoming and friendly. Suggested us a great beach, almost competitive for Cala Luna on a beauty of water.
The room is spacious and clean.
You can park next to the hotel, it is a free parking.
Breakfast is sweet and delicious with a freshly backed cakes, which smell all over the space. Plus some brioche, fruits and drinks.
The bathroom needs some renovation, especially the shower.
The lightning in the room is a bit dark and not very comfy.
The “wild” square in front of the hotel is dirty and smelly, not very pleasant. It does not influence the stay and does not depend on the hotel, but still has some general influence.

THE BREAKFAST WAS EXCELLENT, FRESH CAKES AND CAPPUCCINO OR TEA EVERY MORNING, ANGELA SERVED US WITH KINDNESS, WE HAD A LITTLE CHAT EVERY MORNING, TALKING ABOUT SERIOUS TOPICS OR LAUGHING TOGETHER.
IT WAS POSSIBLE TO USE INTERNET ONLY IN THE DINNING ROOM, OUR ROOM WAS TOO FAR.

The building is beautiful and everything was just perfect. We stayed two nights and on the afternoon of the first day I was already dreaming of the breakfast next day 😄. We came by car so it was easy to get there, not sure how it would have worked with public transport. The area is very calm and felt safe though. Also the host was really helpful and kind. Warmly recommended!
Nothing, all good.

We were impressed with the decorations and the authentic vibes of this tipical sardinian place. It looks even better in reality and bonus, the host is very charming and good communicator. We had parking available for free near the accomodation and a tasty, diverse breakfast. Would come here again!

Located in a nice quiet area with plenty of restaurants around, the host and his family were very kind and welcoming, the room was great and had everything we needed. An easy recommendation!

The rooms as well as the court are just beautiful. The atmosphere is amazing, breakfast excellent. Antonio really cares about the guests. The highlight was a dinner cooked by the host's mother, that completed the truly Sardinia experience of this place. It was our last accommodation on Sardinia and also the best.
On the first night we got a room close to the street but we could change it later.

The facilities are beautiful and the staff extremelly kind, it seems a family run business that make you feel very welcome.

Great location, beautiful room and incredible breakfast! we loved the place, and even more loved the owners and hospitality that we were received with! a family run business with alot of passion for meeting new people and accommodating guests. Couldnt recommend this place enough.
If you are arriving with a car, it may a little difficult to find parking in the area. it is also quiet around, so i wouldn't recommend it if you looking for a more bustling part of town. we loved the quietness and ate really well at the restaurant close by.

Extra friendly host, lovely place with a dream-like green patio where we had a delicious breakfast. We were treated wonderfully and our little one very well taken care of.
The location is a little far from the centre of Cagliari but not so bad with a car and conveniently close to the airport.

The room was clean and nicely furnished. AC was working.
We wer put in a room much smaller than we chose. The bathroom was so small you couldn’t turn around, the shower door was broken. You could hear everything from the street, since we were on the ground floor. Breakfast was like self buffet but we couldn’t pick our own food. The people who brought us food didn’t speak english, so how do we comunicate? When we went to check out they wanted to charge us for the room even though we paid before.

Nice Italian breakfast. Room was clean and comfortable. Beautiful courtyard. Friendly staff. Parking nearby. Everything easy and perfect for a short stay.
Nothing.

Warm welcome and every day cleaning of rooms. Everybody were very helpfull and kind.
Maybe a little more options at breakfast (some salty options-salami, chesse...).
