About this house rental
Come and enjoy this beautiful private home! Freshly remodeled! This house is centrally located with easy access to the beaches, restaurants and shops. Close to well known Dearborn Street. (Englewood on Dearborn, awesome restaurant with great food, live music and dancing.) 20 minutes to Lemon Bay by water. 5 minutes to Englewood beach.
Large heated pool and spa for those cool evenings. Large lanai. Lower deck right on canal with pivots to take your own boat in and out. No need to trailer boat.
Free Wi-Fi. The kitchen is fully equipped should you decide to stay in and make a meal. Master bedroom has a comfortable king size bed with a direct entry to patio/pool area. The second master bedroom has a queen size bed and this room also has a sliding door which allows for direct entry into pool/patio! The 3rd bedroom also has door to pool/patio area. Large sunroom with pass through kitchen window overlooking pool and canal. 5 Roku TV's. with Comcast basic. antenna. Use of garage.

This home was fantastic! The place was immaculate, and well stocked. Everything we needed was there, and the pool at hot tub were so nice! The owner was so responsive whenever I messaged her. The home is very comfortable and convenient to dining, the beach, and shopping. We even had a daily visit on the front lawn from a beautiful stork! I highly recommend this property.

The property was great, the ònly issue we had were remotes for the tv's, the tv's in the open areas weren't working, they all needed batterys, otherwise everything was great. Katherine made the stay flawless.

House and property was exactly as described. There were nice amenities included. Pool and hot tub were used everyday and felt so good after a day on the water fishing! Perfectly set up for us and our friends as there are two master suites with their own bathroom. Very clean! Englewood is one of our favorite places so we will most likely return! Also host is very responsive!

We absolutely loved the property!!! Everything was very clean, neat and in order. The home matched the description exactly!! The neighborhood was very quiet and seemed to be a really good place. Location of property was minutes to all stores, restaurants and beaches. We highly recommend this as a choice to stay in. We hope everything we left was in order as we found it. Thank you!!

We had a great stay at the home. Everything was as expected and accommodated our family. Pool area and hot tub was very nice. Conveniently located to all of the local beaches. We highly recommend and would stay again

The house was very nice. The pool and hot tub were awesome. The Patio area was great and where we spent most of our time at the house. We tried doing some fishing in the canal out back we didn’t have any luck catching anything but our boys loved it. Overall it was a great place to relax at the house and super close to all our favorite beaches and restaurants. We have visited the area multiple times and this was our favorite house so far.

This was by far one of my favorite VRBO’s yet! Everything you need is right there. The house is very clean and up to date. I did not need to contact the property manager once we were there but beforehand she made everything so simple. The pool and hot tub were perfect! The house is so spacious. Loved this rental and would stay here again if we are looking in this area.

This home was absolutely perfect for our family! Clean, beautiful pool area, 3 bathrooms, and the owner has thought of all the little extras that make it so special. The fishing right at the house was great. The location was so perfect…close to the beaches and stores. Also, Katherine was very easily reached over text but also left us to do our own thing. I couldn’t recommend this enough. We already looked to book next year and were bummed it’s unavailable when we need it. We hope to book again in the future.

Can’t beat this lovely home on the canal in a safe neighborhood. This was our second time staying in this home and once again, wonderful vacation in paradise. The host, Katherine is always just a text away and quickly responds to your questions/concerns.

clean. I loved the set up. Each couple had their own bathroom and private area. Pool very clean. The only drawback was getting the boat in water to the house to dock. We were not able to do that with how low the water was but overall I would defintely stay there again.

Everyone loved it there. The lanai was the kids' spot and the pool was incredible. Quiet neighborhood, close to everything. The beaches were minutes away and very nice. Saw turtles and manatees.

The house was spacious and the location was great! The concrete seawall is falling but we were fine with our boat. Perfect for families with or without a boat. The pool felt wonderful after being out in the sun for several hours. Thanks again!

Sparkling jewel
I was super impressed with the cleanliness. The rental was immaculate. It was well stocked and provisioned. The lanai was resort worthy. The pool and spa provided the perfect beginning and end to our day.
The neighborhood was quiet. The property sits on a canal that is peaceful and relaxing. The owner was super friendly and quick to respond to any needs. We would definitely stay here again.

Absolutely Perfect!
House was perfect! There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and not feel on top of each other. Beds were super comfortable in all the rooms. Kids LOVED the pool and would have stayed in it the entire week if we would have let them. Location was great, close to everything that we needed, eat at Farlows you won't regret it! The canal was so cool we saw tons of birds, mullet and a dolphin! Katherine was super patient from the very beginning and kept the line communication open our entire stay. Would definitely stay again if we come back to the area.

We love relaxing around the pool at this little piece of paradise so much that this was our second or third stay here. It has everything you need in a quiet neighborhood with a great view of the canal from the screened in heated pool or the hot tub. We used the grill and enjoyed meals around the table in the shaded area of the lanai together. The house has wonderful layout that allows you to be together or enough room to spread out. We love that there is plenty of room to set up our dogs crates and a safe neighborhood to walk them. Katherine was easy to work with, shares bikes and beach gear with her guests and keeps the property well maintained. The location is a short drive to the beaches and just around the corner from grocery and shopping. Englewood is a nice location without a lot of traffic and crowds at some locations. We look forward to coming back again in the future!

This ended up being the perfect choice for our 4-person family. The neighborhood is quiet and safe and plenty of room for all of us.
The pool and hot tub were great for days we didn't go to the beach. Both very clean and plenty of towels, toys, floats, etc.
The inside was very clean and TVs in every bedroom (the kids loved this! The kitchen was fully stocked with spices, utinsels, cookware, you name it. All bathrooms had plenty of towels. The washer and dryer were very nice to have as well and they are LARGE.
Overall, this was a great value for what you get and it was nice to have plenty of stock of the standard items in each room/area. We will absolutely hit up Katherine again next time we are in the area!

One of the best rentals I have stayed at!
The cleanliness of this home is outstanding. Everything is even better in person than it is in the photos. Great pool and hot tub. Kids loved fishing in the canal. Excellent location just minutes from restaurants and stores, but in a quiet neighborhood. Several beaches close by. The layout of this house is great for families or would be perfect for a couples getaway. Kitchen was well stocked. One of the nicest houses on the street. The only thing that could be better was the pool was a bit cold for me, but the rest of my family didn't mind as much. Would definitely rent again if we come back to the area.
