Pelo valor, esperava mais.

Os funcionários são educados, simpáticos e solícitos para atender. O café é bom, simples, sem muita opção de frutas, por exemplo, e sem variedades durante os dias. A piscina é boa e pequena.

Pagamos um valor bem caro pelo que a hospedagens oferece. Primeiro ficamos em um quarto que segundo a funcionária era da ala nova, sem acesso por elevador, 1 lance de escada. O quarto era amplo, com 1 porta misteriosa fechada; cama não era box e nem confortável, mas o problema maior estava no banheiro: chuveiro com pouca potência na água, o que dificulta o banho já que a água cai muito próximo do box e uma pequena pilastra; as toalhas era inferiores, do tipo que lavou várias vezes e fica fina. Reclamamos com a recepcionista, que prontamente ofereceu para trocar de quarto, este já era no terceiro andar, com acesso pelo elevador. O quarto do terceiro andar era menor, TV menor porém, como cama box mais confortável, chuveiro em bom funcionamento e no segundo dia, às toalhas foram, mesmo não solicitada, trocadas e desta vez, vieram com toalhas mais grossas, fofinhas e macias. Valeu a pena ficar perto de Inhotim, mas não voltaria a me hospedar em uma próxima visita.

Friendly staff

Average breakfast, I wish they'd have more local products and not just a breakfast we can find anywhere. Beds weren't comfortable and hotel is not really well located. Overall, too expensive for what it offers.

Nor worth the price

Great location.

The first room we got didn’t have real windows, so we asked to change. The new room had traffic noise. The bathrooms needs to be renovated. We paid around 200 euros per night and really looked forward to a high end experience, so we were disappointed and felt ripped off.

Nice stay!

The bedroom was comfortable and clean. The location is off the busiest streets, making it quiet. The breakfast and restaurant are good. The staff was very friendly and helpful. It is located at a fair distance from Inhotim, making it a reasonable place to stay for a visit there. It has a small pool and a recreation area.

O would have liked a wider variety of fruits being served on breakfast. Other than that, had a minor problem with an AC unit that led to a room change. Guess it was just bad luck.

A very good experience. I recommend.

Breakfast was really good and the staff provided us with valuable information about places to visit during our stay. They were very friendly and ready to help.

TV did not offer a varied selection of channels.

The property was really honest. It is a nice place to rest after Inhotim.

The room was a little dated, the bathroom was small.

The staff was super friendly and proactive. Food was good. Overall good for the price.

It'd be nice to have a movie channel on the cable system, once the city has little entertainment other than the Inhotim site.
