Great polite staff ready to help. Peaceful location with a great view. Good size pool
The villa was quite run down and not fresh at all. I find it impossible to pay this amount of money in Mykonos in 2023 and have rusty equipment in the toilets, doors not closing or opening properly. Also offering a fully equipped summer villa with a kitchen and only have salt and pepper and not even olive oil (Summer in Greece) or offering bbq but asking the tenant to bring the charcoal is ridiculous and definitely cannot be called luxury. I would say it is a very average accommodation with zero attention to detail and nothing done to make the experience a bit more special which is something I believe is necessary when you host people who are here to spend their most special week of the year.

A beautiful resort! Our suite was nicely decorated. There was ample sea view of Panormos beach. Delicious breakfast!

I am very pleased with the hospitality! Cleanliness and level of services -hospitality that met our expectations. The breakfast very tasty and impressive! The area has nearby beaches and taverns with traditional Greek food for all tastes. Everything perfect!!

Very kind and helpful staff that was quick to respond to anything we needed. The villa had a beautiful sea view and was was impeccably cleaned on a daily basis. In terms of location, it was ideal for peace and quiet, while only being 15 minutes from the central town of the island!
We will be back for sure!!!

the views and the pool at the Villa were excellent. the 4 bed villa had all even-ish rooms so for 4 couples it worked out. it was great to hangout with a big group. staff was very accommodating, communicative on WhatsApp and helpful
2 bed villa had one master and one non master room so that was a bit uneven.

What I like the property is privacy. Every villa is positioned and structured that no one can really see you if you are swimming in your own pool. The only living beings that can see you is probably the mountain goats. The villa is big. Bedrooms are downstairs and living room and kitchen are upstairs. The private pool can be accessed from both upstairs and downstairs.
Where do I begin? The internet was horrible. Again, horrible internet! As you may know, this place is remote. The rooms have solid walls and in some cases buried into the hill side. Internet as it is, is spotty at most, so we heavily relied on the WiFi. We had a WiFi unit upstairs and another one downstairs. We WiFi unit only worked upstairs. The internet downstairs was not functional at all. We complained to the front desk, and it took them an entire day before they got back to us. They said their tech support was remote and in Athens and being it was the weekend, needed to wait another day before they were available. Two days later, the internet device upstairs did not connect. In their resolve, it took down the internet completely. The only internet connection we had, dropped offline. I happened to have an important conference call in the US, so we drove to the front desk at midnight and sat in our car in order to use front desk's internet, for some reason front desk's internet had no problem. The office is not open 24/7. On the 4th day we were given a mobile WiFi device just to get back online.
Breakfast - Breakfast comes in a basket, wrapped in plastic. We are a party of 3; 2 adults and I teen. The teen was accounted for and paid. On the first day, we received 2 portions of food, leaving out the teen. The morning juice comes in a juice box as it would in a cafeteria. This is not fresh and subpar to villa charging nearly $1000/per night.
Sorry for such a harsh review of our facts. I hope this helps the consumer or the management to level out the expectations.

I liked all, the location, the room, the private pool and the sense of calm this place was capable to instil.
The breakfast was questionable and didn't meet the expectations at all for the location and for what we paid for it.
However, after the second day and after our complains, Peter, the manager, fixed the problem by providing us for something more to eat so he was very prompt to intervene. Having said that, what I expect, is a breakfast up to the expense and the facility, not paper cups or paper cutlery, and it has nothing to do with COVID.

Simple Greek design
Upgrade from a two bedroom villa with sharing pool to a 3 bedroom villa with shared pool
Samuel who is bringing you the breakfast is great
It has a nice beach called Agios Sostis not too far from the hotel
The Principauté beach club which is down the hill is playing music until the evening and you can hear it. Fortunately it is not too loud as other hotels in Panormos that have to endure this environment.
On last day, Reservation refused to offer late check out and insisted of us to free the room at 12pm despite obvious low occupancy. It was in order to try to do an upsell of 200 eur for 2-4 hours extension and despite the hotel is promoting that they will ease late check out when feasible. We were there two weeks without any special rate.

The location is great. Great views, quiet, relaxing
Ridiculous service, incompetent staff, a joke of a breakfast (cheap catering - plastic cutlery) no coffee, empty minibar except a welcome first day complementary water. Breakfast starts at 9 :-)) too bad.. just a bit of professional service and villas would be a great option. Too bad.. 500€/night and you get plastic cutlery and cheap catering.. ridiculous

Pool area and bedrooms. The staff were so helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Telegraph pole and wires which cut through the view and weren’t shown on the photos

very clean, gay very friendly staff and beautiful location and view.
sometimes personnel come to bring stuff for you and open the door without nocking the door.. and well... it has a private pool for a reason ... maybe would be better to put a bell or something there instead of just coming in...
also I ordered meal on various occasion which had a very good quality, however, once the stake which was 21 euro didn't have a good quality and I didn't eat it. when I informed the manager, they didn't do anything about it and didn't offer me a refund which was a bit unprofessional in my idea.
