THE HOUSE
In a former industrial hangar, house loft type totally renovated, offering a large living space and 4 bedrooms.
On the garden level, the house offers a large air-conditioned living room with fitted kitchen opening onto the living room and dining room. This room with the high ceiling, opens on the terrace and the swimming pool.
Nearby, the TV lounge, laundry and toilets.
The master bedroom (bedroom # 1), bed 160cm, with its shower room and shaded terrace.
The floor is served by a mezzanine:
Bedroom # 2, beds 2 x 80, air conditioning.
Bedroom # 3, bed 2 x 80 beds, air conditioning.
These two rooms share a room of shower with double basin.
Outside, in a delightful wooden chalet, at the bottom of the garden, an independent bedroom (room # 4), with beds 2x90cm and bathroom with toilet.
THE GARDEN
Garden flowered on a plot of 1200 m². Swimming pool 10 x 5m, secured by alarm. Sunbathing and deck chairs.
Wireless.
Interviews of the garden and the pool. Linen provided.

Here you can visit the large thermal baths, the long residential avenue, the temple and the natural spring of a Gallo-Roman city dating back 30 to 10 years BC. Two important monuments are visible near the site: the Arc de Triomphe and the Mausoleum of the Antiques.
