The location and the room was warm, it was clean but very shabby
Stair carpets were thread bare and dangerous, our bed base was stained everywhere and the mattress was very uncomfortable room 16.The bathroom extractor fan didnt work neither did the bathroom mirror light. The curtains were shabby and parts of them hanging down.
4.5
Perfect location with easy check in, free car park was ideal, clean and comfortable with a well stocked drinks tray, bath and shower with plenty of hot water. Corridors and cark park covered by CCTV so very secure. Would recommend and will use again when in the area. Also of note Morrisons store directly opposite does an excellent breakfast!
Not a criticism but on a personal note would have preferred another pillow, and do be patient with the hot water as it takes a while to come through, but fine when it does!
2.5
Centrally placed hotel, basic, clean, comfortable bed.
The whole place is tired and shabby.

good location.
got lost looking for rooms, could probably do with more signs.

Despite being on a busy road junction the room #6 that I had was very quiet. It was also clean, warm and comfortable and had everything I needed for a 3 day Christmas 🎄 visit to see my family and friends. It has a car park and the hotel is just 2 minutes walk from Morpeth town centre.
The bed was a little springy for my liking but that isn't a complaint, it just wasn't what I am used too.
0.5
only positive from stay is that there was a morrison supermarket close by
the premises smelt of food the whole time was there, there was no shower, the room looked unclean and dated and the worst part was the walls are so think i could hear every word the next room were saying and could hear phone notifications it ruined my stay, one final point when another room used their toilet you could hear the water refilling really loudly. worst stay ive had in a long time
3.0

location
reception, was not shown key fob to get in. room was scruffy, poor electric heater. bathroom old, dirty and dated. shower small and dirty. cistern loud.

Basic but clean and close to local amenities. Staff were nice and friendly. Cheap and cheerful.
Nothing.

Felt like it was a workers stay over more than a holiday place
2.5
convenient
very basic

Only redeeming feature was the bathroom.
Lovely big footmark on the inside of the room door to greet us. Armchair in room was disgusting and unusable. Very small screen tv. Beds uncomfortable. Generally requires complete deep clean and refurbishment. Clearly a stop over for busy workmen only. Should have spent the overnight cost buying a tent !
2.5
Location and parking
Comfortable beds
Lights above hand basin didn’t work and room seemed a bit dated
3.0
No breakfast
Toilet in room instead of sharing with other peoples people and didn’t have much privacy getting out of shower and walking across to the room as there were cameras in the hallway which made me slightly uncomfortable
3.5
Location, parking, easy to find, where we needed to be
No food, rubber seal on sink needs changing, no seal on bath plug, not enough water pressure to fill bath, bed slopes towards the wall
4.0
No breakfast
