Tegenvaller door ontbreken van services en sluiting van hotel

Kamer ok.

Services als restaurant niet beschikbaar. Tijdens 2e verblijf was hotel eigenlijk gesloten, dus waren we zo goed als alleen op het terrein.

Une bonne adresse de transit si vous arrivez et partez en avion.

De passage pour 1 nuit sur Papeete, nous avons apprécié la proximité de l’aéroport. Les chambres sont un peu vieillissantes mais confortables et propres. Belle vue mer. Bon rapport qualité / Prix.

Pas de possibilité de prendre le petit déjeuner si vous partez de bonne heure.

amazing value for money

Really nice place. super cheap with sea view and air con etc. really nice staff and good breakfast.

Quite far from a supermarket and getting dinner means driving/downloading an app etc but easy if you have a car.

Funktionales Hotel

Die Dame an der Rezeption war sehr hilfsbereit.

Das Zimmer und das gesamte Hotel benötigen dringend eine Renovierung. Die Tür der Dusche war kaputt und hing nur noch in einer Angel, der Aufzug war alt und man müsste jedes Mal beten,dass er funktioniert. Das Zimmer war einfach gestaltet. Obwohl ich auf booking ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage gebucht habe,wurde an der Rezeption gesagt ich hätte eines ohne gebucht. Aus Kulanz bekam ich ein Zimmer mit Klimaanlage,ich weiss nicht wo hier der Fehler liegt ,ob bei booking oder dem Hotel .

Reasonable stay but....

Bedrooms were good with essentiial a.c.c. however apart from breakfastt there was no info on display about the restaurant, menu, state of bookings, cost etc.

The uphill walk from the bus route & Carrefour. Did not get to meet other people as no bar. The small social space near reception wasn't used The computer workstation was also broken when I was there.

Convenient, quiet , affordable!

It was a convenient location for a one night stay as I only had about 8 hours there. The staff were excellent in attending to my needs and the room was clean . It was great as it only was a 5 minute ride to the airport . The front desk staff was really helpful.

Things were good for the quality of the hotel .

Don't stay here. Pay more for the reassurance you will stay somewhere without insects on the bed.

The buildings and rooms themselves were nice enough, and the staff are very attentive albeit spread a little too thin. I believe there was only one woman attending to everyone's breakfasts (not just taking orders but preparing them too) which meant they were quite literally running around. Not a relaxed vibe but we understand it's a training hotel.

There were insects all over the bed. Which meant we didn't sleep the whole night. After 48 hrs+ flying from Scandinavia, this was not a good situation. We didn't make a fuss as we were too tired and tbh we just wanted to leave.

We loved our stay at the Tiki Hotel

We loved our stay at the Tiki Hotel. The staff was kind and very helpful. Our room was quiet and comfortable to get a good night sleep before we began our long journey home. The location was very convenient and close to the airport.

The stuff is very kind and helpful. Really the best. Good wifi in the bedrooms. Good value for money

The room wasn't exceptionally clean, but I guess it's because we had to change it. The first one was clean. The location is good if you have to catch a flight, otherwise it's pretty far from the city and there's not much around like restaurants or anything

Very good

stayed one night as a transit between flights. Staff were helpful for the late night checkin and helped to book a taxi back to the airport. Hotel was close to the airport and within walking distance of supermarkets

Great comfort, practical accommodation with nice balcony and friendly staff.

The Room as really comfortable and beautiful too, with a view down to the sea. Well looked after hotel with friendly staff. I had a good sleep with no noise around. Really pleasant overall.

The hotel is near the bus number 2 that goes to the aiport and the city and there a fruit nearby.breakfast is good.the room has a balcony with a view.

The hotel is a training school.small mistakes were made.the staff is opened for constructive feeback.make sure you keep the key to open the gate.we were locked out .

That the reception was 24hours and they let is do a late check out at 11am.

I messaged twice requesting that they have a cot available for our 1 year old baby. I messaged before i booked and of the day we were arriving. Both times they answered YES. The cot will be in your room on check in. When we checked in at 1am last night, there was no cot in the room and none available for us to use. I do not understand how you can agree to do something, and not follow through with it. Its not rocket science and very poor service. We already had an unsettled baby on the flight, the last thing we wanted is not having a comfortable safe place for her to sleep early hours of the morning. I would definitely not book there again. Also, breakfast finishes at 9.30am, thought that was too early.

Private Bungalow. It was very clean, comfortable bed and a large shower. We arrived late at night, the gentleman at the check in was very kind! we had an early morning flight the next day. He scheduled a taxi for us, and gave fresh croissants to go. Best way to start vacation!
