Loved many things about this rental, especially the patio, hot tub/pool, and household conveniences, including the washing machine. Host was a good communicator.

We enjoyed our stay! We appreciated the homey feel, beachy decor, and thoughtful touches. The unit was a convenient location and the view of the pond and family friendly pool were all highlights. The unit was overall clean, but clumps of pet fur were found in multiple locations and detracted from our stay. It also would have been helpful if child outlet covers were installed.

This was our first trip to Rehoboth. The condo was very nice and well stocked. Owner was excellent with communication and allowed us to check in early, which was awesome. Pool and hot tub were amazing! Everything was a walk, bike ride or a quick drive to get to. Felt secure in the gated community and everyone was friendly.

Second year visiting in July and another great trip. Condo is clean, in good condition and in a great gated community. Really appreciated the screened porch to sit and read while listening to the frogs in the pond at night. Communication with Amy is prompt.

We had a wonderful time - this condo was spotless, perfectly appointed, a very comfortable space. The owner was very responsive, we had everything we needed and then some. The VRBO map had this on the other side of Rt. 1 (the less-desirable side), in fact it is closer to RB than the map indicates, though very close to Rt. 1. Only (minor) issue we had were the renters on the 2nd floor - very noisy, active kids who woke up very early. (Not the fault of the property owner.) Just a lovely beach condo.

Had a great little getaway with my mom. The house was clean, fresh, updated and very welcoming. Instructions and communication with arrival were complete and clear. The condo was well stocked with necessities and the location was super convenient.

We went over Easter weekend with our dogs. The community was very quiet and relaxing. It was a great location and very quick and easy to get to downtown. The condo was very clean and had a lot of accommodating items such as kitchenware, towels, dog bed, washer/dryer, etc. Amy was very responsive and we were very happy with our much needed getaway! Highly recommend!

This place was ADORABLE and honestly perfect for me, my brother, and his wife. The location was great. The beds were a bit firm but other than that everything was perfect. The washer/dryer was a game changer. We loved the enclosed patio and the decorations. The keurig was nice to have and my sister in law was thrilled! The little extras were greatly appreciated. Would definitely return!

Even better than the listing, this beautiful condo is in a lovely, well-maintained property. It's close to beach and activities and is stocked with all you need to feel at home during your vacation. Owner was a dream to work with. Rehoboth Beach is a fabulous vacation destination, friendly to pedestrians, bikes, wheelchairs and pets but with a laid back vibe, even with holiday crowds. Absolutely loved our stay!

We loved this property! We had stayed nearby but wanted a better pool experience and this delivered (we were a little bummed the hot tub was out of commission). Kitchen had everything you could want and the freezer had an ice maker which was also a step up from where we'd rented previously. We are definitely considering renting it again for next year!

Great stay for my partner, kid, dog and me. Little amenities were greatly appreciated like travel soaps to hold us over until we made it to LEH soaps. Was grateful linens and bath towels were included and appreciated the interior decorating of the house. Unexpected fire alarm on the 4th added a little excitement that evening! Kid loved the pool.

Amy made this a very easy transaction and she was very responsive, which we greatly appreciated. It was an easy, no hassle, getaway to the beach! The location was perfect! Loved the easy access to the walking trail and privacy of the condo complex. The condo furnishings and decor were very nice, very comfortable, and the kitchen was fully stocked!

We enjoyed staying next to the Junction & Breakwater Trail. It was a short drive to the main drag and restaurants, boardwalk and beach. The condo is bright, clean, tastefully decorated, and a comfortable stay.

For many years, I have traveled for business & pleasure; this Condo at The TIDES is the Closest Place to PERFECTION in My World. Amy has Thought of EVERYTHING ! The BEST HOME AWAY from HOME; I HAVE EVER EXPERIENCED ! Murphy, our dog acclimated quickly. There are even dog beds available. All you have to bring is your personal stuff & food. EXCELLENT LOCATION ! Minutes to Our Favorite Restaurants - Big Fish Grill, Just in Thyme, the Lemon Tree, etc. All Kinds of Shopping & Entertainment Options. Definitely, Will Come Back to ENJOY Screened In Porch. Thank You so Much for Sharing Your BEAUTIFUL Property with Us.

Great beach condo! Clean and roomy. Close to everything and in a gated community. On ground floor so it’s easy access for pets, older or disabled, or just easy for loading and unloading suitcases and bags. Beautiful water feature off of screened back porch. We would definitely stay again!

My husband and I stayed at this property for a week in mid-October with our two Labs. It is close to Coastal Highway and just minutes from the beach. The community was very quiet and we enjoyed accessing the Junction and Breakwater Trail that runs behind the condos. The host even included a few unexpected amenities that we really appreciated. Listening to the fountain on the screened porch was very relaxing. The dogs enjoyed exploring under the tall pine trees and around the pond. We would highly recommend this condo for cleanliness, comfort and convenience.

Loved this condo! Great layout inside and well-stocked with supplies. The area is really nice for walking & very dog friendly. We appreciated being able to bring our dogs on vacation, too. The owner was easy to work with, kind, with good communication. We hope to return again.
