Very cute and cozy place, although a bit tight at times, definitely a better fit for a quiet family vacation. The staff is very accommodating and lovely.

Kadriye and her staff were superb. Outstanding level of care and cleanliness. Pool was cleaned every day as was the whole development. Supermarkets and riverside restaurants were within 150m
We couldn’t fault anything

We were beautifully looked after by Cardia and hope to go back and stay again. Spotlessly clean, calm, 2 beautiful pools, traditional home
We were very happy so wouldn't change anything

The garden with pools surrounded by beautiful flowering plants.

Loved this little grouping of self catering apartments and rooms. We only stayed for one night but will definitely return. The pools were lovely and the layout made you feel you had your own little bit of privacy. The room was very well designed to maximise space. Staff kept a low presence which we liked but were very helpful and friendly when needed. The gardens were beautifully kept.
In our room it was a tight squeeze into shower and balcony was tiny. This didn’t seem to be the case in the larger apartments. None of this was issue for a short stay.

Gorgeous property, meticulously maintained. The buildings are made out of wood that is hand-carved and the landscaping is just lovely. There are lots of places where you can curl up like a cat to read, nap and feel like you are in your own private mansion. Plus the owners are just lovely and want nothing more than your comfort.

Location was great actually. When we first arrived we felt like we were on the edge of town, but as soon as we got to know the whole area we realised this was the perfect location, right by the most beautiful part of the lake and perfectly inbetween the main town and some of the best cafes and restaurants.

A small piece of paradise in the perfect location.
We stayed for 3 nights and they didn’t clean the room or change the towels. I think it’s more of an apartment stay than a hotel where they clean the room every day.

two swimming pools are really handy - really clean and beautiful apartment and short walk into town and the river. very clean and well maintained
difficult to understand where reception is when you arrive late at night - some signs would be helpful

The host was amazing and very accommodating. We will return again.

We paid for breakfast which was delicious and plentiful organic from the hosts garden.
It was hard to locate staff if we wanted something e.g. drinks coffee etc. We ran out of sachets in the room. Coffee available at the pool would be good.Friendly stay in a great location

We stayed in the studio room with views of the mountains. Our room was spacious with a huge bed.
The staff were friendly and breakfast was great with organic fruit & veg from the owners garden. The gardens and pool areas are beautiful with lots of quirky seating areas.
The check in & check out was a little confusing, we couldn’t locate anyone.
The only other suggestion is to offer refreshments by the pool, for example we would have liked to have coffee or tea but there was no one available to ask and had already used our limited supply from our room.

Wonderful and very cozy hotel immersed in greenery and fragrant flowers! We felt right at home. Special thanks to the friendly hostess for the warm welcome and delicious treats! )
The only thing that marred the stay was the loud, almost screaming Russian-speaking guests. The soundproofing of the hotel could not cope with them even with completely closed doors and windows.
4.5
Absolutely lovely family business style apart hotel with a sense for details and beauty. A place of harmony and comfort. If you are looking for a super professional full service hotel routine with everything at your disposal, you should look elsewhere. However, we prefer to cater for ourselves or eat out, instead of all those faceless (and sometimes disgusting) breakfast buffets or overpriced bars with bizarre booze options. That being said, we booked breakfast for our check out day here and that was fantastic and delicious.
Core competence is running the hotel, keeping everything tidy, green and clean. If you need extras like breakfast, you will keep nagging. Also a couple of beers and other drinks available would be good (sold at a premium of course), in order to not to be dependent on the next shop if you need something or run out of stock.

Good location, friendly lady, who takes care of the breakfast, property. Facilities, pools asf
Check in and check out, you better tell them in advance, when exactly you would like to check ib cjeck out!

Words cannot express how amazing this Villa is. We have extended our stay we love it that much. The owners are incredibly kind, the apartment is by far the cleanest ive ever known whilst staying in Turkey for the past 4weeks! ... the pool is always super clean. We are 100% coming back next year! I would highly recommend to anyone who wants to relax within stunning surroundings and be treated like family. They also have a washing machine and washing line that you are welcomed to use at any time.
