We had a wonderful stay, everyone in our group loved the appartments.

It was very clean, modern and comfortable. One of the appartments had a great living room. Francorchamps has a great motorsports atmosphere, exotic cars and motorcycles pass by every moment.

When the window of the one person bedroom at the back was opened, a very strong smoky bbq smell (from the charcuterie chimney next door?) entered the room. The room remained smelly all weekend, whatever we tried. The pillows weren’t very good. There are no nearby supermarkets and Francorchamps doesn’t have a great choice of restaurants.

Lovely Modern Renovated Apartment in a Great Location and for Good Value

Lovely, spacious apartment a 15 minute walk from the Spa F1 Circuit's La Source entrance. The apartment is very large and clean and has everything you need for the stay. The host was lovely and very accommodating to meet and handover the keys. Checkout was very easy, you just leave the keys in the door! The owner offers parking for 5 euros per night across the street from the apartment or you can park in the street. There are restaurants and stores close by for everything you need.

The wifi was pretty poor. The router signal was only available in the living room and the internet speeds were pretty slow. Was hard to catch up on emails after the track day. Other than that, no complaints to speak of!

location for the F1 was amazing just a 20 mins walk away from the track and every thing you need for supplies is near by

Exceptional

We had an issue locating the correct room at 3AM! It was completely our own error. The owner came out and rectified the satiation even at that time of the night and got it sorted for us. Obsoletely going above and beyond, I cannot thank him enough. :)

fantastic location

Neighbouring property has chimney exit too close to rear bedroom window which if the window is open fills apartment with smoke.. Possibly a fault with chimney but this should be rectified really.

Superb

Very nice apartment near the SPA F1 circuit. Nice owner waited for us with the key. Parking space available.

We could only communicate in French with the owner, but it was fine anyway.

fine, for 1 night its okay

I liked the look of the room it was clean, but the keypad lock for the door to the room didn´t work, we called him and he came over to look at it but it was a technical issue so it couldn't be fixed at the time of our stay. but we had a key for the front door of the building.

My friends complained about the beds and the cushions being too hard.

Great location, with many amenities nearby, superbly finished apartment with a very friendly host!

Very clean apartment, comfortable with excellent facilities. Beds were very comfortable and the property is more than spacious enough for up to four people. Would highly recommend this property for its location, friendly helpful host and overall excellent presentation.

Exceptional

Everything… beautifully decorated, good supplies of household goods, excellent facilities. Close tonSpa Circuit, restaurant and local shops. Cleaned every day, meet and greet, can not fault the service.

Little difficult to manage the twisted staircase, but didn’t put us off.

A nice base for an outdoor holiday

We stayed 6 nights in a 3 person apartment with a bright living area and a kitchen with large windows. We had a lot of space because we used another bedroom (for 1 person) as a dressing room (there are large wardrobes). It was nice to follow the special cars passing by (but the sound of the cars can also wake you up in the morning). Good blackout curtains and nice twin beds. Next to a good butcher and an excellent bakery!! Good location for a hiking holiday, as there are many good routes within 10km.

A few things could have been better although in general everything was fine. There could be a couple of different pillows on offer, as the ones in use are pretty hard. There is no garbage sorting and kitchen equipment could include larger dining plates and in addition one clearly smaller pot. The upstairs railing is shaky and the toilet seat ring would need better installation.

Very nice and charming apartment. Ideally located to access les Hautes Fagnes (20min by car) and clean. I would definitely recommend this place.
