Fin de semana en Jerte.

Nos gusto todo en general. El sitio de por sí es una maravilla rodeado de naturaleza. La habitación grande y espaciosa, limpia y con todo lo necesario. Las instalaciones están muy bien. Buen desayuno tipo bufet. Teníamos media pensión y las cenas que probamos estaban geniales. Para repetir sin duda.

Que no puede quedarme más días 😅

localización inmejorable

LAs instalaciones se encuentran ubicadas en un lugar magico, teniendo vistas al valle del Jerte. No hemos probado la piscina pero debe ser increible bañarse con esas vistas. La sala comedor espectacular.

La almohada y el colchón muy mejorables y el cierre de la ventana poco aislamiento acústico. El resto nos ha parecido todo genial. muchas gracias.

Very nice on the whole, but very creaky floorboards!

Good sized room, lovely location next to bubbling river. Pleasant lounge, bar and dining, all well air-conditioned. Lovely infinity pool right next to the river. (Unfortunately it was out of action for one of the two days we were there). The 18 euros 3 course meal with drink was good value and good quality, although limited vegetarian choices meant one of us had to choose another starter as the main. There was limited free parking at the hotel which we welcomed.

Exceptionally creaky floorboards in the bedroom - I dread to think what it must have been like for the room below us. We had an early start the morning we left, so had to move around the room mission-impossible style to try to avoid the creaky boards! No tea/coffee making facilities.

Great location and clean

The pool! It smelt damp and so did our swimwear afterwards. It had black around the edges from the mould and wasn’t tiled. It was a shame because the pool was in a great position. It needs to be tiled

I had gone to the Jerte valley for walking in the area. Stunning — all of it.

The receptionist was very friendly and knowledgeable and extremely helpful. The breakfasts were good and it was easy to get afternoon cups of tea. On the first night I was joined by six people — a group of walkers — and we had dinner in the restaurant. We ate three courses from the menu and everyone liked the food. The wine menu met with the approval of the group's wine experts. All was good.

pleasant helpful staff but wouldn’t return

very pleasant staff beautiful location

our room looked a bit tired. crack in the large window bathroom door needed a repair and this was a superior room. perhaps this was the dog friendly room? wouldn’t recommend this hotel for dogs as they weren’t allowed anywhere apart from your room which is okay for an overnight stop but longer stays not viable. Dog bed. bowls provided and toy which was nice. Hotel externally needs redecorating now!! Generally everything looked as if it needed some TLC Restaurant lovely position food well presented and good value at €18. not many places to eat in the village and this was the end of June

Excellent location.

The location was very good. We had no need to drive the car until we left to continue our trip. The room was comfortable. Plenty of restaurants nearby.

The breakfast was quite good, except the slice of bread my husband had was mouldy.

A hidden gem in the Jerte Valley

Basically everything! Location, views, amenities, staff, restaurant, bar, cleanness, and breakfast were all superb. Staff was friendly and attentive, all the amenities, room, bathroom, restaurant, hall, terrace, bar, etc...were super clean. The restaurant menu was excellent and for a very appropriate rate. The views are amazing of the valley and the pool and terrace in the backyard was great.

I would have loved to have some options for the pillows. The ones that we had were too soft and short. Also the parking lot is tiny, perhaps 3-4 cars can fit in. Otherwise you have to park elsewhere

Very picturesque. Amazing restaurant with nice view, very friendly staff. It's great you can stay with dog and dog can count on own dog bed. Rooms spacious and comfortable.

Poor choice of vegetarian dishes on the menu.

Great hotel and lovely location

Decent size bedroom with amazing views and panoramic windows. The bed was very comfortable and we were able to choose different types of pillows for free. Bathroom very modern and nice shower. Breakfast is pretty good with plenty of choice and gluten free bread. The staff is very profesional, kind and attentive.

The drain of the shower was a bit blocked and we ended up with lots of water spillage out of the shower.
