Perfeita, familiar e acolhedora.

Amamos cada segundo que passamos hospedados. No cuidado, café da manhã, atenção dos proprietários, funcionários, animais, piscina, todos os espaços, cada cantinho aconchegante e familiar que passei com a minha família.

Decepcionante.

Localização boa

Muitas regras infundadas. Não se pode sair e levar a chave do quarto em que está hospedado, inicialmente pensei q fosse pq iriam realizar a troca dos quartos, mas não era isso, pois fiquei quatro dias e não foi realizada a troca sequer uma vez. O ar condicionado tinha q ficar em 23 graus celsius. E por fim, não se pode usar protetor para não manchar as toalhas, olha, realmente esperava mais e me sinto decepcionada. Sem contar que os donos tem zero carisma, além de valores para os passeios muito acima da média.

Boa hospedagem.

A pousada não fica no centro, mas fica próxima, como eu estava de carro alugado isso não foi um problema, a pousada é bonita, com muito verde, o quarto era amplo assim como o banheiro, um ótimo café da manhã.

No nosso quarto entraram pererecas e em algumas noites que não conseguimos retira-las do banheiro foi difícil dormir com o barulho. Além disso, a pousada cobra caso manchem as toalhas de maquiagem ou protetor solar, é bem difícil num local com passeios para lagoas você não usar protetor, por mais cuidado que tivemos na hora do check-out nos foram cobradas 2 tolhas, R$50,00 por uma de rosto e R$100,00 por uma da corpo, totalizando R$150,00. Nunca vi em nenhum local do mundo em que me hospedei esse tipo de pratica, mas paguei, trouxe as toalhas pra casa, e após lavadas estão sem manchas.

Nossa estadia foi maravilhosa, superou todas as expectativas!

Os anfitriões foram super solícitos e muito gentis desde que chegamos. Nos recepcionaram com muita simpatia e nos auxiliaram com tudo o que precisávamos, desde passeios até com a locomoção. O café da manhã era bem completo e delicioso. O quarto era espaçoso e bem cuidado.

É uma região que possui muitas rãs, lagartixas e insetos no geral, mas não é uma particularidade da hospedagem e sim da região, por isso para quem tem medo/fobia saiba que encontrará muitas pelo caminho.

Staff friendly, easy to organize a tour, breakfast was fine

Our room was not cozy and very simple, mold on the wall and strange smell from the bathroom. we had lots of ants in the room, the rooster started to crow in the middle of the night and kept us awake until the morning. A bit far from city center.

We liked nothing really to be honest. The staff, I guess was friendly, but thats it.

The room was terrible in all aspects. There was not even toilet paper when we first got there. The pool is not usable. Breakfast was nothing either. All this was especially upsetting, as the price was really high. Zero value for money.

Nice garden, peaceful place to hang out between visits, exceptional help from the pousada owner organizing visits in the Lençois and transfers to other cities. For light sleepers: take ear plugs because a rooster will wake you in the morning ;)
