We were a small group but had a great time.. something for everyone.. walks on the beach, coffee on the deck, watching deer and pelicans. Great weather , great company. We will do this again!!

Very clean and well equipped. Quiet neighborhood. We enjoyed walking out the door right to the beach.

Very clean and well appointed. As close to the beach in Washington as you can get. Our second year there and very happy with this property.

The beach house was nice, however, the entrance stairs were wicked steep & the steps inside, up & down at random, were very tricky, one of our elders tripped & hurt his leg. The hot tub controls didn't work well & kept tripping the breaker. We expected the outdoor furniture & rails to be clean. The chairs were too rusty to use. Unfortunately, the power went out at 2:30 am during our last night & didn't come on before we left, we did the best we could cleaning, etc. The parking, for that large a house, was woefully inadequate.
Overall we enjoyed being with our family, the beach access was great, the front view was perfect.

Enjoyed our stay very much! We will be back again next year!

Fantastic view. Clean and comfortable. Better than the photos. Easy path to the beach. We stayed only 3 days and wished we had stayed for a week. The drive to the national park hikes was a bit long, but the view was worth it. The driveway did not fit two cars, but we were able to park one in the garage. WiFi was not great, so it discouraged working while on vacation. We would definitely stay here again. We did not use the basement rec room or the hot tub, but they were available.

The house was exactly as described with an amazing view and easy access to the beach. The neighborhood was quiet. We very much enjoyed our stay.

You can't beat this house's view and the easy trail to the beach. It could use a deep clean and a bit of maintenance. When we arrived the hot tub wasn't heated and there weren't any instructions for the hot tub. When I called the property management company to ask how to turn it on/make sure it was working, I got a lot of attitude from the lady I spoke with and she hung up on me when I pressed for more details on how to turn the hot tub on and how long it would take to warm up. The house is 8 minutes from Seabrook, a great place to eat and shop. The pool table room is located through the garage making it not very convenient as a place to hang out.

Enjoyed this home and especially loved that it was directly on the beach. The house has its own trail through the dunes. Home was clean, well stocked and comfortable.

We really enjoyed out stay. It was right on the beach and we had a great view of the sunset ever night (when it wasn't raining). It was relatively close to restaurants and the corner market was well equipped. Most everything was self explanatory but it would have been nice to have a little binder that explained some of the features and local attractions like many VRBOs have. There was a taped on placard on the DVD player regarding a logon etc that we never could figure out. The beds were comfortable and the fireplaces were a big plus in the winter. We'll be back.

Over all this was a good experience for our family. A few things could have made it excellent..We were traveling with a recovering cancer patient and tried several times to get an early check in, was repeatedly told to call back and they would see what was possible, up to the day we were arriving leaving little room for carpool planning. Only to be told that they couldn't say yes or no until we arrived but we may not have service out there..not very helpful. Secondly, the overwhelming smell of cleaning products when we walked in was unhealthy. We had to open all the windows and air the whole house out. Thirdly, the strong smell of laundry soap/fabric softener on sheets/towels was terrible and made it hard to sleep comfortably. We had to do a load of wash while there, didn't use any soap and our clothes are now saturated with synthetic smells. This was hard for our whole family but especially so for someone battling cancer and recovering from 6 months of Chemotherapy. You might want to consider switching to scent free products, not only for your clients health but for the folks who clean your units wellbeing as well.
Thank you for taking time to read this review

This is our second time to stay here. Pros: direct beach access and beautiful view, clean and comfortable. Cons: kitchen is a little dark and couldn’t get the hot tub to work. No instructions anywhere. However, the jacuzzi bathtub was a good substitute. We had an enjoyable stay. Lots of room if you have a bigger group too. (It was just the two of us and our dog.)

Wonderful home. We took our two little dogs and it was great to be right on the beach. Comfortable furniture and beds. Awesome to hear the ocean at night. Hot tub was super clean and parking was easy. We would definitely stay again.

Well equipped kitchen and clean when we arrived.
Gyrations place to walk on the beach

The upstairs bedrooms have the best view and we didn’t have any problems with electronics, heating, the hot tub or kitchen appliances.

This is our second time staying here. We love this space and so do our doggies! We got some lovely calm weather before a winter storm hit - this place is great for all kinds of weather, since we could go downstairs inside (and out the side door) and avoid the icy stairs. They even have warm water through the outside hose spigot, for washing off our fur babies! The property managers were great throughout the whole process. Everything was clean and well stocked - *BONUS* when the power went out during a winter storm for a while, the fireplaces still worked and kept us warm (SO GRATEFUL!!). The hot tub was so amazing in the cold weather. We had a great time and will be back again!

The house is in a perfect location. It is in need of some care, but all the kitchen appliances work. The hot tub was not up to the usual standards when we have visited in the past. The heat control panel needs to be replaced or a new tub. It took a couple of calls about the hot tub not being hot before someone came out to fix it, been when they did it was great.

We have stayed here twice and can’t beat I. Seriously, the beach is RIGHT THERE. Both times we’ve stayed, the hot tub has been hot. Well stocked kitchen, closet full of puzzles, dog friendly—we just love it. Excellent for kids, with the bunk bed. Ours are 3 and 8. Quiet. Stunning stars were out this time—so little light pollution that we could see the Milky Way in exquisite detail. Thank you thank you!!

Great spot on the beach in Moclips. Property manager is very responsive. Utensils and linens would benefit from a deep clean, but not a deal-breaker as far as overall property! Can sleep many people and easy access to beach through dunes.

Nice place to stay with family and easy access to the beach. Did have trouble with the oven. Called to have someone look at it and no one showed up even tho I was assured they would be there in 2 hours. Fortunately the bbq was there, so we made due. Overall the place is nice but could some upgrades for safety.
4.0
Overall the unit was good. We wish we had access to cleaning supplies. There was no cleaner or garbage bags other than the one already in the can. The downstairs toilet had “splatter” on the back of the bowl. Not pleasant.
4.0
Great location and views, great weather. House was fairly clean, but linens and towels should be bleached as they had stains. Two of four TVs did not work. No toaster and stove was not cleaned but a nice kitchen overall. Loved the gas fireplace, hot tub and comfortable furniture. For the price, owners have some updates to complete like cleaning the carpets, painting over patched walls and pressure washing both decks. Again, the location and views were outstanding. We've been coming to Moclipse for 35 years and enjoyed our stay.

Right on the beach. Location was perfect.

We had a wonderful stay here. Very close to the beach. Exactly as advertised. Pool table and hot tub were a great touch. Would stay again!

You can’t beat the beach access. They provided a ton of big towels.
We couldn’t check in until after 5:15. The light in the primary bathroom doesn’t work so they stuck a battery operated lantern in there as the only light source for the toilet. You had to unplug the toaster and retrieve your toast with a knife. The inside of the cabinets and drawers were really dirty. The animal urine smell downstairs was intense.
None of these were catastrophic issues, it’s just obvious the property is heavily used and in need of a deep cleaning.

The property was perfect. My husband, our 5,6,12 year olds stayed in downstairs bedroom which was HUGE! There was a queen bed and twin bunk beds and they supplied an air mattress. Upstairs, my brother and sister in law stayed with their dogs and my stepmom in the other room. One strange thing is you can only access the bathroom upstairs from inside the first bedroom, only because the door was locked with no key.
The grill and hot tub worked great. The path to the beach is nice but you can also drive on the beach and the entrance is very close to the house. The beach was not busy, but several families were there with kites.
The internet worked great. There is a little market close by (within a couple of minutes driving distance). The house had everything we needed.

Gem of a house. So fun to be that close to the beach. We could sip wine on the deck while the kids played in the sand within veiw. Thank you! We will be back!

Loveliest place with beach view!

The location was secluded from nearby touristy areas. Parking is limited.

House had years of caked on dirt & mold on windows, sliding doors and heat vents. Mold growing up window sills. Windows & oven were filthy. Sliding door lock broken. Paint chipped off many walls. Mold all over upstairs balcony
