Excellent history and location
More steps than I’d have liked but worth them for the beautiful apartment and location
A joy

Fantastic property in a very central location close to the Plazza del Campo and the Duomo. Not suitable for those with mobilty problems due to stairs only to the second floor.
Fantastic stay and would recommend.

Great location and a roomy apartment on the main street with il campo a brief walk down the street. A small band performed almost every day outside the apartment which was a nice vibe.
Paulo was very responsive and we really enjoyed our stay. Would highly recommend.

This was a great place to stay. Not sure we had to walk much more than 10 minutes to get to all the sites we visited. Keep in mind the info that states there isn’t an elevator. The climb is definitely worth it but not if you have difficulty with stairs. Paolo was a wonderful host, communicated quickly and had good recommendations. Would gladly stay here again!!

We arrived early, they were so friendly and allowed us to store our luggage, so we could explore beautiful Siena. When we returned, they had taken all our luggage into our room for us. I would definitely stay there again and recommend to anyone. They were helpful with calling taxi's, dinner reservations. Beautiful Hotel and Great Staff

The apartment was very spacious and well equipped. The 68 steps from the street to the apartment promote cardio-vascular fitness.

Nice apartment right in the center of town!!

Beautiful, spacious apartment in a fantastic location. It felt like all of Siena was in easy reach and the Piazza del Campo was just a minute away. Great communication from host, and the apartment was outfitted with everything you could need. Each bedroom had its own ensuite bathroom, great for 2 couples or families. The bedroom overlooking the street was a little noisy (not car traffic but people's voices echoed/carried) but nothing ear plugs couldn't take care of.

Highly recommend to anyone traveling in a small group. Perfect walking location, very comfortable, and clean apartment! The only reservation I'd have for a longer stay is--the front rooms could be a bit noisy due to people traffic. All in all, a great experience!

Sensational Stay in Siena
We enjoyed our stay in this lovely Siena apartment. We paid a premium to be in the close to the center of the Palio action and it was worth it. Great location close to the Piazza Del Campo, shopping and restaurants and the building was secure with exterior door and interior gate locked at night. Communication with the property managers was excellent and prompt. We were find with the apartment's placement but for those that require easy accessibility, there is no lift and the apartment is up several flights of stairs. The apartment's front windows opened up over a main street giving an excellent view of parades and celebrations for the Palio which went into the wee hours of the morning given the Drago contrade where the apartment is located won the Palio. Exciting visit and we would stay at this apartment again.

66 Steps
The apartment and location were a 10. The issues were with the check in, the amount of stairs and the street noise. We were told the closest parking lot was pricey but we were OK with that for a day or 2. However there was a football match that day and they was virtually no parking. Finally found parking and it was a very long walk to the apartment. Then met our check in person that spoke no English. We proceeded to our "2nd floor" apartment that seemed like the 4th floor. It was 66 steps from the ground floor to the apartment. She finally got Paulo on the phone and he was able to help us. He suggested we park at the Train Station for 2 euros a day and take a taxi back with our luggage. I would suggest anyone with a car go directly to the train station and taxi to Piazza Tolomei which is less than 50 meters to the apartment. I would also suggest that anyone staying in the front bedroom have ear plugs incase there is street noise. We were there during graduation week and the college students were up drinking & singing until all hours. I would still highly recommend this apartment to anyone visiting Siena.

Would come back perfecto
We stayed for three nights but I could have stayed for weeks. Great location so nicely decorated and very spacious. Front bedroom was a bit noisy but to be expected. Having a room darkening curtain or blind would help. And LOTSof steps to get apartment. But great furniture hit water and water pressure super! Comfy beds both king size (2 mattresses together) 5 stars! If we come back to Siena I will stay here

Great location :)
The apartment is located in the city centre not far from the Piazza del campo. Therefore you can reach all important sights and parts of the city by foot. The apartment itself is perfect for 4 but also for 6 people. The interior includes all relevant things you need to have and everything works as it should. The check-in and check-out was without any issues :)
