Only property location and pool is worth.

Only the property location and pool Nothing is there as special.

Staff behaviour very worst. No service provided which we need as basics. No ethics and punctuality in giving check-in very delay like 2 hrs but checkout is not adjusted.

Regret on breakfast..restaurant staff soo rude..rowdies..

Reception staff was good..

Breakfast were horrible..restaurant staff are rowdies..no ever seen a breakfast timing till 9:30 reason they said they want to open the bar at 10 .no eggs nothing just bread butter jam and a tea a south indian braed with a watery curry .not at all worth.

It was a good stay @edassery's sealine villa and the property has a beautiful lake view from the pool side. There are rooms which are facing towards the beach and lake side. Breakfast is not included in the room rent and you need to pay an extra amount of (100 per person) at the hotel if you are planning to take breakfast. We didn't get the extra bed, Since it was already given to other rooms and it was unavailable, Expect that everything was fine here. Thankyou.

Friendly receptionist who took care of all needs and proximity to the beach as well as the lake

we have booked a deluxe room and there were no basic needy things like tooth brush or paste , and the toilet wasn’t clean properly.

The staff was friendly and always willing to help. The more organized place is obvious. It is for sure more organized and clean than other famous spots from the place.

I lost my lesson as a tutor due to the wifi problem. The staff from the afternoon was telling me to allow them 5 minutes. I begged them to do something, and every one hour they asked for 5 more minutes. Finally, I stayed without internet and they did not even apologized.]

The location where the resort is beautiful and the staff security was kind

There were no toiletries provided.Literally had to ask the security for a tooth paste. For the prize paid breakfast wasn't complimentary either. Not worth the money

Superb

The villa is located in between the sea and backwaters, I really loved the peace and quiet.. But we could stay only for a night due to my schedule..

The reception closes at 12 am , and all lights are switched off..

Beautifully located right in the middle of the backwaters and the ocean. Room was very spacious and clean. Staff were very friendly and helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Highly recommend.
