La Joyhouse a parfaitement convenue a mes attentes endroit propre, paisible et très agréable pour des vacances réussies

Endroit super paisible, accueil très agréable, maison tés joliment décoré et propre. Un séjour très bien dans la Joyhouse, je la recommanderai autour de moi, merci !

Je pense que si les toilettes étaient séparés de la salle de bain ça pouvait être mieux, mais rien de très dérangeant !

Cómodo, buen precio y buena onda.

Es una casa antigua que está muy bien, el pueblito también muy bonito, rural, tranquilo, ideal para desconectar. Joy y Julieta son súper majos, muy buena onda. Y el precio está súper bien, lo recomiendo 100%.

Dans l'ensemble nous avons apprécié de résider dans ce logement , jolie décoration , , terrasse ..

le logement est agréable , c'est une maison en colocation , puisqu'il y avait 3 chambres de deux personnes et le reste en commun . le calme et l'emplacement de la maison ainsi que la convivialité avec les autres hôtes . la terrasse sur toit et celle du jardin . réponse rapide du propriétaire pour certaines questions et explications ;

Si la cuisine est bien équipée , cependant certains ustensiles de cuisine auraient besoin d'être remplacés ou du moins nettoyés comme bouilloires , frigo, micro onde et les sachets de tisanes ou thé mis à disposition dépoussièrés . De plus nous n'étions pas informé qu'un ami de la propriétaire qui réside dans un logement mitoyen avait accès au logement ( pour utilisation de la salle de bain et frigo )d'autant plus qu'il ne s'est pas présenté .

Joyhouse es un acierto total

Joyhouse es un acierto total si buscas este tipo de alojamiento y experiencias en las que compartes estancias comunes. Empezando por la ubicación, excepcional. En medio de la isla, todo queda como máximo a 30 mins en coche. A 10 minutos de Famara y de las playas del norte. Tienes cerca varios teleclubs donde poder disfrutar de la comida local a buenos precios. Las habitaciones muy confortables, al igual que el resto de las estancias. La cocina súper equipada para llevarte tuppers para pasar el día fuera. Y finalmente Joy es un tío súper amable. Repetiría sin dudarlo!

Nice place, friendly owner, clean, quiet etc. We felt at home.

The small town Munique is very quiet. Good sleeping! The owner keeps the place, 3 rooms, clean. Although you share bathroom and kitchen there is no problem. We could use always the shower and the kitchen when needed. Parking is no problem. Supermarket is nearby in Tiagua and a petrol station and better supermarket you will find in Tinajo. Also a very nice coffeeshop with nice cakes. From Munique it is a 10 minutes drive to La Caleta (de Famara) and Famara beach > surfing! The central location of Munique is excellent. You can drive easily to the north > beautifull walking and to all other directions.

We cannot mention anything.

Parfait ! l'accueil, l'emplacement, la gentillesse et disponibilité de Joy....l'ambiance de la maison .... tout était super et a donné la touche idéale à notre voyage ! On y retourne dès que possible !

aprovechamiento intenso en horario de invierno

la relación con anfitrión cordial, coincidió que el ambiente con resto de alojados muy bueno, mantenimiento y colchones aceptable pero mejorable, la casa ofrece muchas posibilidades, un pequeño porche frente al jardín o huerto para meditar,contemplar la luna o relajarse acariciando al gato.

siempre se agradece a la hora de descansar encontrar un colchón firme con almohada y ropa de cama adecuada es la guinda para finalizar un dia esplendido y empezar el siguiente cargado de energia.

La casa tiene todas las comodidades posibles. Buena ubicación para visitar toda la isla. Tranquilidad, terraza, parking...

En la habitación se nota que hay humedad, para asmáticos no es recomendable. Habían hormigas aunque al estar la casa en el campo es entendible.

Der Besitzer war sehr nett. Die Terrasse oben.

Je nachdem, wer die anderen Gäste sind, ist es sehr laut. Wir hatten das Zimmer neben dem Eingang. Wenn sich Menschen vor dem Zimmer unterhalten, versteht man jedes Wort, selbst wenn sie versuchen leise zu sein. Es gibt nur ein Badezimmer für mindestens 3 Doppelzimmer. Das ist ein bisschen wenig.

Comfortably in the most Amazing wild area of Lanzarote!

The House Is in a wonderful place beautiful landscape on the Fanara Bay. The location Is quiet and peaceful. One hundred metres from the house you can reach the bus stop to move around the Island. The house offer anything you Need to Cook. Complimentare coffee and tea are available. Joy the owner of the house create a very comfortable stay making you feel at home for real! He Is a very Solar Person Always ready to help you and to give advise about the best things to visit and to do in the Island.

La atención de Joy, la ubicación y el entorno. Decoración original. La cocina y el baño muy bien surtidos.

La ausencia de limpieza, el baño estaba sucio constantemente por el uso del los huéspedes de las otras habitaciones. La cocina llena de hormigas y la basura oliendo mal. Cuando las áreas (cocina y baño) son comunes hay que cuidar el asunto de la limpieza. El Sábado 18 hubieron dos huéspedes que pusieron música alta y a hablar dando voces pasada las 22:00. Por parte del responsable del establecimiento se debería vigilar el horario de descanso.

Abbiamo trovato la struttura molto accogliente, fornita di tutto, ci siamo sentiti come a casa.

Ci sono degli insettini piccolissimi, non conviene lasciare pane, biscotti ecc perché si riempiono di questi insettini, conviene mettere tutto in frigo.

Un très bon séjour dans l’une des chambres de Joy. Un hôte très accueillant. Endroit très bien pour rayonner dans l’île.

Joy est un hôte très accueillant. La chambre avec lits jumeaux était très bien. Grande et claire. La terrasse commune est agréable.

Sanitaires communs pas toujours pratiques mais très propres.

Très bon séjour à Lanzarote

L'accueil de Joy et sa discrétion. Nous avons passé un très bon séjour. La maison est bien située sur l'île de Lanzarote, il faut cependant une voiture. L'environnement est très calme.

Rien sauf peut-être un ventilateur dans la chambre car il fait très chaud la nuit.

Exceptional

The room was comfortable. The house is cosy, it feels like at home. Parking is right behind the door. Its very silence day time. We stayed there for 1 week. A lot of spaces beside your room, where you can sit or eat. The kitchen is big, the fridge is working. The staff kindly agreed to wash our clothers one time with no extra cost.

The shower is or cold or hot. Not warm. And when there are 4 couples in the house, one bathroom is a long wait. There is only one bathroom with toilet inside. That means, that there is one room for bath, toilet, teath brush and hair dry or washing the clothers. But the place is very cosy and comfortable. I would definitely recommend it.

It is an ideal place to discover the island, comfortable parking. Of course, it's a must to have a car. It is a very quiet place.

It was a cozy and nice place. We felt at home!

The fact that we could live as we want, we felt at home. We could cook, had a bathroom to share, a nice and spacious room. Also the locker to get the key is really practical.

I liked everything. Just found a bit sad that we didn’t see that much the owner. It’s probably how he wants it to be but I would have appreciate to share with him :)
