地點好

我們被分配到邊間房間裡面直接有緊急逃生出口器具跟燈。晚上關了全部的燈逃生燈還是亮到不行，睡得非常不好。這個飯店為了要多賺錢多隔一間房，把緊急逃生出口設計在房間內….讓人非常傻眼。假如真的有緊急事情發生假如房內的人鎖門，其他房客是要怎麼使用？！在入住時，櫃檯人員也完全沒有通知這個房間是緊急逃生出口，隔天我們反應，他們聲稱是可以關掉的… 但就算拔掉插頭因為避免緊急停電狀況，這個燈還是有儲存電源，他們員工的反應讓人非常的不滿意，完全沒有要認錯，負責任。覺得這晚住在這邊感覺非常差勁！

Gutes Gesamtpaket

Sehr zuvorkommendes Personal. Es ist höflich und freundlich zu jeder Zeit. Das Zimmer war einwandfrei sauber und gut ausgestattet. Die Lage des Hotels ist gleich am Pier 2 von Kaohsiung. Man muss nur einige Schritte tun und hat sehr viel zu entdecken.

Das Klo tropft nach jeder Benutzung lange nach. Das störte nachts. Leider habe ich auf eine Rückmeldung nie eine Antwort bekommen. Die Schalldichtung lässt zu wünschen übrig. Man hört jedes Wort vom Nachbarzimmer.

Very interesting aesthetic, amazing location right next to Pier 2 art district, and super helpful staff.

Had some issues with electricity, lights turning on and off randomly. Only happened the first night though and not the second.

Good location, but that's it.

Check-in staff was unfriendly and unhelpful. While we were checking in, she told a guest on the phone that she doesn't speak English and just hang up on them. Our room didn't match the photos: the bed is resting against a pillar and could only be accessed from one side, and there was only one night stand. One of the windows didn't have a blackout curtain, only a venitian blind, so it was there was light in the room early in the morning. Finally, the spring mattress was extremely unconfortable: it would bounce endlessly if the other person moved even a little bit. It was so bad that we couldn't sleep for half of the night, and one of us had to sleep on the floor. We had to cancel our 2nd night and find an other hotel.

Functional hotel in a very convenient location

Functional hotel in a very convenient location, near the stop of the Kaohsiung tram (light rail)) and Pier #2. No service claims. Nice modern design, nice view from the window.

The room was small, only 17 sq. meters, most of the room was occupied by a bed. I stayed at the hotel at the end of August, breakfasts were in the neighboring building of the hotel, with terrible queues (although the employees worked flawlessly).

Pleasant

It looked nice and was clean. The tv had many channels and movies. Good a/c in the room. Clean sheets and pillow. Friendly desk clerk. Comfy lobby couches and chairs while we were waiting for our taxi pickup.

It was a very small room, I kept bumping into the TV when walking by the bed. The shower was small and the shower head was broken (still usable, but water spurting everywhere). The first morning while the staff were cleaning, someone was smoking in one of the "non-smoking" rooms with the door open. The whole hallway reeked of smoke. The breakfast was in a separate building and only average. Not worth the value.
