Pleasant

What I didn't like about my stay was that there was no toilet paper at the toilet and for the fact the there's a shower it means you should provide shower caps. There was also no soaps like at any other guest houses. I think you should try improving that.

Spacious and comfotable rooms

Spacious and comfortable rooms. The staff are very friendly and helpfull.

The other guests were very noisy, I was woken by very noisy possibly drunk guests shouting at 2am.

safe to to park our cars and the entry point was safe as well.The villa is beautiful and clean.Keep up the good job.

It was a little challenge to lock the door when exiting the room. Please fix the door.

We didn't have breakfast as we had to leave early. The location was easy to find. The staff was super friendly. The room was exquisite.

Beautiful Guesthouse, a lovely room. Had some car trouble and the reception was super accommodating and helpful wrt parking extra time etc to get everything sorted out.

Bed mattress a bit too soft to my liking, but nothing serious.

The place itself was beautiful and the receptionist was too helpful, she assisted us with everything and took care of all concerns we had. I normally dont repeat my stay at the same lodge but I think we will be going back to Villa Brocant.

Nothing, except the outside area we were staying could have used abit of cleaning.

It IS such a nice cozy place, beautiful garden and the room was in Excellenz condition. Our car was save in the parking place all places covered from sun and rain. Will come again!

Everything about the room we had booked. Everything was in place, beautiful, warm and welcoming atmosphere. I loved it.

The pool wasn't clean, didn't even get to swim. Also couldn't braai, the braaistand have to be payed for.

Breakfast was fantastic, room was comfortable, the manager was very very friendly. The setting is very much "brocant" and pleasant to be in.

The geyser hadn't been turned on, I had a cold bath which was a pity because I booked that room specifically because the bath looked so nice.

BITTERSWEET

The location, the property and the facilities. The place looks gorgeous, the architecture, the garden and the rooms.

We did not like the reception personel's treatment of us. We had to beg so much to be moved to a better room, couldn't he just have offered us the best from the start. There was a generator, but they did not want to light it during loadshedding. There was no shower cap, soap bar and hand lotion in our room. The wifi was very poor, and checkout time is way too early. If it was 11am it would be nice.

Fabulous and the host was such a lovely man

Breakfast was amazing The peaches with yoghurt was very special. Our eggs were done exactly as we like them

That we couldnt stay longer, and the bed didnt fit in our car lol
