A real home from home. Thank you very much.

It was a little haven. The host was very friendly and created a warm and inviting atmosphere that made me feel very welcome. The breakfast was very nice and there was a lot of choice. The house is immaculate and beautifully decorated. It really was a lovely place to stay.

Lovely escape for a few days. Glad we went.

Such a beautiful place to stay. Roma the host is a lovely person, she is very friendly and chatty. The suite is very modern with a rustic feel. Lovely cosy bed, and excellent facilities throughout. I thoroughly enjoyed the cooked breakfast, and there is a choose for everyone whatever dietary needs you have. There is also a lovely garden to enjoy with outdoor seating. It's a good location with easy access to the main tourist attractions, some good pubs and lovely countryside. The A35 is just minutes away. Yes, I would recommend this to you.

Not a gripe, just an observation. The suite is attached to the family home; therefore, you can hear everything if they are using the kitchen. Something to be mindful of. This didn't bother us. Just a note.

Well worth staying

Roma made us feel very welcome and nothing was too much trouble. We enjoyed our nice chats over our well prepared cooked breakfast. The room was spotless, the bed was comfortable and the bathroom excellent. Can’t fault anything about Roma’s well run #31.

Amazing, don't hesitate!

Such a beautiful place to stay. Roma the host is a lovely person, a warm endearing character. She made us feel very welcome all the way through our stay. The room and facilities are very cosy with a view across the lovely garden. We felt very much part of her family. The cooked breakfast was a delight. But there is also a desirable choice of other foods. It's a relaxing place to chill out in and in such a nice location. We fully intend on going back sooner, rather than later. Highly recommend it to anyone.

There is nothing to dislike. Adorable place. A convenient location with easy access to the A35, local pubs and some beautiful countryside.

Comfortable with great hosts but …

Really relaxed and comfortable. The family that own the place are so friendly too. Made to really feel at home ….you are part of the home!!

I think it lacks a bit of privacy because the bedroom door opens directly into the kitchen. Therefore, it this context, you a perhaps a little too close to everyday family business as you could hear stuff going on in the kitchen.

Great stay

We stayed here over the weekend to visit the Tank museum (Tiger Day). Amazing calm and quiet place. The room is very comfortable with a spacious bathroom. Very friendly hosts who gave us great tips for places to visit around Dorset. Highly recommended!

How much we enjoyed ourstay with Roma in beautiful Dorset. From the moment you arrive to the moment you leave you feel welcome in her lovely B&B. We got really great tips for exploring the area but also definitely for really good food. The room is beautiful, a good bed, great bathroom and if you want you can relax in the garden. And every morning a rich breakfast..If we ever go to Dorset again we will definitely go to Roma. A top hostess!

Roma made us feel extremely welcome. We felt like we were at home.

There were several options available for breakfast. My full English breakfast was prepared very well. There was also a bowl of fresh fruit. There was ample breakfast provided.

Fabulous find; perfect place for an overnight stay, whether business or pleasure.

Lovely one-off find; really welcoming host, fab breakfast and exceptionally clean and tidy suite. Off road private parking and good wifi.

We had a most enjoyable time and would highly recommend it.

Breakfast excellent varieties cereals, fruit, Toast and a really nice cooked breakfast to your taste. A good location, quiet and with a lovely garden to relax in. The hostess made us feel really at home.

There was nothing about this property and it's owners that any one could find fault with.

Warm welcome from the host, parking on site and very comfortable room and bathroom. Quiet location with restaurants and local attractions nearby. Super breakfast, all we needed.

Ideal for our needs and would book again

From the moment we arrived we felt welcome, the cottage was beautiful, the room and bathroom were comfortable and clean, with some lovely little touches, had a great nights sleep and a wonderful breakfast in the morning. Our host Roma was very friendly, knowledgeable of the area and a great cook. Certainly would stay again when in the area. We booked in advance the Royal Oak Pub for our evening dinner, its only a short walk away and we had a very tasty dinner, reasonably priced and lovely staff.

Nothing, everything was as hoped for and exceeded expectations.

SO good. Can't fault it.

Lovely quiet location... Hostess with the mostest aim to please. Lovely brekkie, perfectly cooked at the perfect time we requested, being en route to Torquay. Parking dead easy and convenient, being about 30 feet from our room. 10/10 ;o)

It lacked a jacuzzi, a swimming pool and a golf course... but then again, this is a B&B - and a great one too!! Will definitely stay again if this one fits with our journeying.
