Exceptional

Location is perfect,just in city centre. Immaculately clean, shampoo, soap, toilet paper provided, also if you require more, it delivered immediately to the room. Breakfast is delicious, served on the rooftop terrace. All staff is very attentive, helpful, informative and polite, also speak good English. Bed is comfortable, good quality matress and pillows.Hot water anytime. I stayed there 3 nights,had no problems at all, and il quite pikki customer:) S special thanks for Rahul who cared about my comfort, explained a lot about a hotel and a sightseeing, also find a solution for me to stay 1 more nights. Initially i did booked only for 1 night, but decided to stay longer in this peaceful Oasis:) Thanks again Rahul and all the hotel staff for my great stay experience in Jaipur. Certainly will return and recommend to my family and friends.

All was just perfect. A little noisy from outside, but it's not a hotels fault, and it didn't disturbed me.

Ok for the amount paid.

close to hawa mahal has lift staff are very helpful

Things can be improved: 1. Room has lot of insects and small cockroaches . need to be clean. 2. Water in the bathroom taps comes very slowly; Also smells very badly. 3. No health faucet in English toilet 4. Food very costly in the restaurant 5. Towel and bed sheets are old and smelly 6. On weekends loud music till 11pm makes it difficult to sleep peacefully

Great quality as for the price. Professional and service oriented attention by the staff. Clean and spacious rooms with balcony! Very good location. Roof top terrace, which allows to chill out a little bit from the hassle.

The restaurant at the rooftop terrace: food regular, staff not responsive and often absent. At this price range, I expect more. Unpleasant smell from the bathroom.

The location and services from their staff was excellent. especially Mr Rahul Agarwal who assist and help me alot. Also from the man at front desk. Very profesional and helpful. Dont Expect too much from the old building hotel. Extra point for the rooftop restaurant. Its give me good memory and experience while Im in Jaipur

My stay

Excellent place to stay very central for shopping and sightseeing fantastic location friendly staff great bars and restaurant Unfortunately on this visit the morning after we arrived could not get on our balcony as redecorating the exterior started and was still going on 3 days later I was a bit poorly first morning so didn't want to go out but had to sit in room with curtains shut because of decorators on the balconies also can only smoke on balcony There was little point having room cleaned as when was able to get on balcony for a few minutes for a cigarette all the paint flakes and dirt trod back into room Then on 2 of the days drilling and banging was going on till mid evening in rooms next to ours and gave me awful headache I was not informed about this work before arrival or during our stay and no apology was given A bit disappointing

A delightful 2-night stay. The rooftop restaurant is wonderful.

My expectations were low but this property exceeded my expectations. The room was very homely and fitted with all basic needs. The bathroom especially was very clean with modern fixtures. The staff is professional and helpful. The gentleman at the reception helped me arrange a car on a short notice for Jaipur sightseeing. The driver was very kind, patient and recommended me more things to do and visit in the city. And the cherry on the top was the rooftop restaurant. I don’t think I have ever had such a delicious Maharaja thali in a true Maharaja-style. Location of the hotel is another great plus. Will definitely stay again if I am ever back in Jaipur. Thank you to the whole team🙏🏽

Excellent 3 nights of stay

All the staff members were very kind and dedicated to make out stay the most enjoyable possible. We had a luggage problem with the flight company and hotel manager help us to get them safely. Excellent staff !

Old-school hotel in Old town

I trully enjoyed staying in this prperty. Location is great - in the Jaipur old town and everything there is nearby. Next to the hotel is bazar and yet during late night and early morning it's a quite street. Room and whole palce was clear, staff and service excellent.

Very old style conjusted hotel. No parking. Open parking in bazar. Food is really very costly. Bislery is charged of 35 per bottle. The degree of cost can be imagined Location is good but there are other lots of other good options

Great rooftop restaurant, nice room, helpful staff

Nice and helpful staff, very clean, and an excellent restaurant! This is a good location for walking to the Hawa Mahal, City Palace, and Jaipur Museum.
