Water on shower was cold (not even warm) on evenings. The use of A/C was extra charged.Wi-Fi was very weak so it was useless. They never cleaned the room on our 5days stay. Does not have any rooms with two single-size beds as claimed, only double-size bed rooms.

Location was OK, close to the beach (walking distance). At Marmari (15-20 minutes walking) you have 3-4 nice restaurants + 1 place with cocktails that serve good food/drinks. 3-4 small villages near by (15-20 minutes by car).
Short version: dirty toilets (poop traces from previous years), pile of dirty toilet in a pool toilet, arrogant staff, paid AC/safebox.
Long version: we arrived the midnight, reception was closed and no one around. Our key was on the desk (which was ok, not like we needed a small talk to check-in). When we came to the room, it was unbearable hot, we opened balcony door, all windows, but it didn't help. We couldn't find an AC remote control anywhere, staff was not there to help. We tried having some sleep, but this was not possible since it was 30C+ degrees in the room.
Around 6am, after the sunrise, I went downstairs, still no staff was around, but I saw AC remotes behind the desk which I took because I wanted to give my wife and myself an hour or two of sleep.
When we came back later, there was a lady behind the reception who said that we HAD NO RIGHT TO TAKE AC REMOTE and it was our fault that we arrived late (reception is 24hr on the booking website). Also she said they would not clean our toilet because the hotel was old.
Toilets were dirty everywhere!!! I spent 3 days talking to Booking trying to get those toilets cleaned (staff at the hotel said that they won't clean toilet), but even Booking was not powerful enough to get the job done. Can you imagine - years of pooing traces in your toilet??? This was absolutely disgusting!!!
And a final point - direct neighbour of the hotel is a farm, farm with donkeys and dozens of roosters. All of these animals start screaming 4-5 AM, if you have your balcony door opened, you're screwed. Even if you close the door, you can clearly hear ALL OF THE ANIMALS SCREAMING. Can you sleep after that - NO.
Avoid this place at all costs!!!

Nothing
Staff unfriendly and rarely available, no wifi in the rooms, dirty bathroom, rooms were not cleaned during our four day stay, you have to pay an additional 5€/day for air conditioning, I had ants, spiders and cockroaches in my room. The hotel is noisy, you can hear everything from the next room and the doors slam. The little parasol around the pool is torn, the mattresses on the deckchairs are dirty. Badly located hotel in the middle of nowhere. I visited five different hotels in 15 days, I gave the other four very positive feedback and an excellent rating, and I paid the same price everywhere. But this hotel is pathetic, very below the Greek standards which are of a very good level.

The Location is perfect, 10 minutes walk to the beach. Kos town is 30 minutes as well as Kefalos is 30 minutes on the motorbike. Swimming pool is open 24/7. The 2 lovely cats 🐈 always there to give you a company 😃.

The view from the balcony and the swimming pool. There is a bus stop right in front to get anywhere. Nothing else.
The place is like a college dormitory stuck in the 90's.
We were fighting cockroatches 6-7 cm big. I asked for a broom to kill the first one we found, and they gave me an anti-bug spray. They had at least a dozen anti-bug sprays at the reception desk to hand out. One night there was one crawling on my leg under the blanket. After our first encounter, we couldn't get a good night sleep. In the morning we left at 4 AM, I woke up as one was scrambling on the floor so loudly.
The door towards the inside corridor was an older wooden door without soundproofing, with 1 cm gap between the floor and the door. You could hear anybody doing anything in the hallway. We thought that's where the cockroatches came in, because we closed every window and door towards the outside, witch were plastic door and window.
The toilet couldn't be flushed properly, so sometimes we had to use the water from the shower head to flush properly.
There was 1 room cleaning throughout the 7 days we spent there and you can't keep a 15 square meter big room plus a bathroom tidy and clean enough to feel comfortable, even you really tried. The bathroom was smelling really bad after the 4th day, even if we moped up the wet floor with the given rug every day, and we flushed the toilet several times.
There was no showergel and shampoo in the bathroom but this was only a minor case.
The closest beach is 1800 m away, which is quite a walk, but we rent a scooter to roam the island anyway.
The buffet breakfast was ok.
They charged us 6 EUR per day when we checked out for the air conditioning and i did not know it was an extra. They did ask us when we moved in if we wanted air condition in the room, but they did not tell us it's going to cost us money. This webpage booking.com indicated "Your stay includes: balcony, mountain view, garden view, air conditioning, free wifi etc...". I showed this to the owner and he told me: "Yes, wifi is free but not air conditioning.

Great location. Within walking distance to the beach and many local taverns with lovely food.
Very first contact with customer "care" was laughable: the owner told us "so leave" after we complained that our room does not provide WiFi as promised. He was unhelpful, arrogant, borderline rude, probably because we did not speak German, only English or because he simply did not care? Room was dirty, moldy, old looking with ants walking all over the place, breakfast basic and you even have to pay extra for tap water to accompany your meal. Thankfully we had such a wonderful time on the Island that this "hotel" (lets call it HOSTEL, because that is more like it) experience did not worry us for long. :) But if you are looking for comfy place, you better stay away from this one!
