There is a comfortable, huge apartment with a beautiful garden. I recommend to rent the whole apartment for a big family holiday. The garden is perfect and safe for children and dogs. The pool is clean and big.
Lots of sockets didn’t work in the apartment.

The house is very beautiful and spacious with a swimming pool.
Everything was great

Excellent accommodation and superb views of Lake Garda. Exceptionally well equipped for self catering with quirky and unusual personal items available for use. We loved this. Loads of space and really safe outdoor enclosed space. Comfy beds and working shutters to block out early morning sunshine.
Pool was very cool and unusable for this reason.

The good points - amazing garden, absolutely huge and beautiful. Fabulous pool. Great location, walking distance of the lake and Garda town although a steep incline on the return walk. Very clean. Recommend visiting Bardilino, Malcesine, Sirmione and Venice, all very easy to do. GF apartment has 2 full bathrooms which was a nice surprise. And although the GF kitchen is referred to as a kitchenette, it was spacious enough and very well equipped with everything you need. Only lacking an electric kettle (we boiled water in a saucepan for our cups of tea!) and no microwave. Despite the bad points following this, we had a wonderful time at Villa Leda and Lake Garda, and I would recommend it as long as you understand what you're booking!
The bad points - there's a vast difference between the ground floor and first floor apartments - very misleading and easy to mistake when choosing which to book. We booked a year in advance, and chose the GF apartment mainly because of easy access to the garden and what we thought would be our outdoor space (shaded eating area etc) We also chose GF because we wanted all 6 of us to have beds within bedrooms rather than 2 of us sleeping in our living room. We wanted our living room to be used for the purpose intended. Just before departing we read a new review, which explained that infact we'd completely misunderstood the set up. The GF apartment did not have a living room and the beautiful lake views, despite the two apartments being exactly the same price. And the photos depicting the living room with glass doors out to the garden, was in fact the living room for the first floor, which is not really a first floor at all. To explain, Villa Leda is built on a hill, and the front and side of the house is virtually ground level, but with the hill dipping at the back, the reverse of the property sits lower and therefore at the back, the "ground floor" apartment has access to the garden, with the first floor apartment above it. Our GF allowed access to the back where the pool was located but the outside space for eating was very poor, no paved area, no shade at all, and just a picnic bench on a slant. Consequently we ate all our meals indoors which was a big disappointment. Again, photos viewed had shown us a lovely outside space with covered dining area etc, but this was specifically for the first floor apartment which opened its "first floor" garden doors out to it. Other comments although not especially important - 1 towel each for our 12 day stay. Not enough! No English speaking TV channels - couldn't even check the news. Garden and pool uninhabitable after 6pm due to viscious mozzies immune to all our repellents.

The location was lovely and having the upper part of the Villa gave us great views across the lake.
Perhaps another toilet. Given the number of adults the villa can accommodate, with only one bathroom (although there are two showers), this could be inconvenient at times. Otherwise, all very good.
