The timeless Edgewater Beach Resort is located on the Gulf of Mexico in the heart of Panama City Beach with its beautiful sugary sand and emerald blue waters. It is the only full-service resort in Panama City Beach. Edgewater is a gated property with controlled access and 24-hour security. The 110-acre resort features unsurpassed amenities including 11 swimming pools (including a 11,400 sq foot lagoon pool landscaped with waterfalls, palms, flowers, exotic plants), whirlpools, on-site golf course, fitness center, 11 tennis courts, basketball courts, pickleball, and on-site restaurant. There is also a Kidz Klub which features daily activities for children including, golf lessons, tennis lessons, arts and crafts, and much more. Enjoy the gulf breezes as you dine on the deck of Ocean’s Bar and Grill or you could enjoy their take out on your own balcony with spectacular views of the gulf.

This 3BR, 3BA, 1573 sq foot condo was fully renovated in 2024 with new furniture, flooring, appliances, doors and more. It is furnished with 2 king bedrooms and a bunk room that sleeps 5 (including the trundle). There are smart TVs in every room and it can comfortably sleep 9.

There’s plenty of room for the entire family to gather for meals. The large, 72" round dining room table seats 8 along with 3 bar stools at the kitchen bar. The balcony features a comfortable loveseat and chair to enjoy the gulf breezes and spectacular sunsets. The well-stocked kitchen features granite countertops and stainless appliances. Quiet washtower is also located in the kitchen.

The living room area includes a comfortable, large sectional sofa where the family can relax and enjoy gulf views or have a movie night with the 65" smart TV.

The master bedroom has a wall of windows overlooking the emerald blue waters of the Gulf and a sliding door leading to the balcony. This unit is angled so that the master angles west and you can enjoy the spectacular sunsets from the comfort of your bed or the double-sized reading chair. The master suite has a large walk-in closet, double vanities with granite countertop, and a walk-in shower.

You are going to love your stay at Majestic Cottage. The 5th floor unit is just high enough that you can sip your coffee and watch the dolphins cruise the shore in the mornings while listening to the waves crashing on the shore. You get the full sights and sounds of being at the beach.

Edgewater Registration: Guests will be required to register with the Edgewater Guest Registration system prior to their arrival. The registration fee provides parking and resort amenities. The cost of this registration will be the responsibility of the Guest and is $50 for 1 car, $30 for 2nd, and $50 for the 3rd.

Must be 25 to rent at Edgewater. Absolutely no pets or smoking.

We loved our stay in Panama City! This place had everything we needed; lots of room for our family of 5, beach chairs for the beach, a fully stocked kitchen, and a beautiful view of the beach. Our host was wonderful and super responsive, gave detailed information and made checking in a breeze. Loved that there was multiple pools, our family chose to utilize the one closest to the room as it was less busy most days. Would definitely visit again!

I can’t say enough wonderful things about this beachfront condo. The communication from the start to finish was incredible. He was so attentive and responded very quickly via text or via chat. The condo is absolutely breathtaking. Kitchen has plenty of amenities. Bedrooms are all spacious and accommodating. Mattress was wonderful. everything that we needed for a beach vacation. Would not hesitate to book here again. Condo was perfect, just for sitting on the balcony and watching the waves, relaxing in the family room, and hanging out with family and friends. Super close to the stairs, Bridgeway to the golf resort side, and all the pools .

This place was everything we needed for our family getaway. We stayed here for the Ironman 70.3 which was at the property, so the perfect location. The beach and pool were great, and we enjoyed some of the restaurants close by. The property owner was very responsive and helpful both before our arrival and during our stay. We would definitely stay here again.

Our stay was wonderful. Very clean, comfortable beds, and plenty of amenities. The host was easy to communicate with and very helpful. We were vacationing with two other families who had different units at Edgewater, and they both commented on how nice ours was compared to theirs. We will definitely try to stay here again the next time we visit PCB!

We stay at Edgewater anytime we visit. This owner was fantastic to deal with - communication was excellent! Plenty of room in the unit and had all the things you could need (pots/pans, dishes, etc...). Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Pros: On the beach, well-stocked kitchen, host was great! Resort offers great on-property amenities, decent value-for-value price. Traveled with a large group of families with teens on spring break and this condo was fine for that. SUPER easy walk to the beach and very easy walk to club & courts. Cons: needs a deep clean. The photos show some updates, but what isn't pictured is not updated. Many extra fees, i.e. $50 "resort fee," tennis/pickle ball courts and fitness center have hourly and daily rates.

We absolutely enjoyed our stay! We came for Spring Break with 3 pre-teens and 1 teen! This was a great location with an amazing view. The condo layout worked really well and the kids had their own space with the bunk beds and their own bathroom. The master suite view was incredible! I could listen to the crashing waves all day sitting on the patio! Very clean and kitchen was well stocked. The resort facilities were great - pools and hot tubs were in a great area right near the beach. We loved everything about this condo and would definitely recommend it!

We had a great time staying here! We didn’t need the property owner (Wayne) very much as things were in order but, when we did need him he was very quick to respond! He was very accommodating and the condo was equipped with all we needed. Comfy beds, easy access to beach and pool, and very kid friendly. The property food and beverage were a bit pricey but the condo has all you need to cook/bartend for yourself and your guests. Activities (i.e gym and tennis) are an additional cost but easy to access. I played tennis and took some clinics from the tennis pro and it was great! There is also a tram that will take you from one side of the property to the other. We had a wonderful time overall! There was a little something for everyone.

Great stay, great communication with the owner. Had a problem and it was fixed the next day. Place was big enough for everyone and the location was close enough to walk to eat,shop and entertainment. Overall nice place to stay.

Not a big fan of Edgewater. It was owners week and all was catered to them. Everything offered was extra. Felt hovered by staff at pool. Unit needs updated and a better cleaning crew.

Since 2020 is what it is we decided to make a NEW tradition for Thanksgiving and spend it on the beach. This condo was perfect. The owner was helpful and informative, answering all questions quickly. Light, comfortable, and relaxing the condo had super comfortable furnishings and beds, a beautiful patio view, and all we needed for a great stay at the beach. We will be back.

Brought kids and grandkids to experience PCB and Edgewater. We had a great time. Thanks Wayne for easy and clean accommodations. You had everything we needed and we’ll be back!! Chatted with the cleaning lady and she’s fabulous. Need some one tighten up the bunks they were little wobbling and we didn’t have a alan wrench but it was no problem for us just letting you know

Overall, the stay was okay. The room was dated, which was fine. After showering, we noticed our feet to be very dirty after walking on the carpet. The couch is a cream color, and the owner charged us $150 for the couch being soiled, which of course, occurred from the dirty carpet. During a shower, the shower head came flying off with great force, hitting my sister in the eye, and resulted in a black eye. The owner also said we damaged a blanket with ink. We did not have an ink pen, so I’m not sure what that was. It seems the damage deposit will not he returned in full when renting from this owner. I’ve been renting with my kids, sisters, nieces and nephews for 15 years. This is the first time our damage deposit was not refunded in full.
