Fun, Near All, Beach & Downtown Vacation Rental! Only a 5 minute drive to Beach and Downtown DelRay. Voted #1 most fun, small town in America! Beautiful, blissful, tropical home with heated pool and tiki hut. 4 bedrooms, and 3 bathrooms. We have a ring doorbell camera only on the front door for security. Beautiful, spacious home with lots of sunshine. Located on Historic N. Swinton Ave.. just north of famous Atlantic Ave., with all the delicious restaurants, dessert cafés, amazing fun shops, and beautiful and peaceful beach. Close to Publix Supermarket, CVS and Walgreens. Just a short 15 minute drive to West Palm Beach airport and 25 minute drive to Fort Lauderdale International airport. Miami airport is a 1 hour drive. Lots of fun attractions - airboat rides in the Everglades, one of the best deep sea fishing areas in the world, Palm Beach Zoo, Miami Seaquarium, and more. 15 minute drive to Mizner Park restaurants, shopping, Amphitheater shows, and IPic movie theater. Only a 20 minute drive to City Place. 5 minute drive to enjoy the beautiful sun, sand and ocean at DelRay Beach and 10-15 minute drive to fun Boca Beach. Nearby is the new Trader Joe and Fresh Market. The home is beautifully furnished for your comfort, 5 TVs streaming in every room and we offer high speed internet. There's 1 King bed, 2 Queen beds, 2 Twin beds, and a sofa bed. Also, there are 2 bikes, a BBQ and utensils, beach chairs, beach umbrella, beach towels, dishes, pots and pans, linens, and starter toilet tissue. Enjoy a swim in the heated pool, and relax at the tiki hut in this beautiful tropical paradise at our amazing home away from home.

This home was perfect for us and our friends. Very spacious, clean and comfortable. Our hosts Jack and Laurie were very quick to respond when we had questions. We had a wonderful time in DelRay Beach. Thank you so much!

I have stayed ar many houses in Delray Beach and this is a great one. On historic Swinton Ave in a very quiet section. The house is very well maintaind and Jack was on top of his game communicating. The kitchen is loaded and they leave the extra drinks from previos renters! How cool. We did the same. The beds are comy the showers have power loads of towels beach abd bath. Three bikes and we loved our morning rides. The gas grill anywhere is never my favorite since i am a charcoal guy but it was clean and a full tank. The pool is fabrastic and the pool guy even came by to give an extra cleabing. The backyard is super private and we so enjoyed that. Thabk you again for a great vacation!

Great spot at a reasonable price. Short drive to the beach and downtown. Place was clean and owners provided nice amenities such as beach chairs, beach towels, toys, etc. pool very nice and relaxing. Was worried somewhat about road noise but with the beautiful vegetation around the yard you could not hear any traffic.

An amazing house for a trip to visit family in Florida. The house was exactly what we needed to relax and enjoy the beautiful Florida weather. Everything we needed was at the house and the pool just added to our fun and relaxation. Jack & Laurie were great hosts and made sure we got all the information we needed for our arrival and stay. We will certainly look for this house first for our next trip to the Boynton Beach/Delray area.

The home was perfect place for our visit. The pool was crystal clear and heated making it a favorite for everyone. The four bedrooms were perfect with two masters both with beautifully updated baths. The kitchen was modern and spacious. The backyard is beautifully landscaped and private. The Tiki hut was a great gathering spot with great night lighting as did the entire yard. We thoroughly enjoyed every minute and look forward to visiting again. Jack was a thoroughly enjoyable host who was fun to chat with and very helpful on information to make our visit all the more enjoyable.

We had a wonderful stay and can't wait to come back. Everything is so close and easy to get too, home was super spacious and relaxing. We celebrated Thanksgiving when we were in the home and had everything we needed. We were able to bring our small dog and it was wonderful to have a gated back yard were he could just play. Teens loved all the different areas just to hang out (on there phones) Thank you Jack & Laurie we can't wait to come back

This little oasis was fantastic. The house was clean, roomy and very comfortable. All beds were super comfortable. We stayed during a very hot spell and temp inside the home was perfect to cool down. The house is stocked with all necessary beach equipment, chairs, umbrella, cooler, bikes! Everything you need is here. The outdoor area was our favorite. Nice pool and tiki bar which used daily! I text the home owners multiple times during our stay and they always got back to me quickly. We even were able to pick avocados/coconuts from the trees in the yard! FANTASTIC!!! Highly recommend!

We loved the property and the home.. a great location, close to the beach, and downtown Delray on the Av where all the Restaurants, cafes and clubs... also our 2 little dogs loved the experience also.. a great backyard, pool and Tiki Hut... The Host were amazing wonderful people.. they get a 10 Star on a 1 to 5.. We can't wait to go back...

This is my favorite house so far. Very clean and modern. The privacy with fenced in yard and aligned with palm trees gives tropical resort feel. Pool is perfect, added touch is sitting in the tiki hut. Lots of things to do. Beach and food is awesome. Highly recommend!

House was perfect for our large family. The backyard with pool and expansive seating areas were great for those wanting sun or shade. Was so impressed that they even had a crib and high chair for our infant granddaughter. We were able to wheel the crib outside for naps under the tiki hut. Jacob was just a text away if needed - very attentive to our needs. Great memories!

The pictures were very accurate of the beautiful Swinton house. The rooms were well equipped with lots of space and amenities for the bathrooms. Extra blankets, towels etc. The backyard was an oasis. It was a tropical paradise and we enjoyed every minute of it. The owners were great to communicate with. Super responsive and communicative. We will definitely rent this house or another one of this owners properties again.

We loved our stay it this house. It was perfect location for all of my adult children and their significant others to gather. The location was great, the house was a nice open lay out and the pool and Tiki Hut were a wonderful place to gather at the end of the day. The managers were accessible and accommodating. We all had a great time and would definitely come back.

We loved our stay! We could live in the private backyard - it was so beautiful with many chairs to lounge by the pool and an umbrella over the large table for outdoor dining. The house was very accommodating for the 8 of us during our visit to Delray Beach. Plenty of space and comfortable to gather outside by the pool, in the Tiki Hut or inside in the open living area. The house was very clean with plenty of amenities which included much of what we needed to go to the beach. Lots of chairs, umbrellas and a big cooler and beach bag & beach towels. Jack and Laurie were amazing and always extremely responsive. The house was close to Atlantic Blvd shopping, restaurants, and only a few minutes from the beach. We had a wonderful time with our large family and would love to visit again in the future! Highly recommend this vacation home!

This is a great house in a good neighborhood that’s nice for walking. It is close to downtown and the beach. The backyard pool and space was enjoyed by all. We plan to return next January.

This property was everything that we were looking for. The interior has a very large common area (just in case the weather doesn't cooperate) and the bedrooms were comfortable and spacious. We lucked out and had 2 weeks of perfect weather so we made lots of use of the beautiful private oasis that is the backyard. The large pool was enjoyed by all and there were plenty of places to sit and absorb the sunshine. The tiki hut was a popular spot where you could escape the midday heat as well as being a great place to hang out in the morning and evening. Jack and Laurie were fantastic hosts and always responded quickly to any questions throughout the whole rental process. The property is an easy 20 minute walk to downtown and there are bicycles available if you want to ride. We also used a free ride service that is available in Delray Beach when we didn't feel like walking. All in all we had a fantastic stay and hope to return someday. We highly recommend this beautiful property.

We had 9 people with us with plenty of room. We really enjoyed the back yard with the pool. The pool heater went out and I contacted the owner and they had it fixed the next day.

Lovely property. Over and above the cleanliness and generally well-appointed facilities, there were little extra touches, such as night-lights, that were much appreciated. Owner was readily available via text-message, and the entire experience was excellent.
The back yard was particularly lovely - very private and the pool was great!

We absolutely loved this house! It was close to downtown and the beach and the neighborhood was super safe. The owners were a pleasure to work with and were available whenever we asked questions. We will definitely be back!

We had 6 adults and 3 children - Plenty of room for dining entertaining and then privacy at night.
Backyard with Weber grill, heated pool and tiki hut feels like a 5 star resort - so private. Every item thought about in advance -towels pool toys, etc.
Location is close to town and there is free golf cart service back and forth to town.
Jack the owner was waiting for us when we arrived to make sure all was seamless and to show us around. And there were several complimentary treats waiting for us when we arrived!
Delray has a ton to do for adults and children alike particularly around the holidays.
We would book here again ANYTIME! Thanks again Jack!!

Wonderful stay!
Jack and Laurie was so accommodating and a pleasure to deal with. Property was clean and very spacious. Grandkids had a great time in the pool. Beach day was great as we didn’t have to worry anything. There was a cooler, beach chairs and umbrellas and even beach toys for the kids to use. Would totally stay there again.
