Wondeful family (owner)who helped us whaterver wr asked for.very good contact. Good air conditioning system.nice and rather calm surrounding area.nice balconies.tasty breakfast with homemade by owner tomatoes.very beautiful plants and flowers everywhere in the building.you could see some mountains from balconies as well.nice small playground for kids.we received an olive Oil from owner also made by them.really nice towards customer attitude.we definitely reccomend the place and the family.

Exceptional

The family running Appartments Cota was always ready to help the guests, to give any kind of information or advices, they were kind and friendly. Before asking them something, barely mentioning, they solved our problems in an amazingly rapid and perfect way. The breakfast was just as it could have been in a hotel, reliable quality and hygiene, good range of foods. The room was big enough for our family of 5 and comfortable, same for the beds. Their own parking area was spacy and safe, surrounded by growing fig trees. It could have been seen that they cared of every thing: all the building was clean, esthetic, built with a sense of beauty, there were plenty of flowers. Best choice in Ulcinj!

I had a wonderful stay. Everything was impeccable: cleanliness, room equipped with everything necessary, good and varied breakfast, free parking space. The hosts are very hospitable and very helpful people.

Nice and cosy

The room was really comfortable and the owners are just wonderful people who make sure you have everything you need - there were even some flowers in the room when we first arrived. The breakfast was really good and it was served in a nice shaded area in the backyard making each morning a very nice experience before we headed off to the beach. Highly recommended!

Clean, comfortable apartment

Breakfast was good, hot food, but could have been a few changes for variety during the week we stayed. The Bedroom and bathroom were clean and comfortable, a refrigerator in each room much appreciated! The location was about equal distance from the Veliki and Mali Plaza. The hosts were friendly and attentive and the outdoor sitting area was comfortable as well. Plenty of parking area and a play area for children

Apartment is a residential area, not near any nightlife, though there are some fast food places in walking distance. You do need a car to get to the beach and old town.

I highly recommend this property!

We enjoyed very much our stay at Cota Apartments. Everything was great, clean room, tasty breakfast, good location but especially very nice and friendly hosts. 😍 We would return here for sure. Thank you for a wonderful stay! 🤗

Easy to find location. Owners are very nice and kindly. Close to city center close to other beachs Not like any another apartament you can just call hotel. Breacfast was very nice and fresh. And very big parking space for every guest. I higly recomendet this place you will love it and feel free like as you are in your home

Best vacation apartments in ulcinj

If this is called apartment,its in quality and size of a hotel,and a good one. Everything was more than great,close to city center,super clean and so so spacious.not like any other hotel or apartment where you have only one meter around the bed.i really enjoyed my one night stay at this property and absolutelly it will be my choice everytime i visit Ulcinj.around the city is always problem to find a parking space but in the hotel there is a big parking with a spot for every guest.brekfast is in standart of a hotel with four stars. Hosts are very welcoming helpful and very friendly. I highly recomend this place,you will love it and will feel like home

I didnt like that i found this place on the last day of my vacations.i wish i could find it earlier cause it was great for everything.

Summer holiday in Montenegro

Apartments Cota was the greatest choice when we booked an apartment in Ulcinj. Warm welcome, good breakfast, nice and clean rooms. The family who run this apartment was kind and helpful from the first minute to the last. We celebrated my boyfriend's birthday there and get a bottle of wine as a treat, which was so thoughtful. This place definitely made our stay and holiday in Montenegro and we thank you again!

-the owners are amazing and very helpful, also they speak English very good -clean and nice apartment -great breakfast Velika Plaza beach is about 10 minutes by car. We had a great time at Cota Guesthouse.

Great stay at Cota Guesthouse

Staff was very pleasent and helpful. We had very warm welcome and got great advices about what to visit next from our hosts. Room was very clean and bed was comfortable. Within the room we had everything we needed. Also, the location is good. Apartments are in the position where you can easily reach city centre or all beaches. Breakfast was always fresh and tasty. Overall, we had great stay at Cota Guesthouse and thanks again to the amazing hosts for making that happen!
