Ruhige Lage mit schöner Sicht auf das Meer. Sauberes Apartment, Parkplatz kostenlos dabei. Zwei Schlafzimmer und Badezimmer mit Doppeldusche. Gut ausgestattete Küche. Zimmerservice jeden zweiten Tag. Nach Check-out kann man bei später Abreise unten in Son Bou neben dem Büro der Vermietung die Koffer einlagern und später duschen etc.

Beautiful place, very comfortable, air conditioning and wifi, pool very close, lovely reception and helpful with a WhatsApp number to contact
You must make sure to have a car to drive to your villa and to go to supermarkets or beaches, you have to be prepared for lifting suitcases up and downstairs to get to the place and clothes washing machine didn’t work properly

The view and all the facilities. It has full equipment. The beach is walking distance BUT if you don’t have good condition you need a car or a taxi to get to the apartment. We had a great time, definitely a great location to stay

Villa was on top of mountain and although view was great it was quite a hike to get to Son Bou & beach. It was fine for us but would have been nice to know ahead of visit.

Amazing appartment with amazing view with some (not needed) administration issues
Some administration issues e.g. about breakfast and cleaning, which were solved but reduced holiday feeling.

Lovely, well equipped apartment & clean. Everything about it was just right. Stunning views. Would definitely go back or to another of Menorca Vacation properties. The staff were very welcoming & helpful, even loaned us a brolly for the beach on the 1st day. Welcome pack in the apartment which on other holidays had to be requested & paid for, so a nice surprise.
There wasn’t anything we didn’t like about the property, loved the furnishings it was very comfortable. All of the steps were hard going after a day at the beach but we knew that before we booked so it wasn’t a problem for us. The view at the top was more than worth it.

price was definetely not adjusted to the room, if you dont get the room with a pool, this apartment really is an everyday apartment with a balcony. 1k for 3 days makes no sense.

The views out of the water, the amazingly well kept gardens, the pool.
The glass doors and the lack of blinds may make sleeping challenging for some people.

Self catering apartment with great facilities,clean and comfortable,helpful staff
Only bad comment was there was a strange smell in bathroom but the showers were huge with amazing power,overall could not fault this place ,felt very happy and comfy,home from home .May not be good location for people with disabilities if not driving but you cannot get such a wonderful view being up so high!

Service was excellent, location stunning and the accommodation extremely clean, furnished with taste and with an amazing terrace overlooking the sea by and its various shades of blue.

The apartment was recently renovated with all confort and a beautiful and big terrace with view on the sea in a nice complex of apartments. It was one of the only accommodation available in low season in Son Bou while we were hiking the cami the cavalls. Son Bou was the nicest beach resort we encountered during our trek. There is a beautiful nature reserve at the edge and we did a nice horse ride with Son Bou Rutas a Caballo. The beach is beautiful too. Our contact person, Juan, at the reception of Menorca Vacations which is in the center was very helpful.
Note that if you do not have a car and you are in low season there is no supermarket open, 2 restaurants are open as well as the bakery shop and the pharmacy. To reach the center there are pedestrian stairs who lead you to it but if you are not fit the return way on foot can be heavy. The decoration of the apartment is a but odd, the carpet in the living room should be removed.

It was just beautiful, stunning, a perfect get a way for the weekend. Surrounded like a little city, there's ammenities close by, the sea & even activities in the busy season. We didn't even travel much since we wanted to enjoy the apartment. It was a small slice of paradise... And the service was beautiful, Juan & his team went above & beyond. Really responsive.
The shower overflowed the tiniest bit when both sides full power but that's just me being picky.

The apartment was great. Very clean with an absolutely stunning view. The reception was perfect, extremely helpful and almost like your personal assistant - they tried their best to provide whatever you want.
It was a bit awkward that all the room doors (including the toilet) have no lock. Also, there was only one toilet shared by all of us

The view and the location were great. Also the staff, they were very kind and helpful.
Beds are not that comfy. Should’ve been better.
