Nothing really. Better signage on the mainland drive to the water taxi pick up maybe

My wife and I really enjoyed a relaxing vacation in Isla Chiquita. The staff is incredible. Daniela was amazing. She was very professional, friendly, caring, helpful, attentive. She really went above and beyond to make sure that we were comfortable and had a great time. We had several personal issues that came up and she took care of whatever she could do to help us immediately and we really appreciate her for it. People like her are the heart of places like this and the reason I would consider returning and telling friends and family about this place. I hope she receives a nice bonus or raise for her excellence in hospitality. Javier was also very nice and helpful. Everyone we encountered including the restaurant staff excelled I'n hospitality. The food and drinks at the restaurant there were some of the best we've ever had. The seafood here is top notch. From the delicious red snapper to the amazing ceviche. We had something different there everyday and everything was so good. We enjoyed most days in the tent, deck or pool just relaxing feeling the breeze while admiring the water and forest that surrounded us. It was the perfect relaxing getaway.

Everything was tremendous. The staff including the Proprietor was exceptional. We caught the last Ferry and they had our dinner waiting for us as we got there after the kitchen was closed. That set the tone for a tremendous weekend!!!
It was not cheap, but it was fabulous. Reduce the rate for the second time and third time you come.

everything is great. if you are familiar with glamping or willing to give it a try you can’t go wrong with this place. the staff is great, their island is beautiful, and the food is fantastic

it was a beautiful view from the balcony
room was very high up and took ages to get there and back. slightly weird vibe

Beautiful facilities. Friendly Staff. Excellent food. Quiet and relaxing. Enjoyed kayaking and paddle boarding and Bioluminescence boat excursion. Watched the monkeys and saw some rays.

The service staff was great! Irvin, Rafael and Rene went above and beyond. They were fun to chat with, extremely good at their jobs and kind.
Alejandro and Christian did great jobs on all the tours.
The room was amazing and it had such a beautiful view. Would highly recommend anyone to visit.
Other guests were filling us into details and information for the stay. Also, some guests were told not to go on certain excursions at certain times but that information wasn't passed on to me. Otherwise, the stay was absolutely amazing!

location on a private island is great
maintenance crews start early and are extremely noisy
4.5
great location lots of activities and staff were really great
we did have some ants get into the tent, potentially was our fault for putting drinks into the bin which may have attracted them
4.5
Really special rooms. We had one with a jacuzzi on the deck. Although this is a nice thing to have, the best thing about the tents with jacuzzis is that they are higher up and so have stunning views from the balcony
You do need to keep applying mosquito repellent as there are lots around. Dont even attempt the 1km jungle walk without it!

Amazing location and facilities. Outstanding staff and service.

The staff was the nicest and most accommodating we’ve met in Costa Rica, which is saying a lot because most people in CR are extremely friendly! The views were breathtaking, the glamping tents were luxury tents with everything you needed to be comfortable in a glamping environment. The bioluminescence tour was amazing and the complimentary kayaks, paddle boats and paddle boards provided hours of entertainment for our family. I would have stayed longer had we known how exquisite and unique our stay would be. It was my favorite stay in Costa Rica!
I can’t think of a single thing that needs improving.

Beautiful tranquil property. Tent was fabulous
Poor beer selection.

Beautiful island setting in the middle of the Gulf of Nicoya. The staff are very friendly and accommodating. Our tent had a spectacular view and was perfectly well appointed for a glamping experience. Lots of wildlife on the property! Food was wonderful! The Bioluminescence boat tour with Nelson is a MUST!
There isn’t a beach to enjoy. Some of the grounds maintenance could use improving. I highly recommend setting your expectations for this stay—it is glamping, not a 5 star hotel. Unfortunately it seems a little overpriced for glamping but I imagine it must be expensive to run a place like this. My husband felt it was a little too quiet but I loved it for the quiet. I don’t think it’s a great place for children.

Great experience! A very comfortable setting in the middle of nature. Birds and howling monkeys in the trees surrounding our tent. Spectacular views. Definitely recommend this experience

Tent rooms were very well done and could not be faulted. Woke up to Howler Monkeys in tree outside. Food better than normal for Costa Rica.
My wife would have had more spa treatments had Spa been open in the evening.

Location is great and the tents are very nice! Good food!
The beach was not really great as it was super small on high tide and the water was also not clear and nice for bathing. Moreover the area seem to have a red tide issues. Generally great for a couple of days but I would not recommend to stay for a longer time as the activities are limited on the island (and overpriced if you are asking the hotel to organise sth).

Great concept and true combination of camping and luxury. The fact we have booked the Master Suite obviously helped, but the whole place is well maintained, offers great service and truly has exceeded our expectations. "Tents" are very modern and comfortable, place is clean, personnel great. We have stayed one day longer than planned and will be back.
In our opinion, the "adults only" concept would suite the place better. However, this is not a complaint.

Location was what I was hoping for, private, quiet & secluded. The tent was very comfortable and a beautiful experience altogether. The views were stunning and the sunsets magical. Highly recommend the bioluminescent tour at night. We only stayed 2 nights, should have done at least 3.
the swimming pool was nice but could have been slightly bigger since the beach was not very pleasant.

It was so beautiful and the bedroom were perfect with the best view, the howler monkey in the jungle, the service was perfect.
We did the fishing and the island tour and it was great.
I will go back with no doubt if I can
The food was great
Nothing

Staff was so nice and paid attention to details, really cared about the clients
The tent was a true dream (comfort, facilities, view etc)
They offered a lot of activities
A small reco : The swimming pool could be even better, to go with the really high standards of the whole glamping
