House Is cute and welcoming, great taste all around, cozy, and clean.
It is actually a house, shared with guests and host, in our case, bathroom was shared with others. Room was ok, bit small and without fans/AC which is not best solution during summers. Check out is quite too early for my taste, something like 9am, so if you want take a shower you gotta get up with risk to find bathroom busy. I would have appreciated breakfast for the price but it wasn't even an option. Area is nice, not busy, easy parking. Wouldn't twice it.

Good value, and it wasn't far from Central Florence. The host is so friendly and helps you if you need something. My friend and me, we were very happy with this accommodation.

Nice place but farther from airport than I expected.
Host and daughter very hospitable..
Need to serve breakfast. Also need coffee packets in room. Just had tea packets which I did not use.

Very good
The host lady was nice. They preserved the antiquity of room so it felt like we are staying in a room from back old times, and it was nice.
The location is not in the city center, but near the train station, which is two or three stops away from the city center. I think it is a 20 min walk to train station, but we went there with our car, and parked the car on the free car park near train station.

Would stay again but in winter. If a/c in summer would be great.
Everything was well prepared. Beautifully furnished.
Mosquitoes all night as we had to sleep with windows open due to lack of a/c and it was in hot June.

Our stay was great!
This property was amazing! The pictures were only a glimpse of how nice our stay was. The bathroom was nice and the air conditioning was phenomenal. Rosalina was extremely kind and always there to help us, we couldn’t have asked for anything better!
It took us a while to figure out how to get to and from Florence from our property, since it is a little out of the way. Taxi was the best bet for us, and they respond fastest for the mornings rides.
