The newly renovated swimming pool and sun deck will be a hit with sun-seeking families. Lounge poolside with your fancy shades on and soak up the sunshine while the kids splish-splash in the freshwater pool. Fire up the propane grill for an island cookout and enjoy a bite to eat under the poolside gazebo or alfresco dining area off the pool deck.

For rental cars, we recommend Budget Cayman, Avis, or Marshalls.
***Day Tripping***
Cayman Ferries operates daily water taxis departing from the Kaibo Marina to Camana Bay. Perfect for day trips to Seven Mile Beach or shopping excursions at Camana Bay.
Download their app to purchase your tickets in advance. Just be sure to make it back for the return voyage across the sound!
***Villa Cleaning & Sanitation***
All villas are cleaned and sanitized before every guest's arrival. We also ask our owners to provide a starter supply of extra cleaning products. Additional housekeeping services can be purchased after booking in 3-hour time blocks. Scheduling may be coordinated with your property manager upon arrival.
***Beach Notes***
All beaches in Grand Cayman are technically public since the Queen owns up to the high watermark. Be advised, the beach or water entry behind your property may vary slightly from the images displayed due to weather. The next-door beach is also always available for your use.
***Ocean Debris & Sargassum Seaweed***
Beaches in Grand Cayman may also experience floating ocean debris and sargassum weed seasonally. Sargassum is a generally harmless floating seaweed that has increased in summer. Our owners do make efforts to remove heavy sargassum and will have the beach raked before your arrival.
Should sargassum be extremely heavy behind your property, we will reach out to the owner for alternative solutions which may include a partial refund or relocation. We try our best to work around Mother Nature.

This property was perfect for our group of 10. The location was what we were looking for...quiet yet close to most of the amenities we needed and the activities we were interested in. The house was lovely and well appointed with everything we needed and wanted. The pool and backyard were our favorite place to be. All of us loved this property!

My ex-husband and I took our three young adult children and their significant others to Grand Cayman for a week. We were looking for a house where we could lounge, eat, and also leave to enjoy various activities. The property was perfect for our needs. We had "chill" days and we had active days. It was our first time to the island and we loved it!

Was a wonderful place to stay and with the whole family there @8 of us we did not have to worry about all of us being on top of each other!!! The pool was a wonderful place to relax after doing a couple tours.

The house was perfect. We were able to break up in groups for those who wanted to play games or watch tv, the layout was fantastic. We recommend this house for large families.

We really enjoyed the property for our Cayman Island trip. Everything was clean, the property came with everything it listed and it was easy to borrow snorkel gear, high chairs, pack n play from the silver thatch club as well. This was a great place to stay and the pool was amazing.

Relaxing Retreat
Property was exactly as advertised. Recent renovations made it feel brand new. We used the bikes and kayaks extensively. Great value for the price.

Beautiful home and location.
The home is newly renovated and they’ve done a beautiful job. The kitchen is big and we loved having the large dining table for dinner together. There were plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for the 9 of us. They were all clean and had comfortable beds. The family room is large and is a great space to hangout with most of the room surrounded by windows. The pool is great! It’s big and the kids especially liked the colored pool lights at night. Being located right on the water allowed us to use the kayaks often and the teenage boys fished right off the deck. There were plenty of bikes for everyone and we used them everyday to explore different beaches and restaurants. The people managing the property and the owners were wonderful! I can’t say enough of how incredibly responsive they were to any questions or requests we had! We would definitely come back and stay at this wonderful home!

Good location for access to Rum Point and Kaibo
The home was clean but shows a lot of wear and tear. Enjoyed the kayaks, bikes, life jackets. Pool, ok. Could use more furniture in living room or sitting area if you are actually having more than 10 guests. Great location to a everything on that end of island.
Sewer backed up the night we had a chef and planned a poolside dinner party, which was a disappointment. Property manager got someone out right away and came over herself but never checked back to see if things were ok and if the mud on the side of the home from the back up left a smell. We just avoided that side of home.

Needs work!!
The house was nice, had the amenities as stated in description. We had the oven and microwave go out Sunday and not up and working until Wednesday. This was a big problem for our family because of food prep for all our meals were designed and bought to have a oven and a working microwave. We had small children with us and this was a very difficult situation and a much added expense to have to have meals out.
We had the tub in the master with no running water and after it was fixed it flooded the master baths floor and a mess to clean up. Jets not working never fixed.
Internet service for the TV and cell service was awful could not really use TV most of the time there.
Water heater in back double bedroom not working for 2 days in back double on 1st floor.
Shower in kitchen by garage leaks all over the floor big gap in door at bottom.
Handle on shower in bathroom on main floor by steps handle keeps falling off.
Loved the pool glad when the pool man came and filled in up to where it should be filled.
Washer and Dryer great
Grill worked as promised.
Bikes were great.
Kayaks were fine and lots of fun.
Bugs Cockroaches in Master bedroom.

We loved the quiet at Hidden Cove - my grandchildren were able to ride bikes to Rum Point safely!
Hidden Cove had everything we could have ever wanted. We were a family of 9 and everyone had a quiet place to sleep! The kitchen was well stocked with everything we needed! The kayaks and bikes provided hours of entertainment for all. We used the pool everyday - kids loved waking up and jumping in! Even out 12 week old grandson spent a little time there! The location was perfect - we loved walking to the Kaibo coffee shop for breakfast and spending afternoons at Rum Point! Drinks were fabulous and workers very friendly. While here we snorkeled with the turtles at Spotts Bay, visited Georgetown, took a boat excursion with Blair at Blue Haven charter, and spent many enjoyable evenings with family members also here for Christmas. We ate at Over the Edge, Kaibo, Eagle Ray, Lighthouse, Rum Point, Margaritaville! All wonderful dining experiences complete with typical ‘Island Charm’! We have been visiting this beautiful for years and it never disappoints! Hidden Cove was such a great property for our family - something for Everyone! Many thanks to the owners for thinking of Everything! God willing - we will return!

Karen is the best...check out Oceans for fishing...use the kayaks, walk across the street at night and see bioluminescent bay. Fairy water is what we are calling it! Easy walk to Kaibos and R Point.

Rum Point and Grand Cayman Family vacation.
House is perfect for a group of 12. We all enjoyed the bikes, walks, kayaks, cooking equipment and space. Only wish a few of the beds had better mattresses and sheets to go with them.
Master Bedroom and Bath were super and hopefully TV's will work in all the rooms next time not just the one in the living room.
Any calls we made to property manager was immediately answered and most politely.
We would definitely stay here again and found the entire booking along with all other information most helpful. The mainstaysailing.com Catamaran outing you recommended was the highlight of our trip. Thanks for making our family vacation such a memorable one.

Great location for chilling
We had a great time relaxing at the pool, riding the bikes to Rum Point beach, kayaking and hanging out at the Kaibo Yacht club. The house was well designed for both privacy and family time. Kitchen had everything we needed and the Cayman Villas team helped us find the services we needed. Chef Remy and his team were wonderful. Great meals and wonderful presence.
While the house is on the Noth side of the island, the quiet and privacy and lack of competition for resources were just what we needed.

BEAUTIFUL AMAZING AWESOME PARADISE
We have just returned from this beautiful property with nothing but regrets that our stay couldn't have been longer. We had the most amazing time and the amenities at this quiet beautiful home were amazing. We had many firsts from riding the bikes to Star Fish Point to experience our early morning private (natural) viewing of star fish and sting rays to kayaking out into the bay; which were both generously offered free by the owner. Kaibo and Rum Point are "a must see" especially during sunset and within walking/biking distance. The north side of the island is very quiet and not at all crowded. We use VRBO often and this home owner couldn't have been easier/nicer to deal with. We are already planing a return to this once in a lifetime paradise.

Perfect Location Perfect Vacation
The house and property are nicely kept and nicely appointed with excellent furnishings. The additional amenities of kayaks and bicycles that were available added to the overall enjoyment of the vacation.
The location is perfectly situated halfway between Kaibo and Rum Point, for a lovely quiet spot just a few minutes walk or drive to a nice beach, restaurants and other amenities.
The on-island manager was very responsive to email requests during the stay and issues were addressed promptly. They were not emergencies -- one air conditioning unit was not working properly and the pool motor was not working to clean the pool. Both were addressed promptly.
The kitchen was well stocked with all necessary pots/pans/dishes/utensils, making it easy to prepare meals.
The only thing that could add to the enjoyment of the vacation home would be to have beach chairs provided so that you could take them to the various public beaches. We had to go to Rum Point which provided chairs and other amenities free of charge, but it would have been nice to have chairs available at the house that could have been taken to other locations for the day.
We were a group of 7 ladies and enjoyed our time together at the house immensely -- perfect vacation for a girls getaway!
Thanks to the whole team for a wonderful vacation.
