Molto vicino al centro.

Il parcheggio è carissimo 28€ al giorno, nelle recensioni sembrava più facile. Il personale non parlava inglese non ha saputo aiutarci in niente. Ci avevano detto vis mail di poter effettuare check-in alle 14:30, invece abbiamo dovuto aspettare in strada fino alle 16:15. La stanza era pulita, ma le scale per arrivarci mai pulite, c'era uno scarafaggio morto per i 3 giorni in cui siamo stati, mai rimosso.

The apartment was as pictured, clean, and located right by the Douro River.

Sound proofing was lacking, and there was construction on building was happening.

Basically wonderful but the soundproof could be improved.

The view and location are so good. I can enjoy the riverside scenary everyday. Very good price and enough facility, including many kitchen equipment. We can reheat food and fridge salad and fruits. It's comfortable to live with friends here. The accommondation was prepared so we can check-in early! Really appreciate that.

The stair is long, so inconvinient for people with suitcase. The biggest problem is that the rooms are not well soundproofed and the sound of cars moving on the road is noticeable if you sleep on the bed by the windows. This was okay, but one deep night at 2am the occupants of the apartment next door were walking around in high heels and the echoes were clearly heard. I think it was because of the construction of old building. Anyway I was woken up straight away and it was very uncomfortable. If you have a high demand for quality sleep ......

Porto river view

Cosy studio with river view. Extremely helpful hosts. Easy self check-in. Very easy access, especially if you arrive by car. A very good parking just across the street where the staff was very helpful. There is a 72h/20€ ticket but to get it, after you enter you should go to the desk.

One thing... The walls have no noise insulation at all. No matter how quiet they were it felt like the people next door were walking and talking in our room 🤣.

Great location with river view..... Perfect for 2 people

I liked everything about this place... Miguel is an excellent host...He made us feel welcome instantly and explained in detail Porto on a map, then he even whatsapp us places of interest in Portugal. He even came to pick us up at airport. (obviously for a fee of €15)....

I liked everything except maybe the price was a bit too much for the end of October.....

Fabulous location and views. Amazing value.

Fantastic riverside location with wonderful views. Located right in the heart of things. Extremely comfortable bed. Well equipped. Spacious and very clean. Great communication from host. Amazingly good value. Car park very close by and only 7 euros a day. We loved Porto and walked everywhere.

Fridge didn't seem to work very well? ...and we couldn't get the air con to work but that may have been our error? It is undeniably noisy outside but that is only to be expected in a bustling city centre location. Well worth it for the fantastic views...take earplugs for sleeping! 🙂

Cute and comfy apartment in great riverfront location within walking distance of many things to do. The owner is very helpful and hospitable and provided many recommendations for places in the area. Also loved the delicious welcome treat! Would definitely recommend.

Nice apartment, nice location, nice view

Nice apartment with nice view. We got double bed and a free crib for the baby as our request. The host was kind and helpful. The location is superb, only 5 minutes walk to Ribeira quay. Easy to find parking space at the public parking lot across the street.

Friendly welcome and well equipped apartment

A warm welcome from the owner. Detailed recommendations on the best places to visit, city map and well-equipped apartment. Convenient location to the old town. Public transport stop under the windows (although I used a taxi), a cosy restaurant with excellent cuisine on the 1st floor of the building. In general, I was very hungry and tired after the trip. However, despite the late hour, the host helped me to order dinner at the restaurant and gave me helpful tips about my stay. Since then, Porto has become my favorite city in Portugal ))

Thin walls with neighbouring apartments and floors that creak. Strong creak :)

River side

Very helpful staff even gave us some valuable info regarding our vacation.

Very noisy place even nighttime due to high traffic on the street and even music sounds comes from other side of river and you need to carry your luggage very dark ledders, rooms are at the 2'nd floor.

Exceptional

Very central, could not ask for a better placed apartment. Apartment itself was very clean and spacious with everything we could have asked for. Mr Paulo was very friendly and informative on our arrival. Plenty of local bars and restaurants nearby.
