All was well
Light in the rooms always on but the man helped us

Loved the location. Nice size room - tastefully appointed. There was no real desk so working was a little tricky but manageable. Excellent cafe attached to the hotel. I would gladly return.
They have a very strict 15:00 check in policy. No offer to leave bags if you arrive early. On the plus side, the cafe is a lovely place to wait for 15:00.

Comfortable beds with all the kind of comforts. Both bathrooms and bedrooms are extremely clean.
Smart safe system to secure your items.
Towels as well as shampoo, soap, hairdryer and other sort of toiletries are provided.
Nice social area and furnished bar with vast assortment of coffee, pastries and smoothies (price in line with Tel Aviv standards).
Staff super friendly, helpful and ready to assist you with your requests.
Central location within 10-15 minute walking distance from all the main points of interest.
Nothing.

Everything. the location. The bed. the facility. The cleanliness. the toilet.
There is a working lamp in the room the whole night. It fades more or less when closing the shutter but there is still a little bit of light. I suggest having a sensor for the light. The toilet is amazing but a bit far.

Very new and clean hostel. Quiet and safe. Great bed with privacy curtain. Nice cafe in front.
Everything was excelent. The rooms are a bit dark, but if you come just to sleep, it is fine.

- Beds are amazing and adjustable.
- A lot of space to place your belongings and good lockers.
- Good bathrooms.
- Very close to the beach and nice restaurants.
- 3 mins walk to the pick-up point for tours (Alma Hotel).
- The hostel sends too many e-mails/messages. It's spamming.
- Price is a bit high but overall Tel Aviv is very overpriced city.
- Some confusion with the entrance but i made it through (It's in the coffee itself)

Very clean, modern and friendly people.
Rooms are too dark without any windows. If you have claustrophobia and panic be careful :)

Staff was super-friendly, room is small but clean and beds are very comfort. There is a lounge area which is really nice.
Nothing in particular. there aren't much facilities in the hostel, but many things to do around, so its really not needed.

Great location. Nice staff - awesome showers
Dark rooms and no windows - can feel claustrophobic

One of the best hostel experiences i have ever had. Staff is super friendly and super helpfull. I loved everything about this place. Very safe neighborhood with many food places around.
Its not a negative thing, but its not so easy to meet other travelers here, because in "common room", 99% are using laptops and working.

I recently stayed at a hostel in Tel Aviv and was thoroughly impressed with the level of service and amenities offered. If hostels had stars, this hostel would definitely earn a five-star rating. From the moment I arrived, the staff were friendly and helpful, and the facilities were clean and well-maintained.
One of the standout features of this hostel was the fact that even the beds had remote controls, allowing guests to easily adjust the position of the bed to their liking. This may seem like a small detail, but it really added to the overall comfort and convenience of my stay.
In addition to the luxurious amenities, this hostel also has a great location. It's conveniently situated in the heart of the city, making it easy to access all of the local attractions and amenities. This was a huge bonus for me as it allowed me to fully enjoy my time in Tel Aviv without having to worry about long commutes or navigating unfamiliar streets.
Overall, I highly recommend this hostel to anyone visiting Tel Aviv. The combination of top-notch facilities, excellent customer service, and a great location make it a true standout in the world of budget travel.

Everything went smoothly, lovely place! Clean, comfortable, the bathrooms were on point.
There is no kitchen nor a proper common area. This is compensated by the fact that they have a very nice bar where one can sit and chill. It's also open to the public for regular customers.
4.5
great location! Coffee shop outside was absolute best!
Stay away from the rooms close to the entrance (private pod J for example) is VERY noisy to hear the people walk in and out, the door is louds. These rooms connects to a staff only room and they are very noisy at night (11pm -12pm), I guess they are packing down but God it was SO loud every night.

The property was well located and cleaned to a good standard.
There are no ceiling lights in the dorms which make it very dark. Also, the lockers don’t work for people who have suitcases.
For solo travellers, I wouldn’t recommended this hostel as the only shared space is the cafe which is mostly used by people working, it’s not social at all.
Staff were okay but they could be more friendly & helpful
4.5
- very clean
- State of the art
- a lot of privacy in the bunk beds (curtains, hooks)
- comfy beds
- nice café
- well located
- quiet

Amazing hostel, clean, modern and stylish with smart facilities, bed and showers super comfortable, lively coffee bar which is great for working remotely, super friendly staff, perfect location in between central TLV and Neve Tzedek, close to everything. Great value :) Will definitely come back!
Even though the space is smartly designed, the dorms are becoming quite small when fully booked. It would also be helpful to have a communal kitchen to have the option to prepare some food for yourself.

the hostel is beautiful. great location, awesome stuff. very well designed and thought through.
the only issues I personally had were pillows and temperature. pillows were very hard and tall for me, so I slept on the rolled blanket most of the time. room temperature was good, however the moment you roll down your curtain there is no air circulation, so it gets quite warm.
4.5
The staff are great ( literally really understanding and kind) and I love the location. It’s a home away from home! The showers and bathroom area is awesome too!
The lockers weren’t opening so my belongings were locked in and couldn’t be reopened for like half an hour but the staff were diligent and managed to fix the situation and get the door open.
4.5
Nice beds and rooms with curtains to have your own space, including a tresor. Nice and clean showers and toilets! Close to the Carmel Market and some really nice restaurants! Café and Pain au chocolat in the Café in front were the best I had in Israel!
a small trash bin in each room would be a nice thing, it‘s judt for sleeping there - you dont have a Kitchen or a space to meet others except for the Café outside, but there are most of the time locals working there and not people staying at the hostel

Great from start to finish. arriving Israel, my luggage had been lost. I was greeted by Isla to help me figure out the situation and made me gave me a dessert on the house, so nice! All of the staff is so nice and great to talk to. I had a private room and it was comfortable, clean and felt at home for a long stay. I made a new reservation to extend my stay. The lobby was great to work from for hours at a time, and a cafe both locals and travelers hang out at during the day. Loved the iced coffee each morning! Definitely will return for a long term stay. The area is amazing.
4.5
Very kind people, exceptionally well thought out and well organised hostel. The bar is a nice and cosy place, with very good coffee and food. A plus: the independent box and the articulated bed !
Because of the absence of window in the dormitory, nothing dry inside, including your towel.
