We had a nice stay in the apartment, it's very clean, comfortable and cozy. The street is silent and

The breakfast isn't necessary. Maybe earlier enter in the apartment. Everything was excellent.

The late enter in the apartment isn't typical, although we knew it before reserving the rooms.

Peaceful haven in a lovely location.

Peter was very responsive and very accommodating when we arrived a bit earlier than expected . The apartment was spacious and contained everything we possibly could need for our 5 day stay in Ljubljana. The airconditioner worked well and it was the biggest pleasure to come home and rest in a peaceful space after spending the day walking around in the sun. We walked to the town most of the time, but also had the option to take the bus-such a convenient location!

Pleasant and relaxing stay for family.

Apartment is big enough for family stay, clean, confutable and with nice, quiet surroundings. Parking is available close to the building and marketplace close enough for regular and basic shopping for confutable stay. City centre only 15-20 minutes light walk. Host was always online and reachable for any king of request. My recommendations for even longer stay in Ljubljana.

Superb

A lit of space for 2, anti-insects blinds and air conditioning, fully equipped kitchen, free-to-use washer and dryer, free parking in protected area.

Not that I did not like it, but it’s second floor without elevator, so not suitable for all.

Pleasant accomodation near the city centre

This accomodation has free parking spot, not far from appartment, so you can park behind the fence and you dont have to worry about your car. It is in quiet location with several shops and bus stops in a walking distance. It has everything you would expect from description and photos. Owner is helpful when there is any problem you might have.

Nice Comfortable Place

Very nice and comfortable place. Host was very nice and communicative. Nice bedrooms. Comfortable living room with kitchenette and all facilities

We literally just slept in the apartment, spent the day in the city and the night at the concert.

Construction works on the house next door. People started drilling and hammering around 7AM and we didn’t get enough sleep. Not exact problem of the houseowner but we had a long ride home so I think it should be mentioned.

If we visit Slovenia again, we will definitely return here!

Cozy apartment with everything you need. Peter is kind and easy and fast to communicate. Very clean, with a nice TV and view from the balcony, with a lot of cute shelves and booklets about tourism in Slovenia. The neighbor was making some repairs and therefore there was a little bit of a noise in the morning, but we were notified by the host before our arrival, which was very delicate :).

A lovely, clean, two bedroomed flat in a quiet area near the University.

We liked the layout, the spacious bedrooms, well equipped kitchen and all so very clean. A perfect place for a stay in Ljubljana. Close to the University, where we wanted to be. Half an hour walk into town, nice and easy. (Buses and bikes avail. if needed) Also we had somewhere to park the car. The bathroom is compact but functional and perfectly fine!

Exceptional

Everything was great, pluses include: -Easy check-in as instructed; -Operative communication with the owner of the accommodation; -Presence of free parking space; -Very warm and clean apartment; -The kitchen is well equipped: there is everything you need + was pleased to have a dishwasher. I would stay here again next time =)

A little far from the center, a leisurely walk takes 30-35 minutes. Very poor water pressure in the kitchen, but with a dishwasher, it's not so critical)

Cosy apartment for 2-4 people. Didn't want to leave.

Peter's Apartment is cosy. I stayed in the apartment on the second floor. (There's no lift, so bear this in mind.) The entire apartment is warm and has an excellent heating system. The beds are very comfortable too. I work remotely, and I could have a video call meeting without any internet problems. The kitchenette is convenient too. We only stayed for five nights, so we were able to cook. Downstairs has two washing machines and a dryer, which are free and easy to use. I recommend using the dryer for longer if you want your clothes dry. The large TV was also great to watch Netflix and connect to your laptop. Peter's apartment has an HDMI cable, so you can do this. There was lots of clothes storage, and the shower had excellent pressure. Generally, I liked the apartment very much. We could get to one of the largest supermalls in Ljubljana, BTC city Mall, via cab for €6/7. I'd recommend this place for 2-4 people. I didn't want to leave.

Visit Ljubljana, and stay here!

Great appartment, on a very quiet location. The photos are very accurate. What you don't see in the photos is a fully equipped kitchen. You will find everything you might need. Tine is a great host, the communicatiom with him (I use WhatsApp) was very quick and easy. I was staying during very cold days in December, and everything was great. The parking is ~100m away.
