We loved every minute of our trip! The space was super clean and just as advertised! The private pool was a HUGE bonus. We rented a car and were able to easily access all parts of the island within 15-20 minutes of the place. Location was safe with plenty of places to get anything you may need! Highly recommend for the price and would definitely stay again!

Good accommodations for the price. The traffic noise and neighbor's barking dogs were annoying at times. We would stay there again though. We very much enjoyed the pool. The provided beach chairs, beach towels and cooler was much appreciated. Oscar seems like a wonderful and caring human being. Thanks for the knowledge of the island.

Stayed 5 nights in the studio apartment and couldn’t be happier! Oscar and Norman were fantastic hosts and were super helpful with questions I had throughout my stay. I can’t wait to go back to Aruba and this will be the first place I check availability…thank you so much for your hospitality! Masha Danki!

This property offered it all. It was very clean. The host was excellent. It is in a great location central to all of Aruba. It was very secure with a large private courtyard. The shower has hot water with very good water pressure. There was some road noise, but it wasn’t very bad. Also, it does have dogs barking next door. These were a little annoying, but considering the price, location, and accommodations, this place may be the best bargain in Aruba. The place is so well ran. The host, Oscar knows his stuff. The property was not only clean, every inch of the entire property was well maintained. I’m not easily impressed, but this place impressed me and my wife. We stayed in unit #1. That was the smallest unit. The other units appear armed vacant during our stay.it was plenty of room. The air fryer cannot operate at the same time as the television, but that was not a real issue. I would not only recommend my friends to stay here, but would think they are out of thier minds to not stay here. It looks great online, but it looks 5x better in person.

This property was exactly as shown. Check in was easy and all the information we needed was provided ahead of time. Room and grounds were immaculate and clean! Patio area and pool were lovely! Could easily hang out there and enjoy if we hadnt been beach hopping. Oscar was very sweet and caring! A perfect host! We were especiallly thrilled that the room came with beach chairs, beach towels and a cooler for our daily beach trips. 😁 Room has an air fryer, small coffee pot amd basic litchen utensils. We had a rental car which helps a lot. But there is grocery shopping close by. We would recommend this property for budget conscious travellers (couple or solo) as it provides all basic needs in a safe, friendly and clean place. 😁

We had a wonderful stay! Oscar was a very accommodating and hospitable host. He went above and beyond to ensure my wife and I were comfortable. They even included us in their dinner plan!!! I will most definitely stay at this property again!!

Off the path location that is still a 7-15min drive from most things. Pool and amenities are top notch so be if you want to go out everyday or lounge by the pool, in the hammock and so forth.

Very nice stay for a very reasonable price in a pleasant setting. Gorgeous courtyard with pool to relax from touring, including options for shade, a shower for rinsing, and outside dining. Our room was fairly basic and include a limited kitchen with a few utensils, small refrigerator, hot plate, and microwave. Bathroom was very spacious with hot shower (on demand). The property is decorated nicely, gated, and well secured in a decent, centrally located neighborhood. This is a great bargain but don’t expect the Ritz by the beach. For that you will need to pay a lot more money per day. This rental property is a great value for a couple looking for a clean and safe base to tour the island from.

Just as described in the pictures online. Oscar and his brother were very helpful and kind. Walked us through everything. Let us check out later than usual due to our flight time. Zero issues. Would definitely stay again!

Onze studio was perfect. Echt een mooie plek om tot rust te komen evenals als goede uitvalsbasis om het eiland te ontdekken. Qua afstand zit je overal dichtbij. Onze studio was van alle gemakken voorzien én niet minder belangrijk erg schoon. Het bed had een uitstekend matras. Wij hebben ook zelf ontbijt gemaakt in de kitchenette waarna we fijn buiten gegeten hebben met uitzicht op de mooie tuin en het zwembad. Alles wordt zeer goed onderhouden. Echt een huisje waarin je je meteen ‘thuis’ voelt. Kortom, er is aan álles gedacht! Chapeau!

Oscar was such an amazing host, going above and beyond to personally accommodate our every need and provide us with an extraordinary experience in Aruba. The room was perfect for 2 people; also, plan to rent a car and plan for limited cooking opportunities. The pool was a great addition to the trip! Couldn't recommend this listing enough if you're looking to avoid the price and busyness of the resort areas.

From the minute we arrived until the day we left we felt so taken care of and safe at Oscars place. Not far from downtown or the airport. Very beautiful backyard that was relaxing and had a beautiful pool. A car is a must to explore the island. Such a great deal for what you get. Well worth it. My friend and I will be coming back with our families and will most definitely stay here again.

This location was great. It was very close to most of the attractions. The owner/manager, Oscar, was the best host. He was always there to answer all our questions. He went above and beyond our expectations. This place was very quiet and very family friendly. Overall we had the best vacation. Beautiful country and vary friendly people. I highly recommend this property. We will definitely return to stay here.
