Maria was exceptionally helpful right from the initial booking and she understood the possibility of flight cancellations and delays and kept in contact to ensure she met us on arrival. She, Dora and the rest of the family welcomed me and my friends and were always available for advice or a chat. The accommodation is as portrayed and all the facilities were available, with very comfortable beds, good quality bedding and towels. I can't thank Maria enough for ensuring my stay was more than I had hoped for. x

The house was comfort, clean and very nice. We had very good time! It is located very close to Dapia where all the boats leave the passengers that arrive to Spetses. Excellent hosts and cosy hospitality.

Staying in Dapia was an ideal base to discover the beautiful island of Spetses. We enjoyed a lot the 2 days we spent there. Thank you very much Maria and Jean-Marie for your welcome!

Dora and Anargyros were the kindest hosts to our little family. The place was spotless and comfortable. They stocked up on few essentials upon our arrival which made things easier with 2 kids under 5. Location is very convenient .. close to port and bus and restaurants/museums. We highly recommend!

We loved the location and the landlady too. She was a great host, very friendly and always available for anything you need. The flat was spacious and the air conditioning worked fine.
Unfortunately there are many things we didn’t like and for those reasons we would never stay in this place again. First of all the decor of the property: it looks like the time stopped in 1940. Every possible junk from those years seemed to have been left in this place. The owner made no effort to create a holiday home for guests of this millennium. The fridge, cooker, Tv and all utensils are so old that I was surprised than even my now dead granny from south of Italy had at least upgraded stuff up to year 2000. The kitchen says it’s fully equipped but it has no dishwasher, the fridge is so old that consume so much energy than even at the minimum setting had frozen anything inside. The BBQ is in the garden but it’s impossible to use as there’s is no charcoal or wood available from anywhere unless you go in the woods on the island yourself to pick it up. The garden is not private as the landlady leaves just above the flat she is renting out and we all share the entrance from the gate. The beds were very uncomfortable as the mattresses were so cheap that I was looking forward to get back home to sleep in my bed. The bathroom had a tiny shower with the shower tent sticking on your skin all the time: again no effort to just build a wet room as the bathroom has actually a good size. The living room is absolutely unnecessary as the tv is probably the first cathodic cube in colours so without smart tv if you are not Greek is totally useless. Internet signal was so poor that it only reaches in one room: the living room. All the other room just a couple of metres away don’t have WiFi signal!!! We paid more than £400 for 4 nights and I have to say not worth it the money. I was hoping to find privacy where I can sunbathe naked in the garden and enjoy a big house even if the decor from the pics was alarming but i didn’t get even that. Sorry to say but most of the furniture is just there because they can’t be bothered to take it to the dump.
