How accommodating the Park was for our circumstances. They went beyond to make it easy for us to pick up our key and location of our Hut. Due to our out of hours pick up and stay arrival. We could not have been happier.
We have no negative responses for this lovely place.

did our own meals...kitchenette in unit was good....had all we needed.
good sized fridge for longer stay or hotter weather.
Basically overpriced donga. no decor no "finish" no atmosphere
No space in bathroom to change your mind... let alone clothes! A few robe hooks would be a good addition. "
Absolutely stupid little wash basin & no vanity / no bathroom cabinet or shelf
only 3 dining chairs for a 4 bed unit.

I like the idea for the lounge in open space to the kitchen
We had stayed in Villa 10 the rooms doesn't have electric fan inside It is so hot when you close the door bcos the ac is in the lounge only, you have to open the door for each room so that the air flow from ac can go inside the rooms and doesn't have hair dryer

It was clean, no parties. Close to shops.
The angle of the ground under my site was too angled and not enough space to properly manoeuvre a large car and camper near the river. I understand the showers were under construction but you had to dress on wet floor inside the shower. And no real area to put dry clothes without getting wet.

I had a villa and it was very roomy, clean and tidy.
Probably the only thing I found was the tv keep cutting off as it say there was no wifi this may be petty but it was the only problem I found

Couch very uncomfortable.

It was a convenient location, only 10mins from highway. Seemed perfect for a stopover break
No soap!!!!! Like seriously. No toiletries at all! I have never stayed anywhere that doesn't supply basic toiletries! My husband went to find the general amenities block with a cup to get some soap for us, but there was no access to any! Not sure what the campers were doing!! So in the morning (we arrived too later to go earlier) My husband drove to the nearby IGA and spent another $15 just to buy some soap and shampoo! When we already paid $275 (over priced if you ask me) for a basic cabin for one night, you would expect some soap to wash your hands!!! Travelling with 2 children and no soap is very frustrating!!
Next, the lounge is incredibly unformfortable! The beds are firm which I don't mind personally but the pillows were so thin and worn feeling, it was like sleeping flat on the floor! It was clean, apart from a squished cockroach in the cuttlery draw frame! The place is also so echoey! They need some artworks or something on walls as I felt I had to continuely shush my children just for talking normally. And we all had to whisper.

The shower block should be open

Temporary amenities were described as "Demountable", but were Port-a-loo and Port-a-shower: No lights. No hot water. Nowhere to put your stuff while showering. On-site building works - jackhammering began well before 7am. Road overpass very close by with significant traffic noise from around 4am daily. Not ideal for holidaying. This is not a 'tourist' park, more a residential trailer park. We booked for 6 nights but left after 3. Very disappointed.

Was clean & linen was all fresh
Noisy road...

Beautiful, quiet powered camp site by river.
Nothing, it was perfect for our needs.

....
Run down. Cabin on piles of bricks. Overcharged ( did get a refund on the third time of trying to contact them). Didn't meet owners once. No where near the $195 a night I paid or the $235 they tried to charge me for one night. I can get a nice apartment on the 58th floor in Brisbane for half the amount.
Nicer cabins do look nice though.

When we arrived at Yandina Caravan park we were allocated a van site aka “empty lot “, instead of the cabin I had booked : one room 2 adults.
We had to phone the manager on emergency number as office not manned on weekend ,he was friendly but unfortunately did not have any vacant accommodation he could give us. He directed us to several motels which we went to and they were all booked out. Stressed out as it was late afternoon with no where to stay and a competition event to attend the next morning, we finally had to take an expensive motel room closer to the coast which was last available we could find.
The “ booking.com “ site I booked on was deceptive as it showed a cabin room for 2 people with queen bed and option to book now which confirmed and paid , and wasn’t until I was able to scroll to the bottom of the page to view that in fact it was a “ empty lot “ and description of what that was.
So annoyed and would not recommend anyone to use this site to book with.
Deceptive booking.com site

The little cabin was comfortable and the bed was great. It was clean enough. We slept well.
It is obviously a pretty rough spot where people live in little caravans and the like permanently. It feels a bit unsafe in the night.
3.7
driving distance to key places in Sunshine coast. key facilities and big showers and toilets.
the camping spaces allowed people from the public part to access the caravan park.

Location was great liked the villas around the pool area
The villa was not cleaned to a good standard. With covid around .
The surfaces vould of been cleaner.
The fridge doors .microwave door. Cupboard handles.all needed a clean.
