Was a beautiful location, staff friendly and the facilities were great. The room was nicely attended, clean and the size was great. The restaurant was fantastic.
Restaurant was a bit expensive, bugs entered the room and crabs. Also internet wasn't great
4.7
The property is really beautiful, the villas are spacious, well equipped, well decorated and very well taken care of. The open lanai-like feel is lovely. The grounds, pool and beach front are all wonderful. Carlos at the front desk was very hard working and helpful.
Breakfast was OK, not wonderful, though our waiter was great. The beach was lovely and quiet, but a bit remote for people who want to be in the middle of things. There was a misunderstanding about whether parking from the airport would be paid for by the hotel - it was not.
4.7
Modern building, friendly staff, delicious food, very clean place, our Villa with open view was stunning.
If you place order at the restaurant, pls be patient, may take a while. Everything was great, but there is one thing , the ocean is very powerful and loud , during the night you hear waves all the time like they behind your window, if its not bothering you this place is perfect .
4.7
An excellent place to be, it's quiet, really clean and safety, the rooms are amazing, but the mainly reason are the people: really nice, gently and servicial. The place is in really good shape, all clean and the details and maintenance of the property are excellent.
It's a great place, the beach is clean and they're a just a little bit of persons around, so very quiet place. But is open ocean and you have to be careful if you dont know swim. I went with my 3 young children and had to be watching them in the beach. So, if you are looking a nice and quiet beach to swim I don't recommend because it has strong waves and tide.
4.7
Located ON the sandy beach!, with 180+ degree of OVEAN and rock Islands
Vegan menu for breakfast lunch and dinner. Milk alternatives (oat, almond, coconut) for coffee.
4.7
Beautiful space!
The restaurant is separate from the hotel, and staff there weren’t that great. Felt expensive for Mexico as it was very secluded and not much staff around or options for food/drinks. I’ve stayed elsewhere in Mexico and spent less with more attentive service.
4.7
food at the restaurant was great. staff was super friendly and helpful. place was super clean.
thought the 2 bedroom villa was a bit small, there was no TV in the living room, and for the price, there should be water / coffee provided. ocean water is rough, dangerous for kids.
4.7
the Property is excellent, good service, good food and the price of the food is reasonable
If you want to swim in the sea this is not the place. it is located in front of an open sea beach so swimming is quite dangerous. Also the area doesn’t feels secure.
4.7
Amazing location if you want a peaceful place to stay. Lovely grounds, sea a bit rough for swimming but the beach is amazing. Good food in the restaurant, very nice rooms, everything you need for self catering is there if you need it. Travelled with a toddler and he was very happy everywhere
Pools are very nice but not very big. We went in the middle of the week so not many people but if all the rooms were occupied they might get crowded
4.7
The breakfast was delicious ! Our room was beautiful and very clean! Beautiful view on the ocean. The infinity pool was one of my favorite parts.
The only bad thing is you can’t go into the ocean because it’s very dangerous but other then that it’s still beautiful to look and listen to the waves
4.7
Great facilities and unexpensive food
As this is not a hotel, there was little to no attention from the staff.
4.7
everything about the property exceeded our expectations. The apartment was clean, spacious and comfortable with a private pool and a beautiful view of the ocean and the wide empty beach. The pool and beach were great and the complex is very quiet despite its proximity to the airport. Staff are friendly and helpful and we can’t wait to come back.
4.7
Beautiful property, great pools and beachfront restaurant. Beach sprawling with few people.
Best with a car, taxis expensive
4.7
beautiful place and grounds were immaculate with landscaping
rooms very clean and decorated very stylish
the beach was pretty but it was not safe to swim in
4.7
Beautiful. Very well priced. Amazing service. All around incredible.
Nothing. It was amazing.
4.7
Good service, nice and clean place.
Doesn’t have a power plant. We had a 6 hours blackout during a storm. No beach, no power, nothing to do.
4.7
Excellent location and facilities! The restaurant at the hotel is amazing as well as the service from them.
Some new guidelines ain’t so kids friendly, specially for the pool... everything else is highly recommendable
4.7
The location is superb. Playa Blanca has almost no people at all, and during Pandemic is great to avoid crowds. With villas featuring private pools, it's a great place to disconnect from it all.
The staff is polite, but not really friendly. They didn't go out of their way to help in any extra way, and that made me feel unimportant. Considering the price for this location they ought to pay more attention to customer service. Having said that, they were never disrespectful. Also, beach front villas DO NOT have the basic kitchen stuff, not even a kettle. It does have a mini fridge, but that's it.
4.7
Really great food and staff. Peaceful oasis away from busy Ixtapa area with beachfront views.
It’s off the beaten path so you’ll want to rent a car to go into town or budget in taxi service. 400 pesos to zihua one way. Strong rip tide so you can’t swim in ocean. Only wading in the surf to waist high or so.
