All of it. Terrific stuff.
Getting in and out of other locations. Want to be based with yourselves, however wanting to have a few drinks and not rely on a designated driver would add to the experience.
Ideally, arrive at venue, and have access to transport for the group (we had 4 people) and go to different spots.

lack of signage on arrival. could not work out where the reception was

Being in the middle of a winery has its advantages. Being the restaurant and cellar door. Also, a spa is available for a bit of R&R.
There is also an Aboriginal based gallery that is free to enter.
It's borderlining on the overpriced, noting the location and available activities close by. Breakfast used to be included as a part of your stay. However, now it's an added cost, and for what it's worth, eggs on toast aren't worth paying the price charged, but unfortunately, unless you wish to take a quick trip in the car to Nagambie, you havent got any choice but to eat there. The bed we had was extremely saggy, which is not something you want when you're paying top dollar. The temperature control is locked, so for those who want a different climate, bad luck.

A great overnight stay at a hotel with great attention to detail. Location on the banks of the Goulburn River was beautiful and helped you feel immersed in a very special environment. A longer stay and we would have made use of the ebikes for further adventuring.
There wasn't anything I didn't like.

We love that the location is away from Melbourne, but actually not too far. Gorgeously kept landscape. Creates an atmosphere of calm and collected, but all modern touches and simplicities. I love that everthing was nearby where we were staying literally at times, the same building. Highly recommend the staff at the Spa.

We really enjoyed the beautiful and clean hotel rooms with gorgeous pool and surroundings. It was so lovely that we were given a box of chocolates and bubbles as we were celebrating a birthday and post wedding retreat.
We were woken both nights by large groups of people who were loud and disruptive when walking back to their hotel room and gathering in the corridors which was a shame. There was also a large group of about 15+ adults together by the pool who played their own music and took over most of the pool area which was a shame for other guests wanting to relax. I think because the venue attracts events and weddings this could be why there were such big, loud groups. It may help to put couples at the end of corridors to reduce disturbance, we were in a room near to the lifts so could hear all the conversations and good nights with people coming back late in the night to their rooms.

Better suited for recreational rather than work!!
Fantastic setting, staff were pleasant to deal with.
Rooms were great.
Main meal at the restaurant was fairly average

Magnificent stay at this high end hotel. Everything was excellent.

.The staff for both the breakfast and dinner were most helpful and friendly.
Air conditioner inside the Dinner venue was way too cool, and externally the flys were annoying once our meal had been presented.
That said however in the overall context of our stay, this was not enough to spoil our stay.

Beautiful location, lovely rooms and excellent staff. The food and service at The Muse were great.

the service was impeccable, hotel staff went out of there way to help organise wine tastings and had great suggestions for other wineries to visit

The hotel is located in the lovely Victorian countryside near the river. There was a calm atmosphere which we enjoyed, but I suppose this would not always be the case as I realize that it is a popular wedding venue.
We were disappointed with the sloooow service at the restaurant, all the servers were friendly and helpful.

very relaxing
would have been better if the renovations to the casual eating/drinking area were complete

The wine glasses in our room were not clean. The sheets in the bed appeared to be clean but marked.

Beautiful location on the Goulburn and stunningly designed accommodation with fabulous attention to detail. The restaurant meals are generous and flavoursome and the staff were very helpful. There were also lovely unexpected touches to our stay such as welcome drinks, night time chocolates.
