Was very comfortable and was a great location . Lovely sea view
The barbecue was probably the only disappointment. It was completely different to the photo and not something that I would use to cook with . The decking to rear looked as though it hadn’t been swept for a long time .

1. Owner was never available although it was an owner managed property
2. Most of the instruments did not work
3. Room was untidy
4. Excessively over priced
5. WiFi did not work

Great location and facilities on site. Comfortable beds and clean.
Having to pay £17 on the electricity meter for 2 nights felt excessive given the price of the stay (we only used the oven twice). The back patio was also quite dirty and not usable. I cleaned some chairs and moved them to the front patio.

Excellent location. Beautiful views at rear of chalet.
Nothing.

The location, the kitchen utensils, plates, and electronics that were provided. Pillows, bedsheets, blankets, and cleaning products were provided.
The back porch with the grill and tables were all covered with bird poo and disgusting dirt and grime, what is the point of having a beautiful seaside view if you can not even sit down and look at it?
Ever since we arrived, there was dust on surfaces like tables and shelving or bedside surfaces, which caused sneezing and runny nose in the house.

location
black mould and extensive damp in twin room. bunk beds too small for adults. check in time at 4pm but reception closes at 4pm.

Back patio furniture needs a little tlc

The bathroom and toilet were clean
There was no lounge bar open and no where to eat onsite
They had a little shop for basics
Missed not having entertainment of some sort
I think the lodge did not reflect the price
The decor was dated and to not have WiFi was poor.
The rear decking was unusable as the gaps between the boards was way to big and my kids could easily twist an ankle. The wood railing going around the decking was split and breaking off which was quite dangerous and it looked like it needed a good sweep and clean
The swimming pool needed to be booked and could only swim for 45mins at a time, as a holiday maker and not a lodge owner, you could only use the pool every other day????
The kitchen looked tired and the rugs were very dirty
Didn’t expect this type of accommodation for the money spent

Very comfortable place in a well looked after park.
Very clean and everything was as described and expected.
We will be back when all the facilities are open to properly enjoy the park.

Lovely location in a pretty little town. Like the style of the houses and the view. Perfect starting point for walks by the beach and cliffs
We had a very nice stay. It could be so much prettier with little effort. Especially the downstairs room is quite dull and not practical.
The facilities of the complex were not very looked after. Mini golf flooded, cafe/lounge closed but we didn’t go for that thankfully

The property owner was a star! Coming to our rescue after a mix up with another booking, and gave us all the info we needed. The location of No 14 is great - the back terrace and upstairs bedroom overlook the sea and sunrise. There was all we needed for a short stay, and perfect for 2 of us in terms of space. Parking was no problem but be prepared to carry or trolley luggage a short distance. It's bit of a pain to have to take bedding, towels, teatowels etc but manageable, and Deal is large enough for all provisions you need. The Zetland Arms is a must for meals on the beach.
There' no wifi but good phone signal.
