Great location with easy access to TRAX train and ski bus. Staff was very helpful and service minded.
I had expected that kitchen equipment (plates, cutlery, pans etc) would be included. Had to go to a second hand store and buy the necessary stuff. Bathroom needed renovation.

The staff work with you 110%. Very friendly and accommodating. Great location. They ensure every one is following the rules. Weekly room checks per smoking/cleanliness .
Extended stay with out the kitchen utensils. Weekly room service. After 1 week stay you provide your supplies. I am sure they will work with you if you just communicate

The full size refrgerator and the 2 burner stove top. That is all I honestly liked.
I received NO Breakfast in 8 days. The location of the facility was ok. The location of my room was terrible. I am on a walker and was made to walk very very far to my room. I requested a handicapped room but did not get one. My bed was way too high, causing me to fall, trying to get into bed at 3am. The clerk was never there when I needed someone to call on. No one at desk to answer the phone. Motel 6 has someone 24/7 but not this place. I am age 77 and handicapped on a walker. I had to lay there alone on the floor from 3am till 7 am with no help. It was a very bad set up. No phone. Also the heat blasted way too hot in my room, causing me to have to immediately go to the ER after checking out. The heat in my room, caused my prescription drugs to react haywire. The TV screen was hung on a SIDE WALL causing me to crane my neck sideways. I want a money back for my stay there, almost 475.00 Paul Leach. The only thing good about the room was a full size fridge and a electric stovetop burner. Nothing else was any good about the place and the maid never ever came once in 8 solid days to clear the trash or clean the room or bathroom or sheets. I will never again stay at this place. Not even for free. There were homeless people tapping on my window wanting money. Bad neighborhood. I am a retired US air force veteran. The manager of the hotel who signed me in could clearly see tat I was handicapped and still did not give me a handicapped room. Instead, he overcharged me, I never got my deposit back. The manager was never at his post. I had friends check 2 or 3 times for him to be in his office. He owes me money. At the very least my deposit.

The bed was awesome, comfortable and brand new. The wifi was fast and efficient however the log in process was a bit of a pain. T
The room size was great, the furnishings we very dated. cabinet doors were falling off and and the refrigerator was unplugged and took for ever to get cold.
