This gorgeous modern 2 bed, 2 bath home is perfect for couples or a family looking for a relaxing beach break. Stroll along the boardwalk through the national park to the beach, dine at a number of exceptional local restaurants and cafes or simply relax at home and enjoy the sea breezes while watching the sun set over Mount Coolum. With everything you need within walking distance there is no need to start your car once your at Zeby's Beach Break! This is the place to unwind and relax!

Enjoy the open plan living and relaxing alfresco area this house provides. The house has been decked out with beautiful new furniture and is truly a home away from home. Reverse cycle air-conditioning is provided in the main living area and master bedroom plus ceiling fans through-out. The kitchen comes fully equipped. Each of the bedrooms contain a queen bed. There is an ensuite and walk-in robe off the master bedroom. The second bedroom contains a built-in wardrobe and is adjacent to the main bathroom with bath. Laundry facilities are provided, including s 2 in 1 washer/dryer and laundry tub.

Staying at Zeby's is a great way to unwind . A short walk to the beach, close to coffee shops and beautiful walks. The location is very dog friendly and the locals are very welcoming too. I needed a dog friendly small house near the beach to escape the Melbourne winter and Zeby’s Beach House was exactly the right thing. It had a secure backyard and a sun trap patio and just a short walk through the park and on the boardwalk to the beach. I had a very relaxing break . Would definitely recommend it.

This property is in an ideal location with great access to the beach, cafe and walking tracks, ideal back yard for a small dog, our only negatives were the onsuite sinks did not drain properly, can easily be fixed, and we found the furniture a little dated and uncomfortable had to use the single seats for good support while watching tv.

Cozy and comfortable. The property is well located close to the dog friendly beach, parks and local shops and caffès (3-5min walk). The yard is very secure and was enough room for our GSD to feel comfortable in. Made for a very relaxing getaway. Thank you for providing a home for us to travel to with our fury friends.

My husband and I spent 3 nights at this property with our 2 dogs. Easy checkin process, everything clean and ready to enjoy as soon as you arrive. Cafes, beach and rainforest walks closeby - don't even need to use your car most days. Host was also very helpful with questions in the leadup to the booking. We all enjoyed our stay and hope to return. Thanks Emma!

The house was very clean, well stocked and very secure for pets. I would be happy to stay again in this property. The area is peaceful and very pleasant. Near shops etc. The only problem was the internet occasionally was difficult to access.

Love Zebys!! Everything we wanted! Comfortable, clean and well equipped. Close to beach so didn't need the car. Our wee pup absolutely loved it.Communication from Emma was fantastic. Totally recommend. Will definitely be back.

We had a wonderful holiday at Zeby’s and would go again immediately if we could. The house is cosy and clean and welcoming, has plenty of space, lots of movies for rainy days and every TV subscription you could possibly need, kitchen with all the basics, two bathrooms, a place to hose down the dog, AC if needed and a helpful owner - responsive and very friendly. The beach is a short stroll away and there are many different swimming options close by (patrolled and wild). Kids did surf school in Coolum which is 8 mins drive away, supermarket is 1 km away with its of takeout options, we just loved it and so did our doggie. Thank you for sharing your home Emma!

We love staying at Zeby’s; the property is perfect for the family. Walking distance to the dog beach, plus the neighbourhood has a cafe and playground. The house is well set up for a family with everything you need. We’ve been going to Zeby’s for years and always recommend it. Looking forward to our next visit.

Zeby’s was a perfect dog friendly holiday!! The house is clean and modern (not a regular experience for dog friendly accommodation) and a quick walk to the off leash beach. We didn’t need anything! We met loads of friendly locals in the complex and on the beach who gave us tips on cafes and coffee, a different experience to the touristy Coolum Beach. If you’re looking to have a proper beach break with your fur family this is the place to do it.

We needed a quiet retreat. It was close to a fabulous dog beach and great coffee shop too. The local shops r not far away. The home was warm and friendly with everything you would need. The lady was most helpful.

This was truly a wonderful weekend away thank you Emma! Beautiful and welcoming home, lots of space for the family, lovely little patio and garden that is fully fenced. To top it off it is in the best location! Just a 3-minute walk to the beach with gate access and across the road from cafes, park and BBQ area. We will definitely be back and will recommend to others needing a beach break! :)

Such a lovely spot to stay - so close to the beach - great for walking the dog, scrumptious eating places close by, and the accommodation was perfect - lots of character and welcoming and comfortable, cute little backyard. Bonus of some supplies available in the larder and fridge if needed. Highly recommend. Incredibly quiet spot and lovely view of Mt Coolum.

The fact that the dog was allowed was a deciding point but certainly were not disappointed. Would happily stay again. Close to beach close enough to shops but far enough away from noise
