M.me Carmela has been very kind and helpful. Mr Ugo, her collaborator, was waiting for us to collect the keys and gave us all infos for the stay. The location is excellent as the metro L1 and three cable cars are nearby.

This is a really good place to stay for a few days in Naples. I confirm opinions about the object. Very reasonable price / quality ratio. It was a very nice welcome when the host invited a Polish-speaking person who gave us all the information we needed. Carmela arranged a transfer from the airport at a good price. It was really helpful for us. Nice stay, thank you Carmela.

A perfect, modern and clean apartment in a lovely neighborhood with many restaurants. 2 supermarkets, 3 funiculars, one metro and buses within one block. Easy/safe night time walks to many views of greater Naples. Central Naples easy and quick via funiculars. Very helpful owner with advise and assistance.

- Clean, new furniture, equipment is right for short stay. 0
- Position is excellent. Excellent connection with public transports.
- Very friendly owner.
- Sofa bed is small, even for adult+small kid.
- Stairs could be dangerous for small child
- Overall apartment is small, but ok for a short stay.
- No parking included and private parking in the area are very expensive so plan to come without a car,

The communication with the owner was perfect, she waited for us as agreed. Upon arrival we were very pleasantly surprised by the cleanliness of the place. The location of the apartment is wonderful as well! The metro line 1 is just a corner away and so it the funicular.
Each room can use the vacuum cleaner and the cleaning products.
The apartment is located in a loud area, just below the window there is a bar where guests are talking really loudly. That lasts from early evening to 4 AM (regardless of the day of the week). Sleeping is impossible with an open window. Since the bed is located on a gallery, just below the ceiling, it’s the hottest part of the apartment and it’s also the part where it’s pretty hard to get fresh air without opening the window. We tried to sleep with the air condition on, but it’s not a solution because the lower part of the room becomes extremely cold, while it’s almost impossible to cool the gallery part.
So quality sleeping wasn’t an option for the whole week.
The shower is clogged and since we stayed for a week, towels should be changed at least once. We asked the cleaning lady if we could at least wash them (because there is a washing machine in one of those closets) but her answer was no.
We didn’t know how lucky we were not to have neighbors for the whole week because they arrived the last day and the walls are very thin.
