About this house rental

Beautiful custom home built in 2015, with 200 feet of lakefront property on scenic Lake Eden. Surrounded by large pine trees. Floor to ceiling windows in the great room and sliders in the master suite offer spectacular views of the lake. Large open common area with a 20 foot ceiling up to an open loft space make this home perfect for entertaining. Large fans in all living spaces and every bedroom keep the home comfortably cool in the summer. Radiant heated floors and a floor to ceiling stone fireplace to keep you toasty warm in the winter. Brand new kitchen with custom cabinetry, stainless steel appliances, an island with a built in wine fridge and top of the line fixtures. Two full bathrooms, both with double vanities, custom built from reclaimed wood. Great room opens to a large flagstone patio facing the lake which makes the outdoor space perfect for cookouts or simply soaking up the sun and enjoying the spectacular lakeview. An outdoor shower is also located on the patio. A fire pit and hammock are located on the beachfront. A dock and floating swim raft,two paddle boards, a kayak and a canoe are also provided. This breathtaking home is conveniently located between Stowe and Jay Peak, which make it a perfect year round vacation spot. Enjoy hiking , paddle boarding and kayaking on the lake in the summer, take in the beautiful fall foliage in September and October or enjoy skiing, snowboarding ,iceskating or snowmobiling in the winter, 4 wheel or all wheel drive vehicles recommended. Stowe and Jay Peak are also perfect for day trips of shopping, antiquing and casual dining. A perfectly serene and secluded spot to relax and recharge.

We had a wonderful time on vacation! Everyone enjoyed using the SUPs and kayaks on the lake. Plenty for everyone! Stowe was a 35 minute drive with nice shops and restaurants. This is our second time here and we hope to be back soon!

We came to Eden for the total solar eclipse. The property was perfect, well maintained and equipped. The lake was frozen, so we did not get to enjoy any summer time activities, but provided a beautiful location to take in the eclipse. The local market just down the road proved to have good food, and the many local breweries did not disappoint. I certainly recommend this lake side getaway

Our second time staying at this beautiful, spacious and comfortable home on Lake Eden. The high end home has every amenity possible and is perfect for large family getaways. The hosts are extremely responsive and friendly. We hope to return for many years to come!

This was our second summer at the property. The house is beautiful, and the sleeping options easily accommodated the adults and children. The kitchen was well stocked. There were also a variety of games to help entertain the children in the evening. We loved the outside deck, and the assortment of kayaks and SUPs. Nick was very helpful and responsive both prior to and during our stay.

This property exceeded our every expectation!! Beautifully built with impeccable attention to detail! This home held three adult couples and two tween/teens comfortably! The kids loft could have easily handled several more! We will surely be back!!!

The home exceeded expectations. We were impressed with the small bottle of shampoo/conditioner/soap, along with the condiments and spices available in the kitchen. These are small touches, but added to our vacation experience. Overall, the home was modern, charming, and cozy.

The house exceeded our expectations! Check-in was a breeze, the house was absolutely gorgeous and very clean. Comfortable beds and ample storage space for clothes, etc. The kitchen had everything you could want to make whatever you want, even had spices! 30 minutes to Jay Peak. There's even a ski boot dryer you can use. The fireplace made the nights cozy and warm. The house is very weather-proof so no drafts. My nieces enjoyed sleeping "in the wall" in the loft. Laundry room with extra fridge in it, too. Thank you for a great stay, we look forward to returning!

The house was beautiful. We enjoyed our ski weekend at Stowe too. The house was perfect for our family and friends who joined. Plenty of room for all 7 of us. The house was well stocked with everything we needed and at night we enjoyed building a lovely wood fire. We would love to return.

We were more than impressed with house. It had charm, was cozy, yet spacious and immaculately clean! The loft provided a space for the kids to spread out and be away from the adults while still being easily supervised. Beds were comfy, kitchen well stocked, and fireplace was a favorite! We would stay again in a heartbeat!

We loved our stay here. It was the perfect house. Right on the lake with paddleboards, kayaks, and well-equipped home. Great place to go with kids or to relax as a couple. Nick and Tara are great hosts. I will definitely be back!

Very clean and spacious! We went kayaking and swimming almost every day, and had fires at the fire pit several nights. The place was very clean and well stocked. The beds were comfortable. We really enjoyed are stay!

We spent a long weekend at this gorgeous Eden property. This was our first trip to Vermont and this property exceeded our expectations! The hosts thought of everything you could possibly need. The house is beautiful, beds are comfortable, hosts are quick to respond and check in on you, and the views on the lake are just breathtaking. Our group of 6 had the best time! The house has everything you could need, plus more! Plenty of sleeping options, wood burning fireplace, tall ceilings, beautiful kitchen, and plenty of games. Our annual ski trip was the best on yet! Looking forward to hopefully returning in summer/fall!

We stayed at Nick’s house over Thanksgiving and had a fantastic time. Honestly it is much nicer than it looks in the pictures. Has everything you need - we’ll stocked kitchen, and all the supplies you need to make a fire. Check in is easy - the door has an electronic lock with a code. We will be back!

Our second visit to Lake Eden. It's a great setting and vacation home. Several enhancements were made since our last visit. Campfire lakeside at night, boating on Lake Eden. There is a cool general store not far away. Check it out!

This is probably the best home we’ve ever stayed in. Waking up to the steam on the river, then ending the day with a glass of wine on the porch was a dream! The house was unbelievable! It was so cozy and perfect for our group of 6. We will definitely make the trip again to spend more time at the house!

Nick's place on the lake is a beautiful place to spend a long weekend (or longer)! This is our second time back to the house. The house is RIGHT on the lake with an amazing patio, deck furniture, string lights, grill, etc. You honestly can't get closer to the lake. Nick had the dock + floating dock put in for us and all the rafts, boats, canoes, life jackets that we needed. He is communicative and made sure we had everything we needed. It was an amazing stay and we hope to be back again one day.

We could just sit on the porch and stare at the water and listen to the loons (or what sounded like a loon--perhaps a loon impressionist) and maybe take a canoe out if we felt like it. The water was just not-frigid enough to permit a swim and afterwards the beds were comfortable. True, we're not big fans of deer heads on walls--but in this case the walls are high enough that we didn't even need to look their way... In summer, apart from swimming and hiking, there's nothing much to speak of nearby, though Morrisville has a few good restaurants and Stowe (15 miles or so away) has better ones. It's just about kicking back.
