Bon emplacement

La localisation idéale au centre ville . Appartement spacieux et bien équipé . Calme . Parking payant ( 16.5 € la journée ) à 100 m .

Appartement sombre , une seule fenêtre donnant sur une cour intérieure . La cloison séparant la chambre du salon ne monte pas jusqu' au plafond d' où absence d' isolation phonique et lumineuse entre les 2 pièces , donc les 2 couchages lit et canapé-lit . Ce qui n' est pas indiqué dans l' annonce !

Todo muy bien

La ubicación y comodidad del apartamento. Es exactamente lo que buscabamos para pasar tres dias en el centro de Almeria. El anfitrión es muy amable y educado.

Que es todo interior, pero no ha sido impedimento para sentirnos cómodos y a gusto.

Tengo que decir que el apartamento es excelente tanto por ubicación como la presencia del apartamento es excelente.

Lo único por poner algo es que es interior pero es mejor que sea interior más relajada estás y no escuchas a nadie ni ruidos ni nada

Nice apartment

La ubicación sin duda era idónea ya que esta muy céntrico este lindo apartamento. La cocina toda nueva y era bastante acogedor.

Es un piso reformado interior, segunda planta, no tiene luz. Pero tampoco importa si estas fuera y solo llegas a descansar.

Para estar cerca de todo y puedes llevar a tu perro de viaje!

Situado en el corazón de Almería, espacioso, limpio, confortable , decorado con estilo

Me gustó todo, la relación calidad precio es muy buena. El apartamento es interior, y tiene ventanas que dan a un patio. Valóralo por si para ti este detalle fuera importante

Excelente apartamento

Todo en general, desde la atención de David a su amabilidad y un piso estupendo con todo tipo de detalles.

Por poner alguna falta diría que lo suyo sería cerrar la habitación por la parte que da al salón por si alguien quiere estar en el salón y otro dormir, así no hay ruidos y las almohadas eran muy finas y a mí me gustan mas rellenitas.

Kurztrip nach Almeria

Sehr gute Lage, ein Parkhaus ist direkt um die Ecke (ca 14€/Tag). Man erreicht sowohl Restaurants als auch Sehenswürdigkeiten und Strand in ein paar Minuten. Unterkunft bietet alles, was man für einen Städtetrip benötigt. Einfach eingerichtet, aber absolut ausreichend. Wir würden vom.Gastgeber nett empfangen und haben auch einige Restaurant Empfehlungen bekommen, das lief total unkompliziert.

Die Wohnung ist sehr dunkel, es fehlt an Tageslicht. Wenn man den ganzen Tag unterwegs ist, ist das ok; aber für jemanden, der zB arbeiten möchte, ist es weniger geeignet.

very large and cozy apartment and comfortable bed. everything for cooking. and washing machine

there are few windows and because the apartment is on the inside of the building so natural light is limited. but if you are to explore the city and the surroundings and you are only there to sleep it is not an issue. the apartment is really great apart from this.

Very good place in the heart of Almeria

The apartment is very central, next to an underground parking (not cheap, but not that expensive) and close to everything in the city (which is not that big), from museums to shops, to restaurants. Very clean. Very good wifi. Bug screens at the windows, which is a plus for me. And the owner has been very nice, welcoming us in the street near the building with the keys and a smile (even though we arrived later than expected and forgot to tell him...).

Two small things I didn't like, but they are not an issue for a short stay: it's a bit dark because natural light is missing (still, the light fittings make up for that more than enough) and the ventilation in the bedroom is not ideal.

Nice and spacious apartment. very clean, good facilities including the kitchen. Ideal location within Almeria, in the main shopping area and close to many tapas bars; also close to the seafront, to the Paseo, the Cathedral and the Alcazaba.

The windows look onto light wells rather than being fully external.
