About this house rental
The home is located right on the clean waters of Puget Sound in a quaint area of Burien named 'Three Tree Point'. The entire home is remodeled and decorated in a 'beachy' feel.
Three Tree Point is a unique, close-knit community, full of active energy. You will often see sea lions sunbathing or hear them barking, bald eagles flying overhead, and salmon jumping. Along with all of this wildlife, other water activity is going on such as sailing, paddle boarding, kayaking, kite surfing, beach combing, and even swimming. Truly a hidden gem in the Pacific Northwest!
A fully-equipped kitchen is bright and open, perfect for entertaining. The full bathroom is located on the main floor. A queen bed in the loft type bedroom has french doors onto a small deck furnished with chairs and a table perfect for your morning coffee and view of Mount Rainier. A small room with a single bed is just off of the upstairs bedroom which has additional room for a pack-n-play for a baby or small child if needed. The downstairs bedroom has a queen sized bed. The second bathroom is in the garage, perfect for showering after hanging out on the beach.
The house is on the opposite side of a narrow city road from the beach. On the beach side of the house is parking for two cars, and a great fenced in, private sitting and dining area, a gas fire pit, and ramp to the beach. Plenty of beach towels are provided for those sandy beach days. Paddle boards and kayaks are available. Inquire prior before your stay if interested!

Too costly for this particular lodging

Exceeded our expectations. Location is terrific, a beautiful natural setting with easy access to downtown Seattle. Watched a whale swim by close enough to hear its blowhole from the living room. Excellent amenities throughout. Short walk to a little store with good coffee and small meal service. Loved this place!

The location was incredible - a quiet seaside neighborhood with easy access to the airport and all of Seattle/surrounding area. The parking is great, and the beach area is a great place for morning coffee or evening beers.
The living area - kitchen, dining, and living room - are open and wonderful for a great family time.
The house is well equipped and the bedrooms very comfortable.
Could not recommend more!

Everything was as they said it would be. Meaning, no bad surprises. (Those are the worst.)
A couple of little tweaks here and there are warranted. But otherwise, I'd stay there again in a second.

We had a wonderful thanksgiving with family who live just 5 minutes from where we were staying. The view was beautiful and the weather was some of the best we have had when visiting at this time of year, making the view of the mountain and sound stunning.
The house was clean and stocked to meet all of our needs. Thank you Todd and Tiana, we hope to return soon.

The cottage was quaint and had the most beautiful view of the sound. The owners were responsive and accommodating when we reached out about checking in early when we arrived ahead of schedule. The bedding was outstanding and the beds were comfortable.

This home is absolutely amazing with all the necessities of a cooking kitchen. The ocean breeze calms and soothes the soul. The area is very quiet and private. The hosts were quick to respond and helpful.
The rooms had a lot of privacy and resources. The outdoor space on the waterfront was a wonderful and serene surprise. The airport and food stores were also close to the house. What a great place to stay so close to the airport and water!!

Excellent location!!!
We had a great experience with this rental. Everything went smoothly with getting into the house. It was stocked with everything we needed for the week. Great space for us and our three college aged sons. Very peaceful home base for a week of exploring the area.

Majesty by the Sea
How do you rate something the is majestic? You have to come and see this quaint little harbor town and this uniquely designed house right on the water. The views of Mt Rainier are totally breathtaking! The first day we arrived we saw porpoises, sea otters, and a few different types of birds. You can sit in the beautifully decorated open family room and relax and enjoy the scenery, don’t forget your binoculars. Or, go beach combing for sea glass and amazing rocks. However, one of our favorite things to do was to walk to the old rehabbed grocery store from the early 1900 s, went there every day and Fridays are fun social times with the locals, super friendly neighbors. Say hi to Mayor Todd and Lady Tiana…. The best ever.

Quiet private beachfront home
Super cute exterior. Interior is spotless and decorated so thoughtfully. The view from the master bedroom balcony is incredible- can see Mt. Rainier on a clear day, hear the water, enjoy the privacy. The surrounding community is filled with very friendly people and lots of dogs. Kids had a great time looking for shells on the beach and playing board games available on the property. There is a separate area in front of the property which has seating and a fire pit. We absolutely loved our stay!!

Memorable
There are some places you stay where the space and its environment are so unique and sublime -- the former cardinal's palace in Naples or the converted monastery above an Italian village -- that the memories are etched in your mind forever. This is such a place.

Wonderful Waterfront
Our rental home at Three Tree Point turned out to be exceptional. Well furnished, full linens, soaps, and a very well equipped and modern kitchen. The water views were spectacular from the Master Suite Balcony, the Window Wall in the Great Room, and from the spacious waterfront patio. The patio featured comfortable furniture, a propane fire pit, two paddle boards and an inflatable kayak. We love coming to Washington State every few years, but this home provided the very best in location and amenities we’ve ever experienced!!

Excellent property and location!
Great 2 bed/2 bath house with excellent views of the sound and Mt Rainier. The property was in perfect condition as shown in the vrbo photos. The owners were responsive to any requests we had. We would definitely want to vacation here again.

Dreamy home
This cute ocean side cottage is just a dream. The location is quite and safe. Tiana has impeccable taste. It is beachy and relaxed, one of my favorite details were the coffee mugs, I am now spoiled on nespresso coffee. I loved preparing my meals in a gourmet style kitchen, had all needed tools and details.
Tiana and Todd were always available if something came up, and very welcoming. The only hard part about the whole visit, was leaving.

Gorgeous!
This was our second stay at this property, and it won't be our last. We come up to this area to enjoy winter watersports (I know, I know), and this is a perfect hub. The home is gorgeous and well-appointed, the views are amazing, and the garage entry and downstairs area are perfect for those who want to spend the day in or on the Sound. There's a Trader Joe's, a CVS, and lots of other conveniences very nearby, but it still feels quiet and isolated. Tiana has been wonderful with us, as well - we will definitely be back!

GREAT LOCATION
We had a wonderful stay, right on the water in Three Tree Point. Bathrooms are a little small but very nicely decorated and we had a great time. Very clean and owners are very helpful. We would stay here again for sure.

Absolutely perfect in every way!
This place is an absolute gem! Gorgeous views to wake up to. Steps from the beach for a stroll. And the house is beautiful with everything you need for a beach vacation. This is one of those “even better than the photos” vacation rentals. Can’t wait to come back!

Perfect getaway!
This home has not only a perfect setting and view, it is very well maintained and cared for! As former lakefront homeowners who have also rented out their home, we appreciated the attention to detail and cleanliness of this house! We so enjoyed being able to gather with our family on the deck complete with a fire pit and soak in the views! Watching the boats, seeing a sea lion, and even glimpsing Mt. Ranier was a treat!! Thank you for providing such a perfect spot!!!

Wonderful location
This was the cleanest home we have ever rented from VRBO. It was well appointed and the kitchen was well stocked with little things like salt, pepper, PAM, spices, etc.The views were gorgeous.

Perfect place to stay!
We really enjoyed the lovely view - you can lay in bed and look out at the sound and watch birds, boats, etc. Easy to get to the city or other points of interest from this community. For the most part was relaxing and quiet, but due to the closeness of neighbors if there is a party you may as well join in! Friendly community and just an overall beautiful setting. As others have said, the house is well appointed and very clean and comfortable! We hope to be back in the not too distant future!

Amazing!
We loved the Three Tree Point home. It couldn't be in a more beautiful location and also easy to get around the Puget Sound. Tiana and Todd were great and we loved playing with all the beach toys while there including paddle boards and kayaks. The home is beautifully decorated and very well maintained. We look forward to visiting again!

Gorgeous view, lovely house
We loved our stay on Three Tree Point. We mostly loved our view from the master bedroom in the morning and evening, and being able to sleep with the French doors open to the sound of the Sound. But the location was also ideal for us-- close to the airport, between Tacoma and Seattle (visited both areas), and in a cute beach front "village". The town of Burien is cute, and we stumbled upon a delicious, house-made gelato place called Medzo, which we would highly recommend. A special thanks to the hosts for the Nespresso machine-- delicious coffee every morning! And a big thank you for having a perfectly appointed and clean rental, which we very much appreciated!

The basement bedroom did catch alot of the street noise, but so tired from activites you can sleepp anyway! Wonderful!

Beautiful quaint beach house
This was the perfect place to celebrate the university gradation of our eldest son as well as my husband’s birthday. We had spent the first three days of our vacation in a condo in downtown Seattle but also wanted to experience a quieter location on the water. This house was so charming and truly immaculate. It was the cleanest of any home we have rented from VRBO. It was so well stocked from something as simple as plastic wrap in the kitchen to plenty of towels and washcloths for our family of four. Our two sons throughly enjoyed relaxing here after a day of touring and hiking. We also enjoyed a local restaurant called Bistro Baffi Italian Cuisine. They allowed us to place a call ahead order for pick up after a day of hiking that we took back to the house and enjoyed on the bedroom balcony as a sea lion entertained us.

Wondeful beach house, beautifully appointed, great hosts.
What a great place! Absolutely beautiful beach house done perfectly. Comfortable, stylish, and “beachy” throughout. Gracious hosts. Cool beach deck and access. Fantastic panoramic view of the South Sound, Mt Ranier, Maury/Vashon Islands, boat traffic, seals, birds, paddleboarders, etc. Quick and easy trips to Old Burien shops and restaurants, to light rail, and to the airport. Could not imagine a better Burien place or experience.
