My husband and I enjoyed our stay at this condo. Close walk to the beach and close to all the restaurants and shops. The condo had beach chairs, an umbrella, a small cooler, beach toys, and beach towels! Very accommodating and comfortable.

I love this place. It was really clean, quiet and well decorated. The bed was comfortable. I walked everywhere during my stay. It’s also well stocked with anything you would need for a day at the beach.

I can’t express just how great the stay was. The owner Jacnier is one of the kindest and caring people I’ve ever talked to. The accommodations were amazing, the condo was well supplied with all the basics needed and many extra perks like an umbrella, beach chairs, a cooler, and beach towels. There’s also a nutri blender and wine glasses which are great additions. The condo was clean and very cozy. I would definitely rent this condo or the other condo that he has listed. If there are any issues the owner goes above and beyond to accommodate. It was the best experience I’ve ever had renting for a vacation stay.

We were renting this apartment several times and always happy to be back. This place has very favorable location, everything is located in the walking distance: beach, restaurants, shopping area, parks etc.This place is very clean and has everything you need to enjoy your stay. I would definitely recommend this place and will be happy to rent it again in the future. Thank you!

I started using "shared housing" over a decade ago, but in the last few years rarely have: the place is always a little worse than you think it's going to be, or there's some insane cleanup requirement or the cost is basically the same as a hotel, so at that point... But this place was amazing. First off, the listing was accurate. Perfect fit for two people, highly functional kitchen (perfect for breakfast and lunch prep, maybe a light dinner). The pool is beautiful, although gets little sun (blessing and a curse). The king bed is very comfortable. The furnishings are all well cared for and of the "mid-range Ikea" variety. It's centrally located. 2 blocks from the beach (seriously...maybe a 6 minute walk weighed down with a cooler and beach chairs), and plenty of restaurants in very easy walking distance. But really anything in SOBE is walking distance: we found everything we wanted to do was within a 20 min walk. The complex itself was well maintained and clean. We didn't have any huge issues with noise, but bring a noise machine; some nights you can hear local clubs into the night. Communication with the host was easy and unobtrusive. Internet was fast. But the thing that impressed us most was the extras that came with the apartment. There was a cooler, umbrella, multiple beach towels, a beach bag, and even a few beach toys. The freezer has ice cube makers (!!!) and two ice blocks for the cooler. The only thing they didn't supply was beach chairs, so try and throw those in the checked luggage. They even had a stockpile of left behind suncare products. Obviously some of this you won't be able to count on, but it really was the 90% solution for a perfect beach vacation (as in it has 90% of what I would have brought if I'd packed a car; it was 125% of what we could have reasonably expected from a rental unit). Genuinely frustrated I can't give them more than 5 stars.

This property was in such a great location - near the beach, food, and markets. The host was kind and so responsive every time I reached out. It can be scary traveling as a young female, but I felt incredibly safe our entire stay. The pool was also so beautiful and they provided pool towels which was so nice. Next time I come to Miami I will 100% book again! Thank you!

My BF and I stayed here for a few days. The location was perfect especially if you aren’t planning on leaving south beach. Parking was a little difficult but we managed. We were visiting friends so we were driving a lot! Loved the closeness to everything. The hosts were amazing and very helpful!!

We can't wish the better place to stay in Miami - the location is really in the heart of South Beach . All stores, the shopping mall, restaurants just around the corner . The apartment is amazing - exceptionally clean, beautiful and have all supplies that you ever need. We were really happy about our choice and were so pleased by Flamingo/Lummus apartment and how Jago assisted us immediately in every single question that we have. Yes, of course, we will recommend this place for everyone and we are looking forward to rent this apartment in the future again . The apartment was clean and comfy. The shower gets really hot and feels great. I love having a full kitchen especially for reheating food because I don’t like microwaves. It was situated in the perfect location, close to just about everything. It’s definitely on our list of choices when we return.

Great place to stay! Close to the beach, shopping and nightlife. It had a small kitchen if you want to cook but it's so close to TONS of restaurants at all price points, you wont need to use the kitchen. This is now my "go to" place for Miami Beach!!!

This unit is one of several in what looked to be an unsupervised hostel. Inter-unit noise was unacceptable. More than half of the persons staying in the building smoked marijuana at all times of day and night. The foul stench was constant. In the unit and the building I saw several roaches and other insects. The rules posted for pool use and no smoking anywhere were not enforced. The door to the building would not lock which presented a significant safety concern for us. The door to the unit only had a flimsy lock on the door and the electronic dead bolt did not work. We informed the owner of this situation and never heard back from them. Nothing was done. The property owner/manager never checked in with us through the week + we were there. The unit is in good condition and a good location.

This apartment is cute and located conveniently in South Beach. Spacious and comfortable bed. The building is nice. The only issue were the small cockroaches that were all over the kitchen. I do understand that this is common in Miami Beach and hard to avoid entirely but it seemed a little bit excessive and I did not feel comfortable cooking in the apartment.

If you're traveling to South Beach you can't better accommodations than this place when it comes to location, (walking distance closeness to both essentials and attractions) cleanliness (of your room and the premises) price valuations (in comparison to the more expensive, overpriced surrounding choices) and great customer support (direct link and open communication with the owner and his onsite representative). Book with confidence You won't be disappointed. We will rent it again in the future.

We had a wonderful time in Miami. Partly because of the apartment which is on an excellent location. Close to the beach, shops, restaurants, famous sights, and public transport. The apartment is fully equipped. Plenty of towels, toilet paper, cutlery, etc. We did not use the swimming pool.

This unit is very well located, just steps from Washington Street, Espanola Way, and 2-3 blocks from Lincoln Road and the beach. Also a municipal parking garage is just a block away. It is comfortable and well-appointed.

Walking distance to the beach and amazing restaurants in the Miami south area. Place was very clean and modern looking inside. Property manager was very helpful and easy to get in contact with if needed. Would highly recommend!
