Relax y ubicación

La ubicación , desayuno y piscina

La comida del restaurante horrible y un señor mayor de recepción que nos trató fatal cuando le pedimos la hoja de reclamaciones para ponérsela al restaurante, la cual nunca nos dio alegando que el no las tenia y que teníamos que pedirlas al día siguiente a otra compañera, un impresentable en toda regla

Amazing

This was the room with the most incredible view at the foot of our beds. A glass curtain from top to bottom and side to side. We slept with it open all night listening to the sea and breaking of the waves. Nothing short of an unforgettable experience.

Cosy hotel, feels like home

We have been in this hotel before and it has super location. We like it that it has few rooms and the staff is very friendly and they even remembered us visiting before :)

As we had to leave the hotel early in the morning, they did not have any option for us to have breakfast before 8:30.

Our experience, after booking see view with Sofabed for child, expecting a 4 Star experience. They were incapable to solve their problem with booking, and tried to make it ours. They wasted 40 Minutes of our precious time to enjoy the sunset, and make us wait at the reception standing in front of them. Finally in the room, many bad surprises: Only standing up you can see the sea, sitting down we had a wall to look at, and a walk path where Hotelguest can see directly into your bed when you open the window for fresh air. The room was very sticky and unpleasantly smelling with thin air, the aircon is not adjustable. Either on or off, nor works it with the window open. We could not sleep all night because of this. Bathroom-is like in a disabled Hospital Bathroom. Shower directly in the room, the entire Floor was wet and slippery after taking a shower. Shower head was broken and water splashed into all directions. Bathroom was very sticky and humid, and the window did not open up. The sofa bed, when pulled out was so close to the entrance door that once the child is sleeping, there is no way out, also in case of a fire very dangerous, as no other way out. The light of the light switches is so bright at night, that if you like to sleep in a dark room it is impossible. No towel for child no water for child, even after asking. Sofabed was not clean opened up with dirt and strangers hair. The mattress was comfortable but developed a lot of heat lying on it, as if sleeping on plastic protector beneath the cover. Fridge is very noisy during the night. If guest above uses the bathroom, a lot of noise from the pipes running down. TV keeps stopping due to poor internet connection. All in one we could not sleep all night, and ruined our next day, big disappointment, as we were very happy and excited to have found this lovely looking hotel on booking. The staff is ‚trying‘ to sound friendly but has ZERO sympathy and ZERO understanding for the situation, this was

Boutique experience right on La Barrossa beach.

Fantastic location, right near the centre and on the beach. Really well-proportioned, modern rooms which are great for families. Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. Couldn’t have asked for more.

The pool is a bit on the small side, which is a shame because you could spend the whole day there admiring the view of the beach.

Postiion on beach

booked and paid for a deluxe room and was informed on arrival I was downgraded to a standard. Hotel blamed Bookings.com for administraion error and did not offer any compensation . Parking on site was taken up by the owner of Hotel with his fleet of vehicles, which meant I was offered parking in the hotel's reserved space in adjoining building. Was not informed until checkout there is a charge of 20 euros a day.! Rooms are very small and decor/furniture is all IKEA style and quality..

Everything you need

Walk outside you room directly into the swimming pool. Get a cocktail at the roof terrace while watching first row sunset. Rooms are good size, breakfast does the trick and the staff is super friendly! Definitely recommend!

Nice Place in a crowded area

Nice small Hotel close to the beach. The room with sea view was really nice and clean. The breakfast was good as well. Super short walking distance to the beach. There were almost no children in the hotel which was absolutely relieving!!

No parking, employee at the rooftop bar was not really friendly

Very good

The hotel is located next to a public beach area. Our room did not have a balcony facing the ocean, but did have a large window overlooking the beach. There is only one room above the ground floor with an outdoor balcony facing the ocean. Papa, the waiter in the restaurant was great! He was so positive and friendly. He was also the breakfast cook and did a great job.

I thought I had booked a room with a balcony and an ocean view. I had an ocean view through a large window and access to a deck on the back of the hotel. If you want an ocean view balcony, check the fine details of your booking. We did not prearrange parking at the property, so had to use a public lot around the corner and walk over to the hotel.

Enjoyable, relaxed weekend away.

Good breakfast, friendly staff. Very close to the beach.

Lack of privacy. Room was next to reception and we could hear everything, likewise would assume we could be heard.
