Beautiful lakeside cottage. Had everything you would need for your stay.
The location is slightly remote. The nearest village has a village shop but you need to go further for groceries etc.

On the lake. Lovely picnic area per house with tables and bbq . Basketball and football goals for the kids. Fully stocked kitchen. Very relaxed atmosphere.

The location is excellent as the cottages are in a quiet location overlooking a lake with options for fishing and hiking within the complex itself and surrounding area.
The properties are not well run. There was no hot water in our house and a leak in the bathroom. An unhelpful and rude caretaker on site shrugged his shoulders when we asked about these and said "what do you expect me to do?" We rang the owner and although he came and attempted to repair the problem, we had no hot water again the next morning. The wifi did not work properly either. I paid in full in advance on Booking.com but the property attempted to charge me a second time after our stay. After complaining, it was clear that they had mixed me up with another family member who had made a separate booking in the same complex.

Great place to stay with family or friends. Lovely views, warm and cosy cottages. We were here send time and deffinately will be back again
Minimal maintenance needs to be done inside the cottages. Handle at the back door was broken and it was strugle to get in or out.bathroom door had some issue too. Teatowels were dirty and ripped. I understand its not 5 star hotel, but you dnt need to invest much on those little things. Cottages are so nice and perfectly located for staycations so it'll be petty if the standards will start dropping

The scenery was absolutely beautiful
Beds were soo comfortable
We arrived at 8.30pm I couldn't get any staff members to help explain how the heating and hot water worked. As a result of this on our first night we were absolutely freezing I had to look it up online
I found food in the kitchen and it didnt belong to my party.
There was no 24hr reception

Location was lovely. Nice to have a lake so close to fish. Very easy going place. Will be back
Shower wasn't great. Apart from that good value for money

Everything in the area was great, house was big and spacious all the essentials were there for cooking etc, showers towels cleaning products Everything needed for day to day use supplied,
Boat and life jackets were supplied for fishing open grass space for ball games at the front of the house and outdoor cooking and seating facilities, very good all round
Nothing that the accommodation or host could have done, but because it was a short stay only thing we found difficult was the weedy bankside pegs, the main pegs for fishing were taken up by camped out anglers so boat fishing was the best option to catch some smaller fish, will book again and try some different tactics

The cottage is compact, clean and with everything you could need. Beautiful view of the lake and the garden was fantastic to walk around. I would highly recommend this accommodation to couples, groups of friends and families with older children
The cottage we rented was attached to the hot tub / sauna that had been rented by other guests who were loud and it kept our young son awake. It was over at 9pm which was great.

The people who manage this place are so kind and helpful. It was an exceptional stay and I would recommend to anybody. We were there as a group of 11 people, and it was a very relaxing trip as well as a lot of fun. The hot tub and sauna facilities are definitely worth it. Thanks everyone for making our trip fantastic.

The location is very convenient to both Enniskillen and Cavan. The cottages are in a lovely situation and our 2 bed property was surprisingly big on the inside. Its a very calming location beside the lake.
Firstly the cottage we were in really needs updating, There are exposed pipes in the back hall, no bulb in the light fitting, stains in the sinks in the bedroom and bathroom and 2 soap trays in the bathroom with a packet of wipes on top of them, which were unacceptable. Also the water in the cold tap in the kitchen ran brown. We let it run for a bit to see if it would clear but it got worse. We went over to the orange house as advised if we needed anything and there was no one there so we just went to town and bought water. There were dead flies stuck to the lampshade.
The cottage is in a lovely location but is really let down by neither being clean or modern.

The location beside the lake was excellent. The bedrooms and bed linen was clean.
We had hired 2 cottages, the cottage which slept 10 people did not have clean usable water for the duration of our 2 night stay. We were told there had been a burst pipe meaning the well had ran dry meaning sand was being pumped through the pipes. The pipe was fixed on Saturday, but still no clean water. The 10 adults and 2 children in our party all had to shower and wash in 1 bathroom in the smaller cottage. There was 1 electric shower, where the water was either too hot to stand under or cold. All the bathrooms in both cottages were very grubby. The large cottage had a severe problem with flies.

This little gem of a find is perfect for those of us wanting to escape for a few days in the middle of nowhere for some rest and we could take our dog. We spent 4 nights here and were blessed with glorious weather. Our self catering accommodation was a lovely spacious 2 bedroom cottage overlooking the lake. There are several other cottages located on the site and they did not feel at all as though they were invading our space or privacy. The cottage had everything we needed. I noted on another trip advisor review that flies were an issue - yes they were but the cottage is on a lake so this was expected and cans of fly spray were provided. The beds were single beds together and very comfortable and we all had great nights sleep. Towels were also provided. John Jaques is a lovely gentleman who lives on site and helped us out when our cooker decided to play up and a pleasure to converse with. There are some nice takeaways located Belturbet should you decide not to cook - we highly recommend the Genesis Chinese takeaway ) next to Marcos pizza which the kids really enjoyed). A rowing boat is available with life jackets. A hottub and sauna is also available at an additional cost. One piece of advice is to bring bottles of water as the water was not a great colour so we ended up boiling bottled water for tea/coffee/drinking. Overall, I’m looking forward to returning and have recommended Clonandra Cottages to friends and family.

Great place for relaxing getaway break.we loved it.no matter is it just for 2 of you,or for few friends, you can enjoy your time making bbq, fishing, playing outside games or use sauna(for editional charge)
Cottages are well equipped with all what you need. You can regulate heating yourself if you need to use it.Rooms are big,so as dining area and sitting room.Kitchen has microwave, coffee maker, fringe, dishwasher and all the dishes you need.Outside each house you can find sitting area with bbq provided.Owners are nice and friendly. There is no WiFi around the area. But it was no hard to stay away from social media for couple of days.

We are just home from a 4 day "staycation" at clonandra cottages, and it was amazing!! Our group was 4 adults and 4 kids, ranging in age from 7 to 17. We fished swam played walked and thoroughly enjoyed every second of the beautiful scenic clonandra cottages. The house was spotless and spacious with plenty of room for 8 people with stunning panoramic views, we stayed in the 5 bed cottage) Michael John and igorres were friendly helpful and made us feel like family. And our lovely neighbours were great company and lots of fun.we would highly recommend clonandra cottages and cannot wait to come back again. Thanks guys for an amazing long weekend
