It was all good. I recommend.

My husband and I stayed here for a little weekend getaway. We had a great experience! This house was exactly as the listing described. We loved all the artsy touches and enjoyed reading about the art in the home in the welcome book. Everything was clean and we loved that even filtered water was provided. Such a thoughtful touch. This house is super convenient to Main Street. Everything was a 3-4 minute drive at most and the HEB was around the corner. We would definitely stay here again if it’s available on our next Fredericksburg trip!

The cottage is close to the HEB in Fredericksburg. The neighborhood is very quiet. The bathroom was very large which is good. The bed was very comfortable. Everything was provided that I needed. It would be nice to know in the listing of the 2 twin beds beneath the main bedroom. I don’t think I saw a picture or a mention of it. I think that would invite more people to stay. Although I’m sure booking everyday is not an issue. Just would have been nice to know. I loved the enclosed fence for my dog. Thank you so much for my stay. I enjoyed the trip.

Close to downtown and an H‑E‑B, we enjoyed our stay and how central we were to everything. It was very clean.

This home is a beautiful, old Texas limestone house. It was decorated well with antiqes and lovingly filled with original art. It was extremely clean and had everything we needed. Every morning we sat out on the front porch to drink our coffee. The home is in a neighborhood, but the fence and trees offer privacy. The host was very responsive during our stay. The location is fantastic, very close to the main street and lots of great places to eat. I would absolutely stay again!!

Very nice cottage for quick getaway. Fenced yard for pup to roam. Convenient to Main Street shopping and restaurants. Parking is available and not in street. Host responses quickly with answers to questions. Very pleased

Enjoyed our stay at The Potter”s Cottage - a quaint little house with a lot of character and charm in a quiet neighborhood. The host was very attentive and responsive.

This house was so awesome. I loved learning the history of the home and the owner decorated with a lot of their family art and pottery. In the morning, we saw the property full of deer. The house is situated where the owner shares half of the house (which is closed off) We loved our stay and will definitely rent again. The only thing I would say that was a negative is that my husband had a recent surgery, so the comfort level of the couch etc was not conducive for someone wanting to relax or lay around. Our reason for our stay was to get out of the city… so not a whole lot of room for relaxing on the couch together. The bedroom doesn’t have a tv and is a queen size bed. I think as a rental for a girls trip or a couple looking for a cool spot to enjoy the town, but not a place to be inside hanging out. It had everything we needed (coffee pot small fridge etc) The bathroom serves as kitchen, bath and laundry fyi. Such a quaint and lovely home with charm. Personally I like that kind of stay.

Enjoyed seeing the variety of outdoor plants and the artistic touches and landscaping style especially of the backyard patio area.

Finn was, available when needed and the stay was up to,our, expectations. The maid must have, forgotten the cellar, beds pillowcases,so the first night sleeping was “rough” on the scratchy pillows. We found the cases next day.

What an absolute charming cottage! Full of natural beauty and history. Located in town but yet secluded feeling. Finn the host did an amazing job making sure everything was perfect! The home inside is clean and cozy, pets are welcomed which just makes this the perfect place to stay! Looking forward to returning!

My daughter and I were in town for a girls trip when we stayed at Potter’s Cottage. The house was cozy and comfortable with a charming collection of art, books, and quirky touches. We enjoyed sitting on the back patio drinking coffee and watching the wildlife in the mornings. With the feel of being in nature we also had the conveniences of town close by. We would love to come stay again. Thanks Finn.

Great little place, very private and nice outside spaces both in front and back. Was not aware that there was not a kitchen or kitchenette but fridge, coffee maker and a few dishes were provided. We made due. Will definitely go back and will recommend to my travel friends.

Potter's Cottage was the best. A great quiet place to relax, play a couple games of cards, have a glass (or 2) of wine. Close enough to Main Street if you like a short walk. Thank you Ms. Finn for sharing your home with us.

Without a doubt the most unique property I have ever rented. Rustic and historic the property provided all of the amenities you would need with a character that is exceedingly rare to find. Only 4 blocks from the main street and in a quiet and safe location I would not hesitate to recommend this property for both couples and families

We had a wonderful time at this unique and cute property. The home was lovely, and the outdoor setting was wonderful. I had so much fun just relaxing on the patio enjoying the atmosphere and great weather. If you don't mind a fifteen minute stroll, you can easily walk down to main street, and it is nicely located next to an HEB.

Our stay at the Potter House was awesome. We got in late and Susan turned the porch lights on for us. This was the beginning of comfortable and peaceful stay. Perfectly located close to downtown, restaurants, stores and wineries. Lovely and quaint with sweetly decorated front and back yards.

We had a wonderful time! We had many things to do, but enjoyed coffee on the patio! Plenty of nice showers and baths for us. We loved it! Sorry, we depleted your coffee supply! It was spotless! By the way, who knew there was a spotless basement! What a treat
