Very peaceful and friendly place to stay with pleasant gardens and secure parking. Large comfortable room, on site restaurant and bar. We enjoyed talking to the owner over drinks in the bar before having an excellent dinner featuring home-grown ingredients.

Kelly and Mariam were very welcoming. We enjoyed the conversations with them a lot. The breakfast was outstanding and delicious with homemade bread, fresh fruits, yoghurt, egg. They helped us when we had questions and prepared delicious dishes for us, when we were hungry. We felt like in an oasis in the desert.

What a lovely stay. The hosts were warm and very accommodating. Nothing was too much effort when it came to helping me book on to trips, have laundry done etc. and above all the food was divine. A lot of focus on using produce from the garden and being sustainable. Furthermore, the room was spacious, comfy and clean. The property has a lovely garden with gorgeous views of the mountains.I would highly recommend and do hope more people discover this hidden gem in Caraz. I would have happily stayed for longer (if only to see what other lovely dishes they’d come up with) but I had to leave for my trek. Thanks for making me feel at home!
nothing I can think of.

An amazing place to relax and unwind.
Secure parking behind a locked gate for motorcycles and cars and a great place to base yourself to do the full days ride through the Huascaran Park and return to a home cooked meal and craft beer!
The hosts are amazing! So kind and friendly. The location is on the edge of Caraz so quiet and the hotel is set in a beautiful working vegetable garden, with views up to the mountain.
Beds were so comfy with real cotton thick crisp sheets and soft pillows …it is the best sleep we have had for the past 6 months.
Warm showers and lovely soap/shampoo.
Breakfast was plentiful and delicious, and we ate in the on-site restaurant which was “paddock to plate” dishes using veggies and fruit from the garden and locally sourced meats/produce… it was so good to eat healthy!

It’s an exceptional place where we instantly felt like at home. It was a perfect begining to our mountain adventures. The owners are absolutely amazing, warm and welcoming, food is fantastic and an overall atmosphere is so cozy and relaxing. We fell in love with this place and we can’t wait to come back.

Everything: incredible rooms, incredible grounds including an organic garden that supplies their kitchen; incredible food; incredible owner and staff. Is walled off and a large lot, very well landscaped, so serves as a wonderful refuge from the world. Soaking tubs, great coffee, hot (solar heated) water, healthy food, a nice bar, walkable to anywhere in town, secure parking for motorcycles or cars, owner and staff speak Spanish and English (and likely other languages), very comfortable bed and pillows, quiet, nice cats, etc etc
Even provides decent massage for a reasonable price.
In short, the perfect spot, best in my 10 week trip in Mexico, Central, and northern South America.
Nothing. All was perfect or near perfect

A lovely inn with bar and restaurant. They provide great meals supported by their large organic garden. The staff could not have been more welcoming and helpful. Our room was large and very clean.
A minor note because I value privacy: the ground level windows were close to the path people used and I would have liked curtains that blocked better.

Very nice view. Good location, very helpful staff
I think they had an issue and overcharged me a little bit. About 8-10 dollars.

Our stay at IntiRumi was really great, we would have stayed more if possible. The room was large, comfy and well decorated, the bathroom modern, and the view from the balcony amazing. Loved the place, the people and the project. Having the best restaurant in town in the hotel, with original breakfasts and dinners prepared with local ingredients (meaning a mix of own produce from the Inn's garden and from the surrounding communities) was another huge plus! Also, we were lucky enough to be there in some "quiet days" and could enjoy the "family feeling" and excellent advice offered by the Inn's staff. Will definitely stay here for our next treks in the area!
Daniele's favorite soccer team ( :p ) and some bad luck with the wc (promptly addressed).

The staff were lovely and very responsive to our needs. We needed to leave early on the morning of checkout, so they packed us breakfast and lunch the next day and we checked out the night before. It is a beautiful place and much quieter area than in downtown Caraz.

Staff was exceptional. This spot is the best location for the Santa Cruz and the surrounding area. They also can easily facilitate all your needs to explore or trek the area.

A great place where you feel at home. We've eaten very good organic foods and Kelly helped us organizing our treks around Caraz.
Everything was great !
